Fantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer. But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here. What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella. Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc. But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry! Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Ana (the receptionist) provided excellent service even before we arrived, by getting in contact with us via whatsapp making sure we get there without any troubles. The hotel is located at a centrally great location. Would stay here again.

The villa is beautiful and full of history, with a comfortable mattress, an impressive bar counter, and thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer and refrigerator. The only downside is the lack of a dry-wet separation in the bathroom. Overall, however, the stay was excellent! The hotel's location is great—right next to the subway station, within walking distance of St. Mary's Cathedral, surrounded by convenience stores and delicious restaurants. The host even shared a list of recommended dining spots. They responded promptly to inquiries and were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nadia was amazing to be in contact with. The castle is an amazing historical place. High ceilings, well furnished and made us feel we were at home with the details they thought of. This is a place away from the city, hustle and bustle which is nice to get away from a busy day of sightseeing. So you would need a car. The train station is 3 mins drive, so we did park and ride which conveniently worked out. The castle also has a pool which we made use of everyday aft the hot days in Rome. All in all we are very happy with our stay and wish Castello de Luca continued success.

The host was very nice, but check-in was a bit troublesome. There's a €15 late check-in fee after 8:00 PM, so hopefully, those checking in late will see this information. It's set up like a B&B, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. You can see the street view from the window. Coffee, tea, and fruit are provided. The room is clean and compact.

This hotel is simply a treasure on the journey! Hidden on the hill, sitting on the beautiful scenery, like a quiet paradise isolated from the world. The room design is super distinctive, the rich European manor style cleverly integrates the simple and elegant Oriental elements, the all-wood furniture is simple and atmospheric, the hygiene is spotless, and the living is super comfortable! The dining experience is also impeccable! In addition to exquisite ready-made pastries, breakfast can also be customized for exclusive meals, chefs make on-site, fresh and delicious; dinner can be booked in advance, the price is conscience, the price is full! The most surprising thing is that there is a group of cute cats in the yard, walking leisurely, and they will gather obediently to take out food. They are full of cuteness, and they are simply a paradise for cat lovers! I highly recommend self-driving friends to come here, and they will definitely reap an unforgettable and pleasant journey!

We had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made everything very convenient. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, but the internal facilities of the room are scarce, there is no bedside table, no hot water bottle, no disposable slippers. Sound insulation is not good. I can't see the landlord, and I contacted the other party through the app requested by the other party. There is no breakfast, and an additional tax is required per person per night when leaving the store.

The location is very convenient, close to the metro station, with most attractions reachable within 30 minutes. The facilities are quite basic and show some signs of age, but they cover all essential needs. Considering the very competitive price, it offers reasonable value for a short solo stay.
