Nice hotel, friendly staff, affordable business hotel, conveniently location at just 2 minutes from station. Good breakfast. Clean ambience. Close to river, walkable distance. Many restaurants nearby including McD. Recommended. Has a bus interchange close by. Tokyo Airport has direct bus to the bus stop just in front of this hotel as well. 40mins by Shinkansen to this place from Tokyo station. Even if you have work at Kitsuregawa, would suggest to stay in this place and take local train to commute.

原本只住一晚，但第二天沒趕上去盛岡的新幹線，又臨時多住一晚，非常感謝櫃台人員幫忙安排房間，如果有機會還會想入住

首都圏のカンデオホテルはよく利用しておりますが、宇都宮は初でした。部屋や天空風呂は他のカンデオホテルと同じ感じですが、最近できたこともありきれいです。何より宇都宮駅くら近く、買い物も食事も便利です。宇都宮出張の際は重宝しそうです。

The hotel is very beautiful - ambiance was great, room was great, staff were excellent. The very clean common kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and miso soup was awesome and a boon to the travel weary. We could warm our food in the microwave and conventional ovens. The hotel also offered artisanal bread, pizza etc. for purchase, which could be reheated or baked in the ovens. Altogether a great hotel but it was far from the main area near the train station where most of the restaurants and convenience stores were.

It was a rainy day. I recommend to eat Utsnomiya Gyoza in there. It's a so famous food in Japan that is like a Chinese dumpling.

The hotel is more like a museum :). You can admire every room and every thing :) You will see a table lamp at the reception, which has been standing there since 1907, in the lobby you will see photographs of people who stayed at this hotel - Indira Gandhi, Eleanor Roosevelt, Robert Koch, Edward Prince of Wales and many other. The restaurant has very beautiful dishes. And the table for dinner was set using 11 cutlery :) The staff is very attentive and polite. I would especially like to thank Sabita for her help. The room itself is fairly basic (but not modern) the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are not cleaned daily and towels are not changed unless specifically requested. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a three-minute walk from Nikko Park - UNESCO heritage. Currently, one wing of the hotel is being renovated.

2年ぶりに宿泊。初めて八番館に泊まった。八番館利用はプレミアムラウンジが使える。落ち着く空間だったがうれしいのか入口から覗き込んではしゃぐ客が複数いたのにはびっくりした。運良く6階の部屋だったので便利だった。他の階だと秀峰館の施設利用の際はエレベーターの乗り継ぎが必要。 おそらくほぼ満室だったと思うがお風呂が屋上の露天風呂を含めて3箇所あるので混雑感はない。ゆったり過ごせた。シャワーベッドとドライヤーがリファになっていた。 食事は2食共バイキング。やはりザワザワ感は否めないがあさやに泊まるならバイキングだと思う。懐石の料亭利用経験はないのでわからないが会席のレストランよりもバイキングの方が良かった。ただ、迅速にしてくれるのは良いのだが空いたそばからガチャガチャと皿を下げるレストランスタッフが走る様にフロアを歩くので食事をしながら揺れる。若干、落ち着かない。 アルバイトも多いのかあさやらしくない対応もあった。 スタッフは丁寧だがコロナ禍で色々簡素化されてなんだかちょっとお高めな普通の温泉ホテルになって来た感じもする。以前はもう少し特別感や高級感、特別感があった気がする。 コロナ対応がなくなる時が来ても元のサービスには戻らない様な気がする。

This is my third trip/adventure to Japan. I would say as a solo traveler this has to be one of the very best places I have ever stayed in when travelling around Japan. I came to Nikko np to explore the vast array of hiking trails, all of which I did, had breathtaking views and a poetic, truly majestic Japanese feel to them. I rented a car from Nasushiobara (Shinkansen) and drove across to Kinugawa. On arrival I was greeted by a host of the hotel staff, welcoming me and helping me with parking and my bags. I checked in with ease and with some broken English and Japanese on my part was led to a beautiful traditional Japanese style room overlooking the river. The service throughout was world class and made me feel both very comfortable, at home, but also special. I stayed 3 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner), both truly amazing and served with grace and politeness. On the first evening’s dinner one of the serving staff took the time to speak with me and allowed me to share some of my recent experiences/photos etc whilst preparing dinner - this was most welcome, especially as I had been travelling alone for over a week. The location of the onsen hotel is about 60 mins drive to some of the most sought after walks in the np. Very easy to access by car and excellent roads. The accommodation itself is a mix between very traditional Japanese resort and original/boutique Ryokan. The private and public onsen’s are fantastic and a well deserved rest-bite after a long days hiking! Having been to some of the most popular ryokan’s in Japan; Iwaso, Claska etc, this came as a very nice surprise and at an affordable rate without any compromise. エレベーターホールの廊下に薄い壁一枚で直面したベッド。タバコの灰のようなシミの着いたシーツ。 狭い部屋で汚い。 写真とはまったく別の代物です。 トイレ付きのユニットバスは狭い汚い臭いの三拍子。 立地に胡座をかいてるのかもしれませんが、 もう少し誠実な仕事をしてほしいです。 色々なホテルに泊まりましたがホテルマンを含めこんなに不快な思いをしたのははじめてです。 三連休で値段は一名11000円二度と泊まりませんが、他の方の参考になればと思います。

