Very close to the airport, and there is a free bus transfer, but you need to contact the hotel in advance to make an appointment. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the stay was good.

Es un hotel en términos general bien su restaurante es demasiado impersonal tarda mucho el servicio precisamente por lo amplio el gran ***** ***** es el servicio de parqueadero es increíble q te descrimine si reservas por la app y además de esto tengas q pagar una parte siendo el parqueadero del mismo hotel además los empleados son muy irregulares en su atención

Is very nice. The food is good. A little bit noisy. But in Colombia all places are noisy. Next time in Cali. I will book again.

這個酒店非常讓人驚喜。外觀像一座小型的城堡。內部環境復古典雅，曲徑通幽。進門有保安幫你把行李拿到房間，酒店員工非常熱情和友好。可惜呆的時間太短了。下次有機會還要入住。

The service is very good I booked a room for 3 people didn't stay that night as I had booked but the next day the hotel manager gave me a night of courtesy

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

Hotel muy bien situado y seguro. Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono. Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo. Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo. El bar cierra pronto
