Villa di Boracay Island

The hotel is located at staion 3 right at beach front. We had an early check-in at 12:30, which was great that we had rest early. Location - It is a beach front hotel at station 3. It's accessible to nearby restaurants, bar, and souvenir shops. Great location, which is not too crowded. Room - the room has a nice interior with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable with three pillows in each bed. It has a TV, refrigerator and mini bar. The bathroom is clean and spacious. It also has a bathtub.. Food - The food is great, we had our lunch in their restaurant nearby the pool however it's a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet has a good option from Filipino food choices and continental varieties. Overall , Paradise Garden boracay is highly recommended. Staff were all friendly and polite, and they were all helpful. The food was great , great service and the location was strategic. Definitely will come back again.

We stayed at Henann Crystal Sands for 4D3N. You can never go wrong with Henann Group of Hotels. Their service was excellent, from Airport transfer to hotel itself. We really had a good stay with them. The ground pool and skydeck pool was beautiful. The staffs are very accommodating especially their room services. Thank you very much Henann Crystal Sands. See you again on our next Boracay trip.

It was our first time staying in Fairways and Bluewater Boracay and no regrets as we enjoyed so much throughout our stay. The amenities, food and services was superb. Indeed it was little far in the center but there were lot of things you can do inside the property. What I appreciate the most was making me feel so special on my birthday from allowing us for early check-in, upgraded our room, surprise birthday greetings set-up in our room and surprise greetings from the staffs while enjoying our sumptous breakfast. Other guests sing a happy birthday with me too. I was not prepared and didn't touch up though. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. 😍

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy! I’m very happy✨

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.
