L’hotel è meraviglioso, a picco sul lago. Completamente immerso nel paesaggio. Le camere sono delle suite spaziose e luminose con delle grandi vetrate da cui puoi ammirare il lago. Ci sono due ristoranti, uno con menu degustazione e uno con una selezione un po’ ristretta, avrei desiderato un semplice piatto di pasta al pomodoro o tagliata di manzo con patatine fritte ma non era possibile. La colazione invece mi mancherà tantissimo, super! La spa è nuova, tecnologica ed offre tante opzioni. Nel complesso un posto che rimarrà nel mio cuore

Lovely hotel. The location was very good and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to do daytrips in and around Milan 🙌🏼 they also let us do early check-in since we arrived before lunch

The hotel is in an excellent location, just in the alley behind the cathedral, with alleys extending in all directions, surrounded by shops, shopping streets, coffee shops and restaurants. My two daughters and I stayed in a triple room with a double bed and a small bed. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom, but slippers. Cleaning was prompt. Outside the hotel door is the Internet celebrity fried dumplings. It is very convenient to walk, subway and tram from the hotel. We go back every day and pass the Christmas market with our hands full of food. My favorite is the cream cake at the market. Eat one every day. I tried walking to Sforzesco Castle and the canal zone which took half an hour and forty minutes respectively. Sforzesco Castle is connected to the Sempion Green Area, which is really a natural oxygen bar. Even the two home girls couldn't help but run. Pass through the Arc de Triomphe at the end of the park and walk one kilometer to Chinatown. There are several Chinese restaurants near the hotel. There is a hot pot and fried rice noodle snack shop called Bloom on the path passing through the arch of the Royal Plaza Museum. There is also a Shanxi Restaurant. Although the breakfast at the hotel does not have many varieties, the croissants are displayed under exquisite lights like works of art, and the coffee is freshly made by an uncle in a white shirt. These two things are very good points. The lighting in the restaurant is very comfortable. The fruit bowl contains our favorite kiwi, pineapple and cantaloupe. The children are very happy and look forward to getting up early to eat every day.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. Tram Line 1 is right at the door, which goes directly to Milan Cathedral. The free coffee provided in the hotel room is delicious, and the hotel restaurant is also very distinctive.

Pros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected! Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on. My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes). Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Milan and the location is perfect, next to the Duomo and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Well located hotel Historic (old train station) I waited more than 30 minutes to get my vehicle back... too bad

I haven't been in the store for a long time, but my work performance is very good and my enthusiasm for work, especially my smiling service, has always been praised by customers. Now I have been elected as the foreman by everyone, and I work very hard. The scenery is still beautiful.

I m happy with most of the things but I checked in 12.30Am with my son and he’s epileptic they gave room right end of the building I have walk with him for ten minutes to go to room he was very tired I checked late night thy should consider again have to walk 10 minutes to lift and then go to level 1 for breakfast I paid for my sons breakfast but because thy gave me room soo far my son was tired he missed the breakfast he said it’s long walk and he was tired
