特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。
民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了
早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。
服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。
還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

Риад находится на краю Медины, идти от оживленной туристической части минут 25-30.
Вечером лучше не ходить пешком, может быть не безопасно.
Комната была большой с хорошей кроватью.
Завтрак был в основном из сладостей и выпечки, но было вкусно.
Персонал был дружелюбный.

Lovely staff at a very beautiful Riad, conveniently located near the entrance to the souk (easy to find your way back if you go wandering) as I did... :)

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

Malgres son nombre d étoiles et son équipement de chambre un peu à l’ancienne, cet hôtel reste parmi les plus réputés dans la ville de Fès, par cette occasion je tiens à remercier Mme ibtissem the Guest manager pour son professionnalisme et son service qui est à la hauteur des staff des hôtes 5 étoiles . Merci aussi au staf du restaurant au petit déjeuner qui sont là pour nous servir et sont à l écoute de la clientèle. Pour en finir je trouve que cet hôtel est le meilleur compromis pour des séjours à la ville de Fès.

Incredible service every step of the way. Mohammed is an absolute legend who helped us out with everything from finding laundry on night one to sorting us out with a guide around Fes. Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

Magnifique expérience, toutefois quelques points négatifs à souligner.
Lors du petit déjeuner, le responsable nous a suivis pour nous demander de régler, alors même que nous avions communiqué notre numéro de chambre à l’entrée petit déjeuner était compris. Cette situation nous a mis particulièrement mal à l’aise devant les autres clients.
Par ailleurs, après avoir acheté deux soins pour un montant de plus de 1 700 dirhams, j’ai souhaité patienter une vingtaine de minutes à la piscine. L’accès m’a pourtant été refusé, sauf à payer un supplément de 200 dirhams pour ces quelques minutes.

Hotel très bien situé, dans la ville nouvelle. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Hotel très propre. Terrasse agréable au 4ème étage. Nourriture correcte, Petit-déjeuner également.
Seul bémol, les portes des chambres devraient être isolées car les bruits des parties communes sont génantes. Aucun bruit des chambres voisines.
Très bonne expérience, je retournerai surement dans cet hôtel.

DDarrenA private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress.
Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace.
The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool.
Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

GGuest UserIf I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream.
Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

FFrank24Facilities: In Riad, the room type is huge and worthy of the title of suite suite. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is bright. The public area is definitely a ceiling level in Fesri. It is worth visiting to take pictures and punch in. After all, it is a 700-year-old building. But it is recently renovated, so don't worry about old equipment and facilities. The furniture and other materials are exquisite, and even snail technology. On the hottest day, my deluxe room air conditioning was not strong, so I upgraded to a family suite directly (other room types are full, it can be seen that it is very hot)
Hygienic: clean and tidy, whether it is in the room or in the public area, restaurants, etc., it can meet the five-star standard.
Environment: Look at the picture to know how beautiful the public area environment is. Mosaic walls, atriums, green plants, chairs, etc., all see the work. At the same time, the location is in the center of the old city, about 15 minutes walk from the parking lot. There are too many alleys. Remember to look at the hotel signs on the walls in the streets and alleys, and it is not difficult to find.
Service: The service is good overall, the staff in the hotel are very warm, the breakfast is full, and the terrace is dining, and the unique old town scenery can be photographed. However, the person who picks up the luggage is not a hotel employee, and needs to pay another handling fee (people are very hard to earn hard labor, no problem to give money, just ask the hotel in advance to communicate)

GGuest UserThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.

Amazing
MMarkBRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.
