Hotel excelente no geral. òtimos quartos e perfeito pra quem vai com criança. O Time de atividades infantil é excelente. Bar da piscina é mediano e tem o mesmo preço que o bar interno que é bem melhor. Voltaria com certeza.

Sem dúvidas o ponto forte do hotel é a comida. Sensacional! De todos os restaurantes. Cordialidade dos funcionários ótima! Eficiência razoável, esperava mais de um 5 estrelas. Quarto não atendeu minhas expectativas, cheiro de mofo mto desagradável, reclamamos, fizeram uma manutenção no Ar condicionado com ozônio, mas não resolveu. Tivemos um vazamento no banheiro, que nos atrasou para assitir ai show de mágica, acabamos perdendo... Piscinas otimas, mas poderia ter alguma climatizada, a piscina aquecida era para adulto, meu filho de 4 anos não conseguiu aproveitar. Enfim, hotel mto bom, mas pelo valor que pagamos esperava mais, principalmente da acomodação.

ótima localização, perto de Ponta de Negra , dos melhores restaurantes, e passeios...Fiquei no apartamento frente mar , um visual muito agradável, Piscina limpa, grande, com bar dentro , excelente atendimento na piscina. Café da manhã justo , bom, com tudo que é oferecido nos grandes hotéis. Resumo; é um ótimo custo beneficio, devemos sempre avaliar o que pagamos e o que podemos esperar.

Excelente opção pra quem quer um local tranquilo em Pipa, muito próximo a Vila, literalmente no meio da mata. A piscina é ótima, o café da manhã maravilhoso e a atenção e simpatia dos funcionários exemplar. Pra quem busca tranquilidade e contato com a natureza é uma excelente opção.

Hospedagem maravilhosa, fantástica! Todos da equipe são extremamente solícitos e gentis. A estrutura é incrível, a cama uma delícia, você deita nas nuvens. O restaurante tem ótimos pratos, piscina aquecida muito boa. Todos os ambientes são muito aconchegantes, foi a melhor hospedagem que tive na vida. A vontade é de ficar lá pra sempre!

SSIMONE ARCAROThe hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

I stayed in the apartment front of sea , a very pleasant view, clean pool, big, with bar inside , excellent swimming pool service. Breakfast is fair , good, with everything that is offered in the big hotels.
