O hotel é ótimo, entretanto muito antigo. Tudo é velho, academia, o ar do quarto, o chuveiro, a tv do quarto. O serviço foi perfeito, os funcionários são maravilhosos, tudo muito limpo. Mas as acomodações deixam a desejar.

Hotel bem localizado, muito grande, em um centro comercial. Entrada de carros extremamente confusa e mal sinalizada - horrível. Péssimo restaurante terceirizado, com o gerente ou responsável pelo café da manhã omisso e irresponsável ao ser questionado sobre remédios importantes colocados sobre a mesa que foram jogados no lixo sem que nenhuma atitude minimamente colaborativa e educada fosse tomada pelo responsável, configurando total desleixo. Péssimo gestor, com péssimo exemplo à equipe.
O ponto alto do Hotel Slaviero Campina Grande é a simpatia e disponibilidade das funcionárias da recepção, especialmente a sub-gerente Rayane. Nota dez (apenas para a equipe da recepção).

Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.

Hotel com boa localização; area de lazer com bar e uma piscina fantástica com borda infinita, café da manhã super completo, excelente. Funcionários cordiais e serviço de estacionamento com manobrista. Fomos colocados no quarto andar, recusamos o quarto pois já no corredor o cheiro de mofo é insuportável, depois fomos levados para o segundo andar com o mesmo problema, ai fomos para o quinto andar que é mais novo e não tivemos problemas. A solicitação de troca do quarto foi feito sem questionamentos e com otimo apoio do pessoal.

Hotel ótimo Bem localizado com bastante conforto e comodidade. Caro pelo tanto de opção similar que existe próximo em Tambaú com opções de custo mais acessível. Apenas uma ressalva pra compra indicando frente mar e no check in foi oferecido um normal no corredor. Tipo de expertise que não leva a nada e só espanta turista. De resto cumpre o que promete. Talvez até indicaria mas não ficaria novamente.

Hotel em localização próxima à praia e próximo de mercados de artesanato locais. Bons restaurantes no entorno e facilidade de chegada e de deslocamento com aplicativos de veículos.
Garagem com boas vagas para estacionamento. Dois elevadores para utilização. Infraestrutura básica, talvez podendo ser melhorada. Cobertura com piscina e bar em ótimas condições.
Café da manhã excelente, bem como ótimo atendimento da equipe em todos os setores.
Quarto com instalações simples, mas confortáveis. Camas e chuveiro adequados.

O.ar-condicionado direciona a ventilação diretamente em cima.da cama (apesar de algumas pessoas preferirem assim, particularmente não gosto.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

EEdson MFHotel muito bem localizado. É o ponto forte. Quarto amplo com cama confortável e sempre limpo (destaque para a Rose). Bom café da manhã (ficamos oito dias e poderia variar um pouco mais). Destaque para a tapioca feita pela Vitória e atendimento da Karine. Boa piscina para relaxar quando retornar da praia (Precisa arrumar o chuveiro da área da piscina e instalar um lava pés para retirar a areia). Em frente a praia, ao lado de bons restaurantes e de quiosques de praia.

GGuest UserHotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.
