Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

주차장에서 체크인데스크까지 자갈길로 이루어져있어 짐을 나르는데 약간의 어려움이 있었습니다. 그러나 체크인시 직원이 직접 방까지 안내하여 소개해주고 다른 직원이 방까지 짐을 옮겨준 부분은 매우 좋았습니다. 저녁식사, 아침식사 모두 이용하는 하프보드였는데 음식 퀄리티도 좋았을 뿐 아니라 와인을 소개하고 설명해주는 등 직원들의 응대가 전반적으로 전문적이고 친절했습니다. 방문했던 날에 공교롭게도 비가 와서 리조트를 100% 즐기지 못한 점이 아쉬웠지만, 그 나름대로 아름답고 운치가 있었고, 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Отель на окраине города. До остановки - 5 мин в будни, 25 мин в выходные (это нужно учитывать, если нет машины). Уютный номер, есть все необходимое. На завтрак выбор из нескольких вариантов (тосты, яичница, йогурт и пр), хозяин готовит к указанному времени.

Очень понравилось на вилле, тихо, красиво, парковка бесплатная, кровать удобная, чай, кофе в номере, 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. Завтраки нормальные, не прям изобилие, но голодными не останетесь.

外部環境不錯，屋裡有消毒氣味，沙發床不舒服，最不能接受的是洗澡水太差，沒洗十分鐘就沒水啦，而且之後就再沒熱水可用！

這間民宿要重點介紹，是這次歐洲遊的高光時刻！我們下午四點從佛羅倫薩出發，趕在天黑前高速路邊預訂了這間民宿。抹黑趕到農場，老闆提前給我們留言到了打電話給他，他就在附近。一見面，老闆説他曾經在深圳待過一段時間，親切感瞬間提升。我們定的兩居室套房，上下兩層，房間裏的所有洗漱用品所用橄欖油均出自農場自產，我們離開時帶了沐浴露和身體乳9支。早餐會在頭天晚上選好，第二天早上給送到房間，用餐完畢再撤走。我們不願給人添麻煩，後面兩天的早餐都是下樓去餐廳吃的。 老闆瞭解我們的訴求，特意給我們安排了第二天去挖松露，跟着專業的獵人，獵狗，帶着獵槍。獵人衹會意大利語，民宿老闆精通英法西意，給我們翻譯，陪我們一同前往，短短兩個小時，收穫良多。這個體驗相信很多人會嚮往，值得推薦！ 2月的託斯卡納温度十幾度，陽面山坡綠意盎然。在這裏的三天停留圓滿了我們21天的假期！下次依然會入住！😄😄

Super nettes kleines Hotel mit dem grünen, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war auch sehr sensationell, im Sommer gibt es auch ein Schwimmbad, das war für mich jetzt noch nicht relevant da ich im März da war.

臨時定的酒店，絕對的全五星，非常適合帶娃自駕出行的朋友。去佛羅倫薩的景點，可以停在ztl外的停車場。前台小妹妹非常Nice，熱情且專業，把我們送回房間，告訴我們一切入住細節。早餐區域非常安靜，泳池深得小朋友的喜歡……山下路口有個很不錯的餐廳，總之一切都很美好，非常感謝這裏的工作人員。

非常推薦！下次一定還來住這家。這次託斯卡納之旅最好的房間。面積大，裝修很有風格，很漂亮。房間也很乾凈。早餐、晚餐也不錯。