Pertama sekali, panduan tempat letak kenderaan lancar dan menyenangkan. Saya sangat gembira dapat bilik sudut lagi. Biliknya luas dan bersih, dan bilik mandi dibersihkan dengan baik. Perkara yang paling penting adalah diam dan tidur nyenyak pada waktu malam. Ini adalah hotel yang saya mahu menginap lagi ketika saya datang ke Utsunomiya.

大人7名で伺いました。 お天気は生憎でしたが、とても思い出に残る素晴らしい旅ができました。 送迎バスで11時前にホテル到着。 ご担当された方のお名前を失念してしまいましたが、ショートカットの素敵なスタッフの方、機敏なご対応ありがとうございました。 硫黄泉の温泉 お肌がスベスベになり湯温も丁度良く、 (この日は気温が12℃ぐらいの日でした) 洗い場は独立してパーティションで区切られ 水圧も良かったです。 朝夕食もお料理、サービス、雰囲気 全て大満足でした。 夕食は本日のフルコースでしたが どのお料理も地元の食材をふんだんに使用されていて、量も丁度よく 高齢の両親もしっかりと全て頂きました。 朝食もオムレツも勿論ですが 全てのお料理が美味しく 丁寧なサービスと 至れり尽せりでした。 中禅寺湖に面しているので きっとお天気の良い日は 更に美しい景色が見れると思います。 また、2階の宿泊者専用ラウンジも とっても素敵な空間です。 普段はほとんど口コミをしないのですが 楽しみにしていた家族旅行 様々なスタッフの方に おもてなしをされ、家族全員感激したので 口コミをせずにはいられませんでした。 また皆で訪れたいと心から思った 素敵なホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. A very lovely start to our holiday in Japan - Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily stay here again

This place was a mix of good and bad. Our room had a good view and the location was excellent to the train station. It had a microwave which was good as restaurants close up early here. The bad, cleanliness not up to Japanese standards. Had a balcony, but you couldn't get out to it. We arrived before check in time and got charged 1000 yen to leave our luggage till check in time. A bit pricey for what it was.

老酒店了，位置很贊，是離楯巖吊橋最近的酒店了，伴着吊橋的美景就在窗外，徒步10分鐘即可穿過吊橋抵達觀景台。房間很大，設施舊了點，但也夠乾淨適用。早晚自助餐品種挺豐富的。有送站免費巴士，步行也就10分鐘。温泉室內外都有，隔天男女互換，門口沒有冰牛奶。

Location : not many shops or restaurants nearby, need to drive 20 mins to the town of 鬼怒川 Facilities : indoor onsen water is super hot, no electric doors when I return hotel around 20:00, Wi-Fi in the room is quite weak， water leakage in the toilet of the room Services: front desk old woman can’t speak English as expected but bad attitude, no smile at all. She did not even try to offer any assistance when I ask her to help me to give a call to car rental shop Overall low cp value

This is more of an apartment building than a hotel. Room includes a kitchenette, couch, double bed and tatami area. A good basis for exploring the area. Room is quite large and has all the facilities to do you own cooking (including an electric bbq). Bed is comfortable. Private onsen on the balcony is a nice plus.

