O hotel é ótimo, entretanto muito antigo. Tudo é velho, academia, o ar do quarto, o chuveiro, a tv do quarto. O serviço foi perfeito, os funcionários são maravilhosos, tudo muito limpo. Mas as acomodações deixam a desejar.

Eu contratei um quarto por 4 dias. Após mais de 30horas de voo, de Hefei/China até Guarulhos/Brasil, tive problemas com meu voo e nao consegui chegar a tempo, cheguei no dia seguinte. A viagem foi para a conferência internacional dos BRICS. Mesmo tendo pago adianrado para 4 dias, o hotel quebrou o contrato e permaneceu com o valor. Não houve nenhum auxilio para hospedagem, nenhum suporte para resolver a situação ou me ajudar, simplesmente não se absteram, alegando que é política da empresa que deve ser comunicado atrasos. Contudo, essa politica sequer consta no site do hotel na Trip, inclusive nao auxilia casos excepcionais como o que eu passei. Apos anos e muitas viagens em diferentes locais, foi a primeira vez que fui tratado com tanto descaso. Foi uma pessima experiencia causada pela rede de Hotels Andrade, pela falta de auxilio e suporte. Inclusive, fiquei sabendo no hotel que eu nao fui o unico caso do dia a ter a mesma situação e que a posicao da rede de Hoteis Andrade teve o mesmo descaso.

Localização, serviços excelentes. Mas nosso quarto apresentou problemas típicos de manutenção. Infiltração no teto, chegando a pingar água no chão e ficar pouca, escorregadia logo na entrada. Descarga do banheiro com defeito...coisas simples dr resolver. No mais..foi um fim de semana incrível.

One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

GGuest UserHotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.

O único ponto negatinho seria a reforma q estava ocorrendo no andar onde fomos colocados mas de 50% do andar estava em reforma ficamos no primeiro quanto pós tumulto então seria impossível não haver bastante barulho pela manhã cedo e poeira. Como viajamos com criança pequena foi algo desagradável. Lembrando q estou falando das obras q estavam ocorrendo no próprio hotel não a do lado, essa realmente não tem nada haver com o hotel.
