The hotel has a decent infrastructure. The breakfast served in the morning offers a good variety of items. The human aspect is a great differential. Their staff is very well trained and ready to assist you with a big smile on their faces. The absence of a closed closet in the bedroom called my attention, but didn’t compromise the experience.

Look, I struggle giving this hotel a ”just OK” review, because their breakfasts were very good, their pool area was nice, their location is convenient and their rooms were nice enough, but there was a sharp contrast in other areas of the hospitality service that made my experience of a lesser value and appreciation. To begin with, the front desk staff takes too much time to check you in and out. I arrived early in the morning after a 25 hr overseas trip, there was no other guest in line at the front desk, we had already paid for our reservation. In my mind, as a seasoned traveler, I would have expected an ID check and a ”here is your key to the room” in 2-3 minutes. I repeat: there was no other guest at the front desk area. Instead, I spent 10 minutes answering dumb questions and repeating information such as my email address, my phone number etc that we had already provided at the time of making and paying for our online reservation. The initial response of the young man who helped me, when I told him I had a reservation and later offered my full name, was that he could not find the reservation in his system - so I had to pull out a paper copy of my reservation for him to find it in his system - if you can believe that. I spoke to this guy in Portuguese, in English, in Spanish and it was no use - the guy acted like he just didn't know how to do his job. I should also mention that when I arrived to the hotel, the front desk AC units located above the front desk were leaking water everywhere in the front desk area and no one seemed to be servicing them right away - in fact, the front desk agent had to move to another nearby computer terminal to check me in. It was a lame check in experience and an equally lame check out experience. Not to mention, we paid for a ”casal' or doubles reservation and the room only had one set of soap/shampoo toiletries, so, I had to go fetch the maid to get the necessary items that should had been in the room without me having to ask. For such reasons, I would say that I would only use this hotel if I had to in the future, but preferably, I would stay elsewhere, because the value I got during my stay was pretty basic and nothing special according to international standards of travel and hospitality.

Samoa Beach Resort is set on the edge of the Muro Alto beach, one of the most beautiful, safest and family friendly beaches on the coast of Brazil. The hotel has a Polynesian motif that is carried throughout the facility. It’s a beautiful place with friendly staff and the best food in the area: the breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing and hard to believe. The rooms are well appointed and spacious with large bathrooms and hotel provided amenities of good quality. This hotel remains a gem hidden from many North American families with reasonable prices, activities for children, the most beautiful pool in the area, and a staff that is eager to serve. It may not remain so for long. Some English is spoken at the front desk and by various staff members, but in many years of traveling, I have found that gesturing and smiling works well. Some people ask if Brazil is safe, and yes Brazil is safe. If you go to the wrong place at the wrong time doing the wrong thing, drunk, you can probably find trouble, but you could find it under those circumstances in Los Angeles, Austin, New York or Des Moines, Iowa. The exchange rate on the Brazilian real is usually quite attractive and makes this an even better bargain. I can only recommend the Samoa Beach resort to all my North American friends who are looking for something beautiful, safe, and reasonably priced.

O Hotel tem uma localidade boa , beira mar, mais o atendimento na recepçao deixou a deseja , tiver varios problemas com meu quarto e ninguem resolvia e ainda falava ser eu quisesse podia cancelar qus pra ele tanto faz . Mais como eu comprei com a Trips eles nao resolvia nada e ainda falava ser eu tinha comprado com eles seria mais facil.

Besides the amazing food and drinks their staff is really what gives them the head start from other resorts. The staff is amazing from our check in to our check out they were incredible. We cannot wait to return! The sea view bangalô is a must have experience, amazing accommodation. Totally worth it!

Apartamento OK. Limpo e organizado. Gostaria de mais utensílios de cozinha, pois praticamente não tinha panela para utilizar no cooktop, também estava faltando talheres.

Faltou a desejar no café da manhã. Infelizmente não estava organizado, e não fizeram reposição, as opções já eram poucas, sem reposição que diminuiu ainda mais.

Infraestrutura ótima, com locais sempre limpos e organizados. Muitas possibilidades de lazer e áreas de descanso! Para quem tem filhos, melhor ainda, possuí uma excelente estrutura e atividades para os pequenos. No meu caso, minha filha não utilizou a monitoria por ser bem pequena, então não posso comentar sobre. A comida e atendimento é razoável, nada excepcional, mas fomos muito bem tratados e o custo/benefício é preciso ser levado em consideração e por esse motivo recomendo o local.

Hotel yang sangat baik, pemandangan pantai, perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, lokasi yang hebat, berhampiran dengan pusat membeli-belah Recife, pasar raya, bar dan restoran!

Hotel básico , refeição jantar e almoço é fraco , café da manhã razoável , localização boa tem uma churrascaria Ponteio próxima que é muito boa , os quartos são bons , cama boa e a vantagem que tem formato de Flat com geladeira fogão , armário , ferro de passar roupa , os elevadores do hotel não atendem a demanda , hotel tem poucos funcionários e não tem mensageiro e atendimento nessa parte é péssimo , pelo valor esperava um pouco mais ! A praia de boa viagem e a região é bacana porém muito se fala em assaltos e sobre os tubarões no mar então isso nos faz querer apenas ir para porto de galinhas

Hotel tiga bintang, tiada kejutan, perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu yang tidak mesra daripada penyambut tetamu, dan kopi yang tidak enak, tetapi saya ingin menonjolkan perhatian pengurus Rosário! Lebih baik daripada Radisson di Recife, namun saya menjangkakan hotel yang lebih baik di bandar.