新しくきれいで大きい。駐車場も広く、鬼怒通りのマクドの先から入れます。（初めて行った時は、ちょっとわかりにくかった） ホテルのまわりにはスーパーもあり、鬼怒通り沿いにいろいろお店があります。車があれば選択肢は多いですが、歩きだとちょっと苦労するかも。 大浴場の女性用は洗い場が５～６つくらいとホテルの部屋数からしたら少な目です。私が行った時はちょうど空いていたのでよかったですが、混雑すると大変かも。部屋のテレビで混雑具合が見れるので、チェックしていくとよさそうです。 朝食会場も広くてテーブルの数も多いです。使い捨て手袋を使ってのバイキングなのでちょっと面倒でしたが、品数豊富で満足です。

SO SAD.This is not right!!!!My belongings were missing after the house keeper cleaned the room. I told the hotel but the manager, Mr. Tawaraya said we could not find it so we COULDN'T return your item. 仕事で連泊していて1日目の室内の掃除が入った後、持ち物がないことに気づきました。問い合わせると確認するとのこと、使いかけの化粧品が戻ってきてお気に入りの新品同様の2枚のお顔拭きタオルはリネンにあるかもとのことで、、（本当はホテルのリネンで洗われたタオルなどもういらない！！）結果、ないとのこと、とホテルマネージャーから言われた。よって、新しいものとの交換も送り返すこともできないと。酷すぎませんか。これって窃盗です。こんなホテルに安心して泊まることはできないと思います。この対応って酷すぎませんか。

宇都宮駅東口から近い位置にあるが、東口はLRT関連の工事が行われていて、ぐるっと回り込んでいかなければならない。工事は2022年8月までの予定になっている。 設備はダイワロイネットホテル標準。広めの部屋で、静かであり、快適。 周辺は西口と比べて閑散としているが、コンビニや居酒屋、餃子屋など最低限なものはある。 賑やかな西口に出ようとすると、工事区域を回り込んでいかなければならないのが多少面倒かもしれない。

It is a family-friendly hotel. There's a pool, playground for kids outside and inside the hotel. My baby enjoyed her stay coz our room was big. Its very near in a lot of tourist spot(like Rindo lake, Teddybear museum, winery, rusk shop, michi no eki, and lot more). The downside for this hotel is the dinner is quiet expensive and our room is pricey too.. But the good thing is staff is very polite and kind. You can enjoy your stay with kids and family inside the hotel all day long.

This was our second time here. We came 2 years ago and were happy to return for a one-nighter in Nasu. We stayed in the Main tower. The room felt new. Big, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view on the forest and mountain. Nice big balcony. The dinner and breakfast buffets are really great. Very enjoyable and well organized. The swimming pool was fun. The public bath is spacious and very relaxing. Even if it is busy you can enjoy. Wonderful. The hotel is spacious. The grounds are beautiful. This is a family oriented hotel, so many kids. Lots of fun for them. Staff are wonderful. Great service. Love it. If you come to Nasu, Epinard is a solid choice.

夕方暗くなりつつある頃に入りました。敷島ファーム(牧場)の一番奥なので不安でしたが大丈夫でした。丁度結婚式が終わったようで沢山の人が帰るとこでした。その割りに静かで落ち着いています。旅行割りなのでクーポンを発券頂き部屋へ。エクストラベッド1個追加して4人部屋ですが充分広くて外の音が全く聞こえず静かです。 夜は外で外食。帰って風呂ですが(日)夜のため露天風呂貸切でした。冷蔵庫に浴衣コップタオル一通り足りないものはありません。暖炉もありますが、今回はついてません。 朝食はビュッフェでかなりの種類があり、味も満足。時間制限もありません。(日)チェックインで(月)は埼玉県民の日なのでチビッ子やファミリーで以外と一杯でした。使った皿も外人さんがすぐ下げてもらえるのでストレスがありません。 景色もキレイで落ち着いたホテルが好みならあうと思います。ただ近場(歩きでいける範囲)には全く店がないので。

年末に千葉から車でゆっくり4時間。スキーではハンターに日帰りで行くが､コロナ明けで2年ぶりの家族旅行でした。 ホテル棟とは別棟で大浴場への移動は雪坂道を徒歩でしたが苦にならず、白色温泉♨️が良かったです。大好きな寿楽やセブンは車で5分､那須御用邸に近く自然に囲まれた好立地のホテルに素泊まり大人5500で泊まれ､ワンチャンゲージあり､鳴き声を気にせず泊まれ広いダイニングで4人家族には大きい広さで清潔感のあるホテルに好印象。 雪の為、ハイランドパークの屋外アトが中止で行かなかったのでまた春にリピしたいです。

