Terdapat seorang wanita di resepsi yang kelihatan seperti seorang intelektual dan banyak bercakap bahasa Inggeris.
Apabila saya memberitahunya bahawa air di pancuran itu suam dan tidak panas, dia berkata dia akan menjaganya dengan segera, tetapi apabila saya menyebutnya sekali lagi selama tiga hari, dia menukar bilik dan akhirnya berasa selesa. Tetapi saya menggigil selama tiga hari dan diserang selsema yang teruk. Peti besi di bilik pertama juga rosak.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.
My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes).
Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

Buon hotel a pochi km. dall'aeroporto. Un poco datato ma nel complesso ok. Utile il garage sotterraneo. Unica pecca, il rivestimento del corridoio su cui si aprono le stanze era âscollatoâ in alcuni punti, di conseguenza ogni volta che ci camminava qualcuno faceva un rumore fastidioso, e trattandosi perlopiĂč di clientela da e per l'aeroporto, il rumore c'Ăš stato ad ogni ora.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. The hotel is nice and clean, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Its location is very convenient â less than a 10-minute walk from Milan Centrale station, even when traveling with luggage. There are also several delicious pizza restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket, which made things very convenient.
The only minor downside is that there are stairs at the main entrance, but the hotel does provide a lift for wheelchair users, and the bell staff are very helpful in assisting with luggage. The room was also a little smaller than expected, but it was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are excellent. There is no front desk but check in and check out is easy with an automatic machine. The town is very silent and close to mountain. The only problem is it takes around an hour from bergamo airport and there may be traffic.

In the suburbs of Bergamo, so not many restaurants etc near the hotel. Rooms were basic and clean. We found the Parigi a good quality hotel with good value and very friendly service.

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

HhappycornIt's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.

GGuest Useri had an amazing stay but only thing is regarding me being offered due to miscommunication i was given the spa complementary but which was amazing but this morning the receptionist was making me feel uneasy due to my deposit.
he was questioning me and made me feel very agitated as i am entitled to my deposit back which will have âŹ5 for shuttle âŹ2 form lattee and i was told service charges. so i was told i would have around âŹ42 deposit returned i have emailed yourselfs with no reply, taxi complaint who took my money from me and taxi did not appear and i paid âŹ38 and not got that returned either.
the rooms where spot less beautiful.
the staff are lovely in the bar especially.
receptionist staff when speaking to them i felt as though i was bothering them when i was asking questions how to get to places.
but the rudeness i received as i went down to reception. as i was only given 2 small cartons of milk for my coffee and i like to drink a de caffeinated coffee i went to ask for milk and the way i was spoken to was horrible.
all in the hotel is lovely but staff need to learn more on there customer service skills cause treating customers like that they wonât come back

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fastâfaster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature â adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate.
First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air đIt feels like the toilet will collapse at any timeđ
The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy.
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

__ZSH11310000308****This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.

EElephant named BCanât say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after.
It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didnât take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana!
Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer

GGuest UserBlockage of the radiator turned on at full blast with a bathroom impracticable at 30 degrees of temperature. Part of our heat, significant energy waste. The reception was informed, poor responsiveness in solving the problem. Furthermore, inserting that the SPA is among the services offered and not saying that this is paid for (in most hotels in Europe the SPA is free to use) is not a correct way of informing (and this also applies to trip.com , not only for Art & Hotel). It seems like we have returned to when in Italy you paid for Internet connection in hotels while in the rest of Europe it was free of charge. By the way, the wifi in the hotel is free, easy to access but with an excessively weak signal: insufficient both for working and for watching a film on the tablet. WiFi like this is like not having it. Acceptable compulsion, nothing more.
