We stayed in this hotel 4 nights and the experience was amazing, the food, the view and the excellent services, especially from Hara, she is a wonderful person and a hotel manager that do the best for the guest to relax while in there. She even booked our restaurants and make our breakfast special. Thanks a lot to all of the team and special thanks to Hara. You can book this hotel with all confidence that your money will be worth for what you get. Congratulation to all team in Elysian Santorini!!!

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

房間和風景都很漂亮！可以在房間外坐着看日出日落。房間設施不錯，有麵包機還有咖啡膠囊機，還給拖鞋！美中不足就是浴缸在室外，不是很乾凈，沒法泡澡。而且mini bar的東西都要收費（都這麼貴的酒店了TT） 🔔服務：特別特別好！工作人員態度超級好！入住給水還給我們升級了房間，提前問好我們想要吃的早餐類型，第二天就給送到房間來了。還送了我們一人一杯香檳！並且因為oia的路很難走，我們還讓酒店幫忙把我們的行李送到車站了，服務真的💯！ 🧹衛生：很乾凈很乾凈！整個房間都是香香的，床也超級軟，很舒服！

Me and my fiancée stayed in Santorini for a total of 3 nights in July 2021. We had initially booked our visit for June 2020 but due to the Covid pandemic we were forced to postpone it. The re-schedule process was very easy and communication via email efficient. Palmariva Villas exceeded our expectations, the location is great (2min walk to Thira center) and the accomodation itself is exactly how advertised (no unpleasent surprises). We stayed at Afroditi suite, very clean and well decorated, the breakfast service is brought to your suite based on pre-made choices at a pre-set time of your choice, and everything was delicious. The private jacuzzi was a plus. The suite also had a fridge and cooking appliances, with a supermarket very close. All staff members were very helpful, it particular a big shoutout to Vagelis.. this guy was awesome and helped us with everything we could have wanted: best beaches, restaurants and siteseeing recommendations, he helped us with our Covid test booking and even supported us by scheduling our island cruise tour, making sure that everything was as expected from begginig to end. If you ever plan on visting Santorini, Palmariva Villas is definately an excelent choice.. when we have the chance to come back, this will be on top of our option list.

We had a lovely stay at Felicity villa. The location of this villa is towards the start of village near venetian castle. Our villa had good privacy, small terrace with sun throughout the day and nice jacuzzi which we enjoyed thoroughly. The breakfast was served in the terrace and was good, especially the orange juice. Please note that the location on *********** is not the same for all villas. We would have loved the sun loungers in the terrace instead of deck chair, however probably the terrace was small to fit it in. Would recommend to book a stay.

I had the most wonderful dinner party for a party of 16 at the restaurant. Blown away by the service and care during the whole process. The dinner table is overlooking the sea and was set up in a U Shape making it perfect for everyone to see each other. I didn’t even realize there was a pool area right below to have drinks before dinner almost like a cocktail hour also overlooking the caldera. That was a surprise bonus! Drinks by the pool followed by dinner up at the higher deck. We were welcomed with champagne as were all guests. The amazing staff was happy to take tons of pictures of the whole group. It was sunset and we got really beautiful photos. They even took some candid photos during dinner. The servers were so quick and friendly, catered to everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff! Even while organizing the dinner, Vasso was always so quick to respond and ensured the set up would be great! It’s hard when you are planning an event from a distance, but everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, beyond meeting my expectations! Upon arrival a nice gal walked us down to the event space. It is easy to get lost in the steps of Oia, so her help was very much appreciated in getting guests over to the location. I can’t thank Charisma Suites enough! If you are looking for an intimate private dinner location, this is the perfect spot! Still can’t get over how wonderful it was! Thank you Charisma!

They came down the street to walk us up to the reception (we got lost) and offered us coffee/juice while we waited for the room, which was ready very quickly. We were then escorted to the room, the Earth Suite and assisted with all of our luggage. The room was beautiful, exactly like the photos, but more importantly the view was absolutely breathtaking! Photos don’t even do it justice. It’s a great location in the heart of Oia, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops. Our host Dimitris helped in making our stay unforgettable. He was wonderful! He helped arrange transport very early in the morning (last minute) when our Uber had cancelled, arranged quad bikes for us and transport to and from the airport - all of our requests were very last minute and he was always more than happy to help! Can’t wait to come back here again.

It's a very nice and relaxing place! My friend and I spent 5 nights there and we had a great experience. Konstantinos looked after us and was very prompt whenever we had questions and super friendly. It's a 15min walk to Kalo Livaldi, an excellent beach with a very beautiful, clear and warm water, a 20 min walk to Ano Mera, a little village where you can buy stuff. It's better if you rent a car as it would be easier to travel everywhere across the island. We didn't have a car. So, we spent the first part of the day on the beach and at 5:25, we were taking the bus to the old town. There is a bus that goes to the old town 3 times per day (10:25, 13:25, 17:25). You just need to wait for it in the front of the villa, on the other side of the road. We were taking iMove to go back to the villa during the night (it's similar to Uber). Konstantinos also shared an app with us with everything that was around us and we ordered food from Paprika and that was super good. I definitely recommend this place!

First time in Melangel/ Mykonos with 3 friends, it was a phenomenal place, I can’t say enough about the accommodations, bedding, full kitchen supplies, towels, everything with high quality. In door/out door furniture, well thought of everything to be comfortable. Dear Suzy took extra steps to baked us some homemade delicious pastries. 😋 Scrumptious breakfast with different varieties and fresh orange juice. Drove us places, with nice smile and high energy. Armen with great attitude and knowledge explained and guided us every step of our stay and made sure we are having fun and used our time sufficiently. 5stars is not enough to rate this couple and their place, they should get 100+ We felt like we were guests in their home I hope we can get another chance to stay with them and enjoy our time. Highlyyyyyy recommend
