They upgraded our room to Euro suite. The staffs are super nice and the room is well-cleaned. I and my boyfriend are planning to book again when we go back in Pampanga. Hoping ma-upgrade po ulit ang room, hihi. Thank youuu! Overall rate is 10/10!

I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Location is very nice and accessible, service is quiet good. Cleanliness is very wise and nice, however somehow lack of amenities like the limited toiletries you have to buy it separately. But everything is still fun and good upon the stay. It was my second time in here.

It is near the centre and there are establishments nearby when you walk a bit. It has a pool and it came with breakfast. It was just a bit difficult to locate if you rely on the virtual maps. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. They told us to get in line before getting in but once they accommodate the guests for 8pm, the people that are not in line are getting first before us, for the Php 2750 per person the way they manage the people in order is very disappointing (also the people that go first that are not in proper line are so disappointing thinking that you afford to pay to eat here but you can’t follow simple rule and displaying such behavior 🫠). Also the price is not worth it for the things you can eat here, the tomahawk is not that delicious and the lobster is like just ok, and also the time we get there, the ice cream for dessert I think just lasts for 30 mins and they don’t refill it also there are food that are so limited like salmon and other viands, I did not even take a taste of lechon. After our experience I think the vloggers are just overreacting for their vlog here. In the end there is no particular food that manages me to remember its good taste and all are just meh or just the same taste in other buffet restaurants that offers more variety of food in just under Php 1k

They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

We celebrated my son's birthday here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nigths, it was the best decision ever because the hotel made my family really special during our stay. Each and every staff of the was very accomodating and polite, they gave lots of treats and even decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner. My son was very happy for all the birthday songs and cakes that he received. At the end of the day he told us this is his birthday ever. Thank you swissotel for making our stay memorable.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

Overall a solid stay, good value and convenient location. A few minor issues prevent a 5/5 rating in terms of room condition but everything else was very good. We paid around £38 / 2500php per night for 5 nights in a 1 bed suite, room H2. Quite a good deal as the room is very spacious and clean, apart from some old makeup stains on the bed cover when we arrived (old ones not fresh ones) All the staff are super friendly and nice, from housekeeping to front desk and security on both day and night shifts. They will always greet you and make sure you are ok, always smiling. Housekeeping available until 6pm and must be requested. You need to leave your key at reception and they even offered to clean my room at 7pm when I called late one time. Sometimes they would call in the evening to check if we wanted housecleaning once they learnt our routine. Parking for around 3x cars right out the front. We always got a spot during our stay but it depends on how full the hotel is. You are about a 5 min walk from the walking street, convenience shops, clubs and restaurants. Just far away from the main strip that it is convenient, but not as noisy. Trike is available nearby if you need transport or you can request the electric golf buggy from front desk. Hotel is small and only has a few rooms so feels more exclusive. On our side of the hotel there is karaoke right under our window, not a problem for us. Depending on how loud your neighbour is when taking part in certain... activities... The soundproofing is generally acceptable. Pool is clean and open from 8am to 10pm. Room H2, external AC unit was a bit noisy and road traffic is audible at all hours of the day but again, this is only minor issues as we are not fussy travellers. Room is clean and has everything you need for medium stays including a kitchenette and full fridge. The main downside is wear and tear. These are small issues if we are being picky, but things like broken cabinets, small cracks on tiles here and there, loose fixtures and fittings in the bathroom prevent me from giving 5*. Everything was working, these are just cosmetic issues and if fixed would result in a 5* rating. Outside walls were being painted when we arrived. Management apologised in advance at check in and it did not ruin our stay. Room service has a nice menu, mango shake was excellent! Room service price was also quite reasonable and not extortionate like some hotels. We would return again in the future and would have extended our stay if our room was still available.

필리핀 앙헬레스는 처음이었는데, 헤베아 호텔은 코리아타운과 조금 떨어져 있어서 비교적 안전하고 조용한 위치에 있기에 더욱 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들 역시 너무 친절하고 좋았으며 호텔 2층에 마사지 샵이 있고 룸서비스로도 가능해서 아이들과 함께 룸에서 마사지 서비를 받기도 했습니다. 조식에 한국음식이 나오는데 종류도 다양하고 너무 맛있었고요. 호텔 바로 앞 도보로 가능한 거리에 맛있는 음식점과 카페에 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

Pros: -affordable rate Cons: -Not maintained -The room has rust -Lotssss of millipede (anthropods) outside the villa, and even inside our room (CR)!!!!!! -high grass; not maintained -hard to locate our villa number at night (no spotlight in front) -no slippers provided -no bathrobe provided -300 pesos entrance fee per head (adults and kids) if you’ll be using the hotspring (but take note, the hotspring or thermal pool is not even working / under maintenance. The water is not clean / not maintained (lots of falling leaves, etc) -centralized aircon (so if you want a cooler room especially in the afternoon, they cannot do anything about it) -low pressure water; sometimes, few drops only -the hot and cold shower is malfunctioning -I hope the (Filipino breakfast) daing na bangus is boneless -the slides/waterpark is under maintenance (I hope they can put a heads up or note in Agoda or in their official website) -50 pesos for extra pillow -no availble wifi/internet in their villa -few staff

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe .
