The bed was very comfortable, great pillows! The hotel has a very modern asian vibe. Richard at the front desk was very helpful giving us suggestions on where to go and things to do. Breakfast was included in our stay, the food was wonderful and the service was great. Lots of choices, in a beautiful setting. Check the hours for breakfast because they change on the weekends vs weekdays. We went to the bar one evening for a cocktail, and didn't have the best experience. The bartender was extremely overwhelmed and a bit frazzled. The cocktails were overpriced, and not very good. Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend staying here. Location was pretty good too.

We stayed here with our 3 year old for 3 nights. All the facilities of the apartment are well thought out and high quality. The sofa bed is a proper bed, it folds out as two raised singles. The kitchen facilities were great for a small apartment. The mini bar included two free large bottles of water and cereal bars. Other things we really liked; the towels are full human sized, you can cast from your device to the TV, complimentary toiletries, there was a safe in the room. In reception you can help yourself to extras and there was even free fruit. Location is perfect, very close to everything but not too noisy. Only one small thing, the apartment was too hot my liking and we went at a time it was not that warm. The fan is not enough. I'd fully reccomend but next time I'd choose a balcony so I could cool the apartment down more easily.

Very good accommodation at Capri by Fraser in Berlin, great location in Mitte near many attractions, close to U Bahn Station connecting you to Berlin’s great shopping and tourist destinations. Hotel was clean, staff polite and professional, room met our expectations, only disappointment was that the hotel bar was closed during our 3 night stay.

酒店樓下就有有軌電車站，和地鐵站，有軌電車十幾分鐘就直達柏林主火車站，非常方便！整體滿意，非常乾淨，也很寬敞，廚房設備餐具齊全。入住時間雖然晚於人工辦理入住時間，但根據酒店的指示也順利辦理了入住。唯一一點因為臨街晚上沒那麼安靜，但還是可以接受的

Very central location. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and of course very near the bus, tram stops and train station for onward travel. The hotel itself is so nice, our room was set out very well and was really clean. We loved the small kitchen area with everything available if you opted to cook for yourself. Perfect for preparing a light breakfast as the hotel do not supply this as an option. Loved the comfort of the room with the large bed, with soft fresh linen and comfortable pillows. The rainfall shower was blissful and really helped to cool down and relax after the long days spent enjoying Berlin and all the sights and sounds. Staff at the hotel were so nice, friendly , informative and at hand for any additional help that may be needed. The front desk is not available overnight but Lux has a sister hotel which can step in to assist if really needed. Loved the privacy option with this hotel, rooms are cleaned after the second day of your stay and it is up to you to decide if you need housekeeping services. Afterall when you're on holiday who needs to be waking up too early every morning, especially after long nights.

Lokasi yang sangat baik untuk percutian bandar di Berlin - anda berada di Alex dalam masa 5 minit dan pada waktu malam anda boleh berehat dan makan di salah satu daripada banyak restoran di Hackescher Markt. Kakitangan sangat ramah. Peraturan jarak kerana Corona dipatuhi, tetapi kebersihan di dalam bilik mengecewakan saya. Papan tanda dengan segala-galanya yang sepatutnya dibasmi kuman, yang digantung di pintu setiap hari, boleh diselamatkan. Di bawah meja masih ada taburan coklat dari yang sebelumnya. Pengering rambut, yang mengikut tanda itu disapu setiap hari, mempunyai lapisan habuk di atasnya. Pinggan mangkuk yang telah saya basuh dimasukkan semula ke dalam almari oleh perkhidmatan pembersihan setiap hari, termasuk barang-barang yang belum saya basuh, yang kemudiannya saya keluarkan dari almari pada waktu petang. Soket di bilik air sangat berkulat sehingga saya tidak memasang sebarang palam. Saya mendapati sendi hilang yang dijelaskan sebelum ini di bilik mandi menjadi masalah yang sedikit. Tempat duduk tandas dan tong sampah juga rosak. Peti besi juga tidak berfungsi.

I want whoever designed the rooms at Numa Drift Berlin to redesign my apartment! The layout of the room and everything in it was absolutely fantastic and that's for sure the number 1 advantage of this residence. The check in and check out experience couldn't have been smoother and the communication via WhattsApp (in English) was very simple and effective. I am not a fussy traveller, so what really matters for me is the location, the comfort of basic amenities like the bathroom and the bed, and of course the cleanliness. Numa Drift exceeded my expectations in all regards. You can basically walk to some of the main attractions of the City or take the U Bahn which is located just metres away. Feeling like coffee or just want to buy some fresh fruit? A choice of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets is available within walking distance. Thank you Numa Drift for making our stay in Berlin memorable. I hope I'll be able to try your other establishments in other cities :)

the Hotel is very clean and tidy. One of the valued for your money hotel that have pool and gym facilities. Receptionist has some attitude that can be commented, but overall good. The rooms are not well equipped with the basic toiletries, and its dumbfounded that you can only get it by request. Kitchen is as advertised, well equipped and can cook most of the dishes you can think of

Good location not a great stay but ok ... Disappointed, the toilet smelt very bad, and the room felt dirty. Staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly, if the room had been cleaner the toilet not so smelly and the staff friendlier this could have been an outstanding stay....but unfortunately it wasn't. I won't stay again....
