Hotel Dengan spa di Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

The location is great, staff super friendly but a bit slow The food was good. Small cockroach and insect in the room and the breakfast area. The balcony window it’s not closing properly you can hear everything from outside and the wind specially night the people super happy outside. The electricity kept cutting between time to time we were in the 14th floor, which we have to come down and up by the staircase. The elevator was not working above six hours.

Minha esposa e eu adoramos tudo no hotel!!!! Muito cheiroso!!! Café da manhã impecável!!!! Único detalhe é o estacionamento do hotel que é limitado e não comporta, aí tem que deixar o carro do lado de fora, mas isso não atrapalhou a experiência. Gratidão

Achei a pousada uma graça! Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. O quarto é muito bom, confortável, limpo e tem uma vista maravilhosa! Pontos de melhoria: 1) Restaurante precisa melhorar bastante. Fiz o pedido de filet mignon com nhoque de abóbora e estava bem ruim. A carne completamente sem gosto e cinza acompanhada do nhoque massudo e sem gosto tb. Me cobraram caro pela refeição. O café da manhã é honesto, gostoso. 2) SPA. Sei que é uma empresa terceirizada, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar tb. Solicitei uma massagem via WhatsApp e as massoterapeutas não respondiam de jeito algum. Tive que solicitar a recepção da pousada para entrar com contato com o SPA. Ao chegar para a massagem, as funcionárias estavam fazendo massagem uma na outra, por isso não estavam me atendendo e, para completar passei um constrangimento ao me cobrarem adiantado a massagem, mesmo eu informando que pagaria assim que finalizassem o serviço. Experiência ruim.

Ótimo Hotel, bem localizado, atendentes educados e atenciosos, quartos amplos e limpos. Ótimo café da manha. Tem academia, sauna e piscina. Único ponto ruim que o bar da piscina não funciona, fora isso é um excelente Hotel.

HORÁRIO DO CAFÉ DA MANHÂ FIZEMOS UMA SUGESTÃO, POIS HORÁRIO DE 08:00 HS FICA TARDE, FALAMOS QUE O IDEAL SERIA PELO MENOS O INÍCIO ÀS 07 HORAS. AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS. UM ABRAÇO!

The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.

The hotel is located in a prime area in Rio de Janeiro, very close to Ipanema Beach, within walking distance. From there, you can easily reach the main beaches and attractions. Reception, check-in and check-out are very easy. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, good quality shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap), clean towels and sheets. There are amenities for purchase in the minibar (beer, chocolate, water and soft drinks). There was breakfast included (in my reservation) and there was good quality Brazilian style food, including cheese bread. The staff was very welcoming and polite. It is a very good hotel with a fair price.

В целом отель хороший. Расположение просто лучшее (первая линия), пляжный сервис, бассейн на крыше. Сантехника изношенная, кондиционер работал, но тарахтит как трактор. Проживали там в период карнавала, внизу в ресторане постоянно какие громкие гулянки. Оцениваю отель на 8 из 10

O atendimento na piscina pelos garçons , em especial ao Danilo , merece uma salva de palmas. O cardápio tem preços justos dos tira gostos e pratos. Tudo muito delicioso. Nao deixem de provar o super recheado pastel de camarao e a carne de sol com aipim . Não gostamos do barulho do arcondicionado, e do atendimento do setor de reservas, pessoal ríspido nas respostas. Piscina excelente. Localizaçao nota 1000
