I had a trip last week at Muong Thanh Ha Tinh with my co-workers for 3 days. I have to say every staffs here so friendly and nice with us. First of all, this hotel is very big, equipment is quiet good and the atmosphere outside quite clearly for breathing. Next month, I will comeback Ky Anh, i definitely choose Muong Thanh for best place to stay.

Lovely clean room and friendly staff. Don’t be put off by the super loud karaoke in the lobby - it’s stops early and the rooms are way above.

Vị trí n*** trung tâm thành phố nên rất tiện di chuyển. Phòng mình được sắp xếp tầng cao, view rất đẹp. Gói phòng đã gồm bữa sáng buffet, nhà hàng sang trọng và thức ăn hợp khẩu vị. Khách sạn còn có hồ bơi bốn mùa nhưng do không đủ thời gian nên mình chưa kịp trải nghiệm. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách hàng, mình được trả phòng muộn do có chuyến xe chạy trễ. Thực sự rất ấn tượng và nếu có cơ hội sẽ quay lại

My family and I stayed here during the September 2nd holiday. The hotel is very beautiful with modern facilities. The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. My family had a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend staying here; the villas are just a short walk to the beach and very convenient. Each villa has a lovely pool next to it. Love Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot

I’m being generous with 4 stars because there are some good people here but honestly I would be surprised if this place is still open this time next year. It’s a massive, I mean absolutely huge but empty oceanfront hotel; fully staffed (over staffed) but the employees outnumber the guests by at least 10-1.; probably 20-1 on any given day. No one comes here. There is nothing to do in the immediate area. Because of lack of clientele there is a lack of food. The buffet breakfast has been scrapped, understandable so and many menu items aren’t available. The dining room staff is poorly trained which tells me the dining room supervisor is also, manager etc. Their performance was really a sad struggle; clueless. When I ordered something and the “chef” said “we don’t have” it was never communicated to me; my server went on break. I don’t think it’s a cultural thing but rather management here is just awful. There’s plenty of them here, standing around, attending meetings; it was a horror movie come to life. There were some standout individuals that went above and beyond to help me reach my next destination when transport became an issue. These people deserve better positions somewhere else. Run while you can. You never know when you’re going to get the “axe;; whether Jack’s carrying it or not . . . Can not recommend. Sorry. I’m doing you a favor.

Khách sạn đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Đặc biệt Bạn Cường giao thông thuận tiễn Thức ăn ngon Món ăn lạ Hơi mắc 1 chút . Đặc biệt hầm rượu vang ngon, nhiều loại đồ uống ngon, đẹp. chụp ảnh sống ảo tốt. Nhà vệ sinh sạch nhưng hơi bí, sảnh ấm cúng. Phòng massage đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ. Tôi sẽ quay lại nhiều lần sau nếu có dịp đi qua
