Villa di Datong

The room was big and very clean. English speaking service is quite limited but in general it was somehow doable to communicate. The breakfast room was unfortunately very crowded and noisy. As result, the breakfast was a bit stressful and the service could not refill the breakfast buffet in time.

非常滿意的入住體驗，這麼寶藏的酒店差點錯過了，地理位置優越，房間歐式風格，保養的很好，床特別的大，也特別舒服，由於是淡季，給升了一級，本層的服務員大姐宋聰怡特別和善，有求必應。早餐非常，人也不多，服務員特別熱情。錯峯出行很重要。

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very pleasant and the location just outside the old city was very convenient. Hotel breakfast and dinner were great and getting to see a drum ceremony performed for the hotel on our first morning was a bonus!

The room was nice, but a little old. The shower didn't have water pressure. Location convenient from the train station and for Yungang Grottoes by bus. The staff was also friendly and one person could speak English.

I loved this hotel. It has an old-fashioned charm that made me feel right at home. My room was very large, comfortable, and well-equipped. All of the staff and service people were extremely courteous from start to finish. The Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor has a great choice of dishes! Highly recommended, and excellent value for money. A great base for exploring the sights around Datong.

Comfortable bed and warm room with plenty of light. Biggest complaint would be the water. Maybe we were unlucky but our room was without water for around 3 hours during our stay (during the day) and when it came back on the water was not hot enough for a shower for the rest of the day. Fortunately the following day the water was back to normal. Breakfast was average.

It was a very satisfying stay. The service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast buffet is diverse and plentiful. The location is perfect for all the city sights. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very good location, at a walking distance from Old town, we felt super safe and comfortable here! Staff: definitely the top reason to stay here, they made our stay unforgettable and went the extra mile to help us out organize our excursions, thanks for everything! We spent two nights at Atour in Datong, Shanxi Province. We were impressed by friendly and excellent services provided by staff (at every position) of the hotel. The room was clean and neat with all details attended. Breakfast was very good. We tasted some delicious local foods. The best of all was the hotel provided free of charge use of washing machine and dryer. A big thumb up!
