My opinion is that the hotel in general is good, there's something about the smell of humidity of the halls and the rooms that should be improved.

Hotel well placed near the capital San Domiguo and the airport. Regarding the logistics of arrival, difficult to have explanations in French (beach linen with deposit, possibility to book at the themed restaurant if take 2 to 3 days before) The New Year's Eve buffet on the 31 Exeptionnel. Beautiful and very good. Too bad we were on the 1st service at 6.30 p.m. Holiday season and very festive in the evening with quite loud music Our comfortable and very well placed room with sea view. Hearty buffet for all tastes. Hotel value for money correct.

Excellent service from the moment you arrive. The staff is very attentive, the facilities are impeccable, and everything is very clean. The only thing to improve is making 100% natural juices at least once a day. That's all; otherwise, everything is excellent.

Average hotel, average service, barely average food, restaurant says breakfast at 6:30am but its not completely ready till 7am. Very nice beach. Elevator near reception often broken, property needs a refurb as last one was in 2012 so looks quite tired now. Regardless, I had a pleasent stay once I got used to its quirks. Room had AC issues and don't expect any Internet (it's not advertised) except in lobby. Regardless its close to airport and I had a pleasent to stay once I I got used to aforementioned issues.