　93歳の母と一緒に那須の温泉に行こうということになり、候補の数軒の中で、以前宿泊したことがあり、母にも馴染みがあるということで、山楽にしました。 　部屋は、前回同様4階の那須高原が見渡せる眺めのよい部屋でした。露天風呂は今まで宿泊した温泉の中で一番広く、木々に囲まれている上、ちょうど他の客がいなかったので、ゆったりと寛ぐことができました。 　食事は、お椀、お造り、揚げ物、栃木牛、トウモロコシ御飯などおいしかったです。高齢の母も揚げ物、栃木牛は少し残しましたが、あとはしっかり食べていました。 　対応してくれたスタッフの方々は、皆感じがよかったです。特に、夕食を担当してくれた若い女性スタッフは一生懸命対応してくれたので、楽しく食事ができました。 　車椅子を利用した場合、所々に数段の階段があるのは困りますし、設備などの古さを感じる点はありますが、部屋からの眺望と露天風呂とお料理を楽しみにまた宿泊したいと思います。

ヨーロピアン館のモデレートツインに息子二人と宿泊しました。ヨーロピアン館は建築から年数が経っていると思われますが、調度品にこだわりが感じられ、清掃もきれいにされていました。客室にあったホテルに関する本を読みましたが、建設当時にかなり凝ったコンセプトで設計されていると思われ、ぜひこれからもホテルとして営業を続けてほしいと思いました。 カーテンが老朽化してボロボロになっているものがあり、架け替えてもらえると良いかなと思いました。 お風呂は大浴場と貸し切り風呂に入りましたが、かけ流しで泉質がよく、気持ちよく入浴できました。大浴場は古い作りですが、清掃はきれいにされており、歴史を感じゆっくりは入れました。 コースの夕食を頂きましたが前菜やスープが美味しかった。従業員もマニュアルに沿った対応でそれ以上はありませんが、不快に感じることはありませんでした。ローストビーフはまあまあでした。魚料理や鶏料理が塩辛く味付けの見直しを望みます。夕食全体としてはまずますかなという印象です。 夜鳴きそばも美味しく頂きました。洋食レストランで夜鳴きそばが出るところは共立リゾートでも珍しいかもしれません。提供まで時間がかかりましたが安定の美味しさです。 別のゴルフ場であったイベントに参加するため宿泊したのですが、朝食は7：30開始で時間的に間に合わないため食べませんでした。もう少し早くからオープンするかランチボックスなどを用意してもらえると良いかなと思いました（電話で確認したがランチボックスは無理ですとすげなく断われました）。リゾートなのでしょうがないのでしょうか。 付属のゴルフ場はフラットなコースでカジュアルに回れそうな感じで機会があれば息子と回りたいと思いました。近くにあればまた再訪を検討したい施設です。 以上滞在した部屋はユニークで概ね満足、食事については値段相応かどうか微妙、温泉は満足でした。 共立リゾートの中ではユニークな施設と思われ、また那須に行くことがあれば宿泊を検討したい施設と思いました。

We really like the room, it's clean and spacious. We love the traditional Japanese style room with raised tatami, futon and they even provided a yukata that you can wear as a robe. The room also has a table and seating which is perfect to enjoy green tea and relax while enjoying the green scenery outside. We are so delighted with the room and the ambience! They also have open-air baths that you can reserve for yourself. We enjoyed the open-air bath under the moon!

ワンコ連れの旅行。今年、5件目になり、初めての和室タイプ。ワンコも初体験ながら、和室でもクンクンしながら、くつろげた？ようです。毎回、ワンコもレストランで一緒に食事が出來るホテルに限定していましたが、今回は、お部屋でお留守番。様子見のため、家族で時間差を設けテーブルに着きましたが、スタッフの方々の細やかなご配慮でお料理（秋の創作和食）の提供をして下さいました。肉から魚へのメニュー変更にも快く対応していただきました。（あるホテル〈軽井沢御影用水の某ホテル〉では、同内容の変更に2千円の手数料を要求されたことがありました。ちなみに、他のホテルで手数料の請求はありませんでしたが） ペット用品は、シート、コロコロ、専用ゴミ箱等の備えだけでした。足洗い用のバケツセットが部屋の入口にありましたが、タオルの備えはありませんでした。もう少し、充実させて欲しいです。和室でしたが、窓が大きく外の森林が借景のようで、ライトアップ時には、幻想的で癒されました。食事処は、落ち着きのあるゆったりとしたレイアウトで、窓から那須の森林が見渡せます。きれいに整備されたドッグランが雨上がりで使えず、心残りで、次回を楽しみに・・・到着時の駐車場から、エントランスまでの出迎え、チェックイン時の対応、お部屋への案内、快く感じました。出発時もエントランスまで見送って下さり、特にソフト面で満足のホテルでした。ハード面でも快適に感じました。 次回のワンコ連れ旅行の候補ホテルになりました。
