We absolutely loved our stay at the minimal modern Muji-style hotel! The design was sleek and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. Although our stay was short—just one night—we truly enjoyed every moment. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and we appreciated the convenient amenities that made our visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa. Lots of free offerings (coffee, juices, wine during happy hour, and chasuke as an evening snack). Room was clean and hotel is close to the major attractions and near a bus stop.

Choose this hotel because I stayed at his previous hotel in Beppu. . . As last time, the hotel facilities are very new and in the city center If you drive, there are three parking lots nearby, but be careful that there will be no space at night. . . Finally parked in a parking lot with no maximum parking fee and ended up paying 3800 yen-_- Speaking of the hotel, it has a massage, if you are interested you can go back to its online book a few days earlier Maybe because there were many people that day, the master was a bit in a hurry. . . So it doesn't feel as good as the last time in Beppu. . . Speaking of the room, the room has OK layout, open to luggage, and the floor is very clean. The most commendable thing is that there is finally a hotel with fast internet! ! !

My original booking showed a double room, but upon arrival, I was given a single room, which was perfect for a solo female traveler, and exactly what I needed. For consecutive stays, there's no room cleaning, and bottled water is only provided on the first day; subsequent days won't have any. I tried the breakfast for one day, and it surprisingly exceeded my expectations – there was a wide variety, even a small seafood rice bowl! I booked for 5 nights but unfortunately had an urgent matter come up that required me to return to Tokyo, so I ended up wasting 2 nights. The hotel front desk said they couldn't refund the 2 nights, which is my own fault, I guess. At this point, could they at least give me a bottle of hotel water to help calm me down?

”An old five-star hotel next to Kanazawa Ancient Castle” The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to Kanazawa Castle Park, the largest park in Kanazawa. Kanazawa's public transportation is not very developed, and there are not many tram lines. It is more convenient to arrive at the hotel by taking the hotel's own shuttle bus. There are 5 buses starting from 10:50 a day, and the last bus is at 16:20. It costs about 1,000 yen to take a taxi. The distance is not far and it is not expensive. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's sense of history. The decoration is more Western-style and low-key and luxurious. The hotel has only 6 floors in total. We live on the executive floor on the 6th floor, and we are given a drink and breakfast for each person in the afternoon. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, which is a typical Japanese service. On rainy days, someone will send and collect umbrellas. The English level is acceptable and can communicate basically. There is a public hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The male pool is not large and can accommodate several people, but fortunately there don't seem to be many people. This hotel does not exchange male and female baths, so you can only experience one.

This is a pretty good hotel with a very convenient location. Parking is limited, however, so if you arrive late, you might need to park off-site. Most of the staff can communicate in English, which is helpful. It's quite a new hotel, and I appreciate the thoughtful amenities like the laundry room and a common area where you can relax and have a drink with friends. They even have a change machine.

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

There's a public bath with a happy hour bar from 5-8 pm, perfect for a drunken getaway. It would be even better if it stayed out later. The surrounding amenities are quite convenient, and everything is pretty good. The bed comfort is average, neither particularly good nor bad. Various pillows are available in the lobby. The code key makes it easier to remember your room key or room key. The TV offers a variety of media and is quite modern. Recommended.

The timetable is shown in the last photo. The driver is courteous and considerate. On the way, there will be a brief introduction to the Buddha statue, snow mountain, famous product Mantou Niangniang, etc. It takes 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. It feels like home. The staff kneels down to serve. Now the process is done quickly. The corner Western-style room I booked is very good to live in. The sun is bright and the size is just right. The hotel is generous and the coffee and tea bar is available 24 hours a day. The quality is excellent. It is so thoughtful. You can choose a Kutani yaki tea cup. The latte is very delicious. The afternoon tea teppanyaki restaurant makes fresh pancakes. At 4 pm, five kinds of sweet cocktails are provided for happy hour. They are prepared by the staff and are delicious. Pudding is provided at 8 pm. There is a geisha performance at 8:45 Yamanaka Festival. A plate of snacks is also delicious in the morning. There is a row of sake for dinner. I didn’t pay attention to whether it is a self-service sake or free. I think this price and quality are above average. Breakfast is also full of sincerity and free sake is provided. The staff in the restaurant are very warm and thoughtful. My room does not have a private bath. When you check in, you will be asked to choose a private bath for 50 minutes. The large bath is also very good. You can also soak in the foot bath when you are free. I really can’t find any fault with this cost performance. I stayed in the expensive hotel next to it, Huazi, the next day. There was nothing except two bottles of water, a bag of coffee and a bag of stick tea. There was a welcome tea, but no other activities or food. Jixiangting is really serious about running a hotel. The only thing is that sometimes there is a faint smell of sewage in the hotel. In addition, there are a lot of Hong Kong tour groups staying there, and they talk very loudly.

It was not a new inn but clean. The staff was good.
