アメニティは豊富です．使いたいものだけ自分で選ぶことができます．受付のサービスも親切丁寧でした。ユニットバスの壁の黒カビは少し気になりましたが、それ以外は清潔感あり、とても静かな部屋でゆっくり休むことができました．部屋のエアコンは暖房と冷房を自分で切り替えができなかったので少し暑かったです。しかし、空気清浄機がありましたので、それを活用して快適に過ごしました．駅からも近く、徒歩圏内にはファミレスやショッピングセンターのようなものもあります．また利用したいと思いました．

It is not very near the train station but walkable. Lobby is very spacious and roomy. Staff are very attentive. Enjoyed the onsen a lot! The onsen amenities are good (yakult are offered after morning bath while ice cream are offered after dinner bath, there is also a room filled with manga for your entertainment next to the bath). We were given a corner room and the vent was very noisy. The bed is moderately hard and so were the pillows. However, upon request, they changed us another room without much hesitation. They are also very prompt with their service when extra pillows were requested.

If I could give service 6 out of 5 stars I would! The staff were so lovely and arranged the shipping of my luggage to Tokyo in a very efficient way, going so far as to help me weigh it (they had to carry it to do so) and then advising me to repack to get cheaper rates. They also helped me check in early to the fastest cleaned room! Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The laundry room was convenient and next to the baths so you could soak while your clothes were being cleaned. A fantastic and comfortable stay! I’ll definitely be back!

水戸駅に隣接しており電車での移動の場合に便利です。また水戸駅南口にあるバス停から茨城空港行きのバスも出ており そちらのバス停もすぐ近くなので便利でした。 館内は清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。 私はうっかり、忘れ物をしてしまい後日ホテルへ問い合わせたのですが、親切丁寧に対応してくださいました。勿論、チェックイン時の対応も丁寧に接して下さりストレスフリーでした。 今回はレストラン等の利用はありませんでした。 また水戸への訪問の機会があれば、同じく利用したいと思います。

I was a bit disappointed that the Ocean Torii Gate was a little ways from the hotel. Having said that the ocean view from our room was very nice. The meals were delicious and staff very helpful. Sadly our room was very dusty and the bath seemed to be in need of a good clean so we just showered. There was wallpaper beginning to come off the walls and the sliding door blinds and door surrounds were quite dirty. Disappointing considering the room price.

Next door neighbor started screaming at 3am. He seemed to be very angry. I asked the hotel staff to let us move room but unfortunately the rooms were all full. They instead knocked on next door neighbor which made them quiet. I guess that was the only thing they could do but we were scared that the next door will hold grudge against us. Not hotels fault but terrible experience.

츠치우라 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 충분히 걸어갈수 있는 정도고 방 상태등은 양호했고 다만 보통 다른 호텔에가면 물병등 서비스가 있는데 여기는 없습니다 그래도 편히 쉴수 있었고 호텔 바로 앞에 스키야 체인점이 있어 싸게 식사 문제를 해결할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 식사도 사전에 예약하면 1000엔 정도로 식권을 받을수 있고 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설중 아쉬운점은 욕탕이 없어서 그냥 방 내부에서 샤워를 마쳐야 합니다.

I was first allocated a room with heavy smoke even though I am a non-smoker. We booked for 2 adults, but was given a single room with just one pillow. The room is clean, although a bit old. Great view of Tsukuba when we looked out of the window. I am thankful for the view.

Bery convenient. The location is great, close to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a decent variety. Overall, it’s a good value and a reliable choice for visitors.

設備、サービスに何も不満はありません。ロフトベッドのあるスーパールームは子供１人連れには最適でまた宿泊したいです。温泉のお湯も滑らかで良かったです。そして最後に宿を去る時にフロントでもない清掃等をされているスタッフの方から気持ちの良いお見送りの言葉を頂きました。これにはちょっと感動した次第です。
