First impression is that it's OK, however not a 4 star hotel at all, more like a 3 star. Reception service is good and friendly, but when you go to the restaurant they barely look at you when you want to order. It's like they're trying to hide from their customers. There is almost never anybody if you want to order a drink or a coffee.. terrible F&B management.

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

Good location just in front of “ glam hotel@ in front of central train station which is convenient to travel, the hotel was quite new but one elevator was out of order so need to wait for more than 10mins to get down since the elevator is quite small if you need to bring the luggages with you and there is no porter to help the luggages since there is a lot of steps in front door! However, the reception is very friendly and helped me arrange a bigger and quiet room to sleep, will come back again in my next trip!

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Milan! Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Milan Centrale, and you can spot its stylish and outstanding exterior as soon as you exit the station. I felt extremely safe staying here, thanks to the 24/7 security guards both inside and outside the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even answering my midnight call for a request. The hotel’s bar offers a great selection of affordable drinks in a cozy atmosphere. My room was perfect, with a warm shower system and a pillow menu to customize my comfort. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.

Perfect location very clean stayed 2 nights 3 adults as a family in our room given clean towels each day and beds were made for us staff so welcoming and knowledgeable.We accidentally left our house keys in the safe the reception at hotel quickly let us know and helped arrange for them to be delivered to us at the airport just amazing service can’t thank them enough would highly recommend

Clean hotel. Super pleased with the chambermaid who was servicing our floor. We did not need any room service but need toilet rolls replenishment. So we asked her for some toilet paper and change of towels. She went over the extra mile to come into the room to take our old towels and also clear all the trash bins!! We were asking if she can help to get us a kettle and she really brought it up and placed it outside of our room door cos we had the privacy tag on. Good service!!!

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

I would like to say I never go out of my way to write a bad review, as I understand nowhere is perfect and often it’s just one or two minor things which aren’t good. But sadly I had to review this experience. Upon check-in the grumpy person behind the desk took photocopies of our passports. We were given a key with a chunky, dirty keyring and weren’t told how we could get to our room or given any sort of information as to what to expect on our stay here. We were given no leaflets or anything in our room about nearby attractions. When we entered our room we instantly noticed how dirty the room was. Overall the interior of both the hotel and the rooms are pleasant and seemingly lovely traditional Italian. Sadly it seems that the owner has given up with ensuring it is kept nice and clean as everything looks shabby and wilted. We aren’t even being picky, the standard things which you would expect to be clean were very dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered, the surfaces looked unwiped, the shower head was filthy with limescale so had to request it to be cleaned as genuinely felt it was unsafe to shower under. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor and pillows were flat. We had to request more pillows several times. We were just given 1 sheet (which was thankfully the only thing in the room clean) to sleep with and no headboard. The drain in the shower smelt really bad when water from the shower drained into it - it smelt like the sewer. The only 2 working plug sockets in the whole of the room and bathroom were if you unplugged the TV and on the floor near the bathroom door with nowhere to rest anything on (e.g. a phone to charge). We found a mini fridge in our room under the desk but sadly no option of a mini bar where we could purchase waters or snacks. This could be a great opportunity for the hotel to make the guest experience better and also make money and yet something else which they don’t care about. The chair at the desk had also seen better days and looks like it’s been thrown around. Also, when the maid cleaned our room, they shoved our pyjamas almost in a ball nearly on top of the dirty phone in the room. We were disgusted. Sadly there is no restaurant on site or any options for food or drink which is extremely unusual. We found that the staff were overall quite rude but when we showed them our flat pillows and the shower head they seemed to understand where we were coming from and a little embarrassed. Nearby there seems to be a few transport links but we were given no information how to get into Milano Centrale or to attractions such as Duomo. Because of this and how confusing we found the transport system, we sadly spent an unnecessary amount on Uber’s because none of the staff would really help us. Unfortunately with it being August, all shops/restaurants/cafes/businesses within several miles are closed. They need the hotel inspector to visit.

If you are looking for being out of the milan zones but still be in the buzz of experiencing a vacation,this place can suit you. Anyways i way in the 11th floor with the grand view. The Room was all wood furniture,a bit old style but cool. Was safe & sound.

We travelled in Milan for 3 days and we stayed at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the room would be cleaned every day. The only shortage was that the wifi in the room was very slow. I recommend to reach the hotel by regional train rather than metro, since the metro station is far from the hotel.

The hotel is located in the airport with walking distance to terminal one. The staff is professional and kind and the room is very clean with body wash and other essential products. The price is reasonable so I highly recommend this hotel.

Would have liked to get a coffee while waiting for room but all machines had been turned off some electric works which is just unfortunate timing I suppose. Otherwise all very good😊

We stayed for one night at the Malpensa Crown plaza as our flight was coming in 21.30 to Terminal 2 meaning car hire offices might be closed . There is a free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 . We took this and got off at Holiday inn Express ( the driver called out the name of hotel at the stop) . From here it’s a short walk straight up the road , past Holiday in Express on your left then take a right and you are at the Crowne Plaza. Might be tricky with lots of bags but we just had small carry on bags. You can call the hotel ( really quick to answer call) and request a shuttle from the hotel . This costs 15 euros per room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean , comfortable - toiletries plentiful and nice quality ; shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , hand wash all available to use ( not the little throw away bottles). Coffee , tea, hot choc , water and a couple of biscuits too in room. Breakfast plentiful - cakes, pastries, fruit selection, bacon , sausage, fab scrambled eggs, bread, juices , coffee from machine but fine . Great, comfortable one night stay. Turkish bath, gym and sauna but we didn’t use. Would recommend . Paid around £90 .

5 stars not because of the venue, but because of the staff. What a fantastic stay. We were made to feel so welcome even though we speak so little Italian. The place is reasonable, spotless, and very picturesque. Viviana on reception always had a lovey smile an was willing to help. Marcello lovely helpful man. My personal favorite was the delightful Alessia at the bar. That girl made our stay! Well done, whoever hires here deserves a pay rise!! Looking forward to staying again. PS the dinner in the evening could have been a bit nicer. Grazie!

Ottimo Hotel, non manca proprio nulla! Ottima Pulizia,colazione,privacy,climatizzazione,parcheggio gratuito e coperto,camere spaziose,materasso comodissimo,bagno con doccia molto spaziosa,gran tv a schermo piatto e all'interno della camera alcuni attrezzi per attività fisica. Nelle vicinanze a circa 200metri due ottimi ristoranti brasiliano e giapponese.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Don't go there - they do wrong advertising about their pool and hot pot. It's private and needs a reservation in advance - no chance to just hop in the pool! For us are Spa/Wellness/Hot pot a must to select a hotel and this one has completely failed our expectations as well as their own descriptions.

Arrivati oltre le 23 di sera e l'accoglienza col sorriso ci ha subito dato un'ottima impressione. Camera super pulita, biancheria di ottima fattura. Colazione di ottima qualità e abbastanza varia. Eravamo a piedi e dalla stazione di Saronno ci si muove in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. L'ospitalità, il sorriso e la disponibilità sono le caratteristiche estremamente positive che rendono il soggiorno molto positivo.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.
