When I heard that it's a 4 star hotel, I expected it would be better than I thought. Then I was disappointed. It was located in Ca Mau city, near the square and many street food spots. Dinner was bad and tasteless. Breakfast was bad, too, not too many choices, sweet potatoes were not sweet, most of the time it was out of food. The best choice was noodles. The hall floor and carpets were dirty and sticky. The room had nice view however, there was only 1 armchair in the room for 2 people, the towels were old, the blanket was dirty. When I touched the mirror in the bathroom, a screw fell off. Staff were nice and helpful, they quickly show up when I asked to change the blanket and fix the mirror. I have to say for a 4 star hotel, it was so disappointed

On a recent business trip to Ca Mau I was booked to stay at the Phu Cuong Hotel in the city center, on entering the hotel you are greeted with a very grand reception area and smiling faces of the reception staff. Check-in was swift and painless. I had booked a city view room with balcony, the room was spotlessly clean and spacious, the sliding doors onto the balcony were also soundproofed from the busy road outside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, good free wifi service and a nice breakfast and dinner menu available if you decided to eat in..The staff at the hotel are attentive and very pleasant and some have a good understanding of English. all in all, a very nice stay, and be back again in January.

My friend booked this hotel for my business in Ca Mau .i was told that thus is 4 stars hotel but when i arrived the reception gave me a room without window and very moldy i asked to change another room after discuss with the receptionist then she gave me a room with window . The hotel is like 2 -3 stars maximum as its service and its room is very outdated and moldy and most of rooms here without window as they builded the hotel for a long time.the bell boy name Hung who's very helpful and help me to rent a car to Ca Mau Cape with very reasonable price . Breakfast is basic and nothing soecial at all. Next time i may stay in another hotel