A estrutura da pousada e dos quartos em si é boa, o maior problema dela é o acesso à pousada: tem que passar por uns 3 ou 4 quarteirões de rua em terra, com água vazando e muito esburacado. Outra coisa que não gostamos foi que eles trocavam a roupa de cama e toalhas a cada 3 dias, ou seja, nosso quarto nunca foi limpo durante nossa estadia. De resto, ele é bem legal, café da manhã suficiente, quartos relativamente grandes com frigobar, microondas e pia, que pra nós que estávamos com uma bebê foi ótimo. Eles estão ampliando um outro pavilhão de quartos.

Pousada incrível, localização excelente, com vista e acesso a praia (somente descer as escadas da pousada que está na praia), atendimento impecável com destaque para o Walberleno. Quartos muito bons, sempre limpos. Café da manhã muito bom também. Uma ótima experiência no periodo em que ficamos no local, total de 7 dias.

Primeiramente gostaria de deixar meu elogio à todos os colaboradores da pousada, sem exceção. Tive dias incríveis neste lugar, realmente me desliguei das preocupações. Ambiente tranquilo, quarto confortável, limpo, organizado. Nos dias que solicitei limpeza, chegava da praia e estava tudo limpinho, toalhas trocadas, um cuidado impecável. O café da manhã é simples, porém, notavelmente é feito com muito amor e carinho, tudo fresquinho e muito gostoso (gostaria de deixar meu agradecimento especial às moças da cozinha e às que arrumam os quartos). A piscina estava sempre limpinha e geralmente, vazia (com um casal ou uma família às vezes), bem tranquila para chegar da praia no fim da tarde e aproveitar. Encontrar essa pousada foi um presente! A prova de que preço, qualidade e bom atendimento podem caminhar juntos sim! Muito obrigada, até a próxima!

Local limpo, agradável, da pra ir andando até a praia do Cupe que é uma excelente praia. Quarto com tudo que precisa para descansar depois de um dia de passeio. Ar condicionado, Tv funcionando bem, a piscina também estava bem limpa. Recomendo

Just came back home from an amazing holiday at this resort. The whole experience was excellent. Location, accommodation, food, facilities, and very friendly and accommodating staff. The private beach was lovely as well. 5 star experience. We will be back.

Our stay in Armaçao was beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. I went with my two kids aged 9 and 14 and we all had a wonderful time. The good: -excellent musical entertainment at night. Every day a different band and they were all amazing -the staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the people are, everyone from the front desk to the staff at the restaurants, bar, and room service. -the hotel is very well located, we took an uber to the center of town almost every day which cost about $2 USD one way. Very easy. It is also situated right in the middle of all the beaches so you can visit the beaches to the north which are 10 minutes away by uber or the ones further south another 10 minutes away. Very comfortable. The beach the hotel is situated at is a bit more rough with larger waves, but warm water and we went in the ocean several times right in front of the hotel. -you can walk to town from the hotel on the beach, it's about 2km away. -this is not a luxury resort, but everything is clean and the amenities are all you need. The beds are super comfortable and the room is spacious. -there are no places to refill water bottles so you have to buy bottled water from town or from the mini fridge in the room. It is not expensive, but also not very eco friendly. -the food, drinks and massages etc in the hotel are affordable so you pamper yourself away -there is a small store inside the hotel that has everything you could possibly need from repellant to swimsuits and prices are consistent with what you find in the center of town, not overpriced like some hotels. -there are 2 travel agencies that have a small office inside the hotel and you can hire tours from them without leaving the hotel. The prices are not too different from the agencies that offer the same day trips in the center of town, so it's worth it to hire them at the hotel if you want comfort and ease The not so good: Some things that I think could be improved... -The pool by the beach does not have umbrellas by the pool lounge chairs. I wish they had because the sun is very strong and if you want to lounge by the pool while drinking a caipirinha and watching your kids swim, you have to be under the sun. You do not have the option of being in the shade. In order to be in the shade you have to move to the lounge chairs on the beach or by the bar, which are not directly in front of the pool. -Our room did not have a glass window so if we wanted sunlight, the only possibility was to open the door or open the wooden shades, but if we wanted to have privacy and sunlight it was not possible because we did not have a glass window. We also didn't have a window mosquito net, so when we opened the wooden shades to get air or sunlight into the room, all the mosquitoes came in and for the first 4 nights we had a hard time because got bit, a lot. From then on, the hotel staff kindly offered us an electr

A decoração da pousada é temática e muito pitoresca. Minha sogra, que é belga e veio passar julho conosco, ficou encantada com a pousada e Porto de Galinhas!!! Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos, alegres e sempre dispostos!! A funcionária da tapioca já sabia que meu filho comia 3 tapiocas todo café da manhã. O dono da pousada também é muito simpático e está sempre à disposição. Recomendo!!
