Hotel Dengan Spa di Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan

A nicely designed hotel, from the lobby with two craft corners that will amuse kids and adults, to the well appointed rooms. We slept so well in the queen futon beds and enjoyed the public bath very much.  It’s also well located near to the Omichi Market and some good restaurants. Parking is easy, it’s Y1000 overnight, safe and convenient.

Lots of free offerings (coffee, juices, wine during happy hour, and chasuke as an evening snack). Room was clean and hotel is close to the major attractions and near a bus stop.

Choose this hotel because I stayed at his previous hotel in Beppu. . . As last time, the hotel facilities are very new and in the city center If you drive, there are three parking lots nearby, but be careful that there will be no space at night. . . Finally parked in a parking lot with no maximum parking fee and ended up paying 3800 yen-_- Speaking of the hotel, it has a massage, if you are interested you can go back to its online book a few days earlier Maybe because there were many people that day, the master was a bit in a hurry. . . So it doesn't feel as good as the last time in Beppu. . . Speaking of the room, the room has OK layout, open to luggage, and the floor is very clean. The most commendable thing is that there is finally a hotel with fast internet! ! !

Dormy Inn is a chain hotel with hot springs, and I've stayed at one in Kumamoto before. This hotel is very close to Kanazawa Station. After exiting the station, walk down past the bus stops on your left. When you see Aeon Mall, turn left. The hotel's main entrance is directly opposite a side entrance of Aeon Mall. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to Omi-cho Market, and you'll pass a Montbell store on the way. For dinner, I highly recommend a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant nearby that specializes in Noto beef. My partner and I had a fantastic meal there for around 10,000 yen. The restaurant is called Kanazawa Yakiniku.

It's still far from Kanazawa Station. Although there are shuttle buses, you can't figure out where to get on the bus when you first arrive, so you have to take a taxi, which costs 1100-1200 yen, which is not expensive. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. It's very quiet, and someone plays the piano at night. Most of the guests staying are local tourists and Westerners. What I'm not satisfied with is that the water volume in the shower room is too small. I can only take a bath in the public bathhouse for two nights. The breakfast is pure Japanese style, but it's not bad. It's not far from Kanazawa Park and Kenrokuen Garden, which can be reached within half an hour on foot. The art museum is also in the same direction, which can be reached within 45 minutes on foot.

An excellent hotel rather near the Kanazawa Train Station. There are also some good Japanese restaurants opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, contemporary with Japanese flavour. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive like body lotion, shampoo, comb, Onsen towel scrub, and tooth brush. The Onsen is rather small but sufficient as the turnover rate is pretty high since there is not much spaceto loiter or space out. The Japanese breakfast is sumptuous and pretty good variety. If you are early for your check-in, the hotel will gladly safekeeping for you until you return for the check-in at 3pm.

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

The hotel is a bit far from Kanazawa Station, requiring a short walk. There are convenience stores, ramen shops, and several restaurants nearby for late-night snacks. The rooms are larger than those in Tokyo's super hotels, with enough space to open a suitcase. Drinks are served in the evening, and the onsen (hot spring) is fantastic!

In the 2025 cherry blossom season, the first five hotels in Kyoto, Japan and the Hokuriku region were all rated poorly, either dirty or noisy. Finally, there is a hotel with all 5-star reviews. You must make an appointment for the transportation from Kaga Onsen to the hotel at least one day in advance on your own official website or ask Ctrip. I made an appointment with Ctrip two days in advance. I like the customer service. Follow the instructions at the south gate of Kaga Onsen Station to see the hotel's car. The timetable is shown in the last photo. The driver is courteous and considerate. On the way, there will be a brief introduction to the Buddha statue, snow mountain, famous product Mantou Niangniang, etc. It takes 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. It feels like home. The staff kneels down to serve. Now the process is done quickly. The corner Western-style room I booked is very good to live in. The sun is bright and the size is just right. The hotel is generous and the coffee and tea bar is available 24 hours a day. The quality is excellent. It is so thoughtful. You can choose a Kutani yaki tea cup. The latte is very delicious. The afternoon tea teppanyaki restaurant makes fresh pancakes. At 4 pm, five kinds of sweet cocktails are provided for happy hour. They are prepared by the staff and are delicious. Pudding is provided at 8 pm. There is a geisha performance at 8:45 Yamanaka Festival. A plate of snacks is also delicious in the morning. There is a row of sake for dinner. I didn’t pay attention to whether it is a self-service sake or free. I think this price and quality are above average. Breakfast is also full of sincerity and free sake is provided. The staff in the restaurant are very warm and thoughtful. My room does not have a private bath. When you check in, you will be asked to choose a private bath for 50 minutes. The large bath is also very good. You can also soak in the foot bath when you are free. I really can’t find any fault with this cost performance. I stayed in the expensive hotel next to it, Huazi, the next day. There was nothing except two bottles of water, a bag of coffee and a bag of stick tea. There was a welcome tea, but no other activities or food. Jixiangting is really serious about running a hotel. The only thing is that sometimes there is a faint smell of sewage in the hotel. In addition, there are a lot of Hong Kong tour groups staying there, and they talk very loudly.

It was not a new inn but clean. The staff was good.
