Great hotel! The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Really nice and friendly staff. Quite central and close to restaurants and shopping. For my niece and I, was a walking distance from the station, but someone might prefer to go by bus. I would definitely recommend it, if you are visiting the area.

The staff is generally very friendly and engaging, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The rooms are fine but not particularly special for the price. Breakfast is good, and Michela stands out as wonderfully attentive and kind. However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, it’s definitely better to head into the city. The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesn’t quite deliver the experience you’d expect for the price.

Отличный отель в прекрасном месте. Завтрак отличный. Хорошая душевая кабина в номере и ванные принадлежности. Очень понравилось СПА, посещение которого входит в стоимость. Но! Ночью под окнами в 5 утра убирали мусор. Очень шумно даже при закрытых окнах. Пожалуй, это единственный минус.

Милый отель. Отличные разнообразные завтраки. Персонал очень заботливый. Рядом винодельня, оливковая роща, виноградник.

從威尼斯坐高鐵和火車去科默湖 Varenna 住3夜。 從米蘭坐火車到Varenna-Esino站，步行10分鐘左右就到達了酒店。被酒店的風景深深吸引住了。每一個景色都美得讓你難忘。它的美是自然和人工創作的完美融合。走在丘陵山坡和深深淺淺的綠色及紅黃白等各種各樣的花卉之間，還有各色各樣的雕術品，遠眺是深藍色的湖水。值得拍照留念！ 早餐非常豐盛美味，服務很好。唯一遺憾的是周圍沒有很多的餐廳選擇。還有就是可能是因為我去時已是十月中旬的後半段了，沒能看到完美的藍天白雲。

Buon hotel a pochi km. dall'aeroporto. Un poco datato ma nel complesso ok. Utile il garage sotterraneo. Unica pecca, il rivestimento del corridoio su cui si aprono le stanze era ”scollato” in alcuni punti, di conseguenza ogni volta che ci camminava qualcuno faceva un rumore fastidioso, e trattandosi perlopiù di clientela da e per l'aeroporto, il rumore c'è stato ad ogni ora.

Walaupun hotel ini mempunyai sejarah yang panjang, hiasannya tidak kon*******al sama sekali. Hotel Eropah tidak besar tetapi ia sangat indah. Saya tinggal di sebuah bilik di sepanjang jalan, yang mempunyai penebat bunyi yang baik dan sangat mudah untuk perjalanan. Saya telah melawat beberapa tempat pelancongan di Milan. Pada waktu pagi, melihat matahari bersinar di balkoni bangunan bertentangan, anda duduk di ambang tingkap dan minum secawan kopi.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'assitenza è stata al top, come pure i servizi offerti. La struttura si presenta molto bene ed i servizi offerti sono molto più che soddisfacenti. La camera, come tutto l'hotel, è molto pulita, ordinata e gradevole. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti e sicuramente ci torneremo.

This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though.

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
