Ulasan Mina Hotel & Spa

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel for more than 1-2 nights. The rooms are really smaller than in the description, the towels were old and with marks of different colours, the breakfast was just ok. But the attitude to the guests is shown in the picture I attached: there are hair of the previous guest in the blanket cover. After I saw it I have decided to leave.

Hotel location is excellent if u are a partier, beer street is just a stone away. Room cleanliness is still acceptable but dining area is not. Maybe staff at dining area is not enough. Staffs are friendly and helpful however during the check out process, we were asked to wait for more than 30 minutes as they are checking the room which was absolutely not acceptable. Ps: we went to ask how long it going take.

Excellent location. Breakfast is great. Will recommend to first timers in Hanoi. Will stay here again next time.

Perfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night. I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess. The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience. I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one. Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi. I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive. Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

The room was clean, and breakfast was delicious, with lots of selection. The first room we had selected didn't have windows, so we had to pay small extra for a room with window, which also didn't have any view. The staff and reception were not that friendly. The lady at the breakfast section was super friendly.

At first they given us the room near to window bubecause too because too t we can not accepted because becaus because too noisy.

Perfect place to stay while you are in Hanoi . Easy to go around everywhere. Will book again for my next Hanoi visit .

At first there was problem with the room I booked so they moved us to another hotel, but the room at the new hotel is under my expectation. I called them to complained and they had compensated us.

The hotel was really comfortable. As far as I know, Hanoi is very humid. So I was always worried that even if I turned on the air conditioner, the room would feel humid. But the room was neither too humid nor too dry. It was a good condition for a good night's sleep. Getting a good night's sleep is very important in traveling. I slept very well, but the important thing is that the restaurant was closed at that time. He was probably trying to remodel it But I think it's open right now Reasonable price, friendly staff, convenient location. hi anna~~
