這是我住過歐洲最棒的一家飯店，我想下一次再去德國柏林應該會再選擇同一家飯店入住，入住這間飯店會有一種日式風格的感覺，而且充滿著藝術氣息在，所有的招待人員以及服務人員都非常的客氣，以及非常的nice,飯店的地點跟交通也都非常的不錯。走路大概只有三到5分鐘就可以到了，而且旁邊就是東柏林圍牆有非常美麗的圖畫塗鴉以及藝術品

My son & I had booked the Gold Palais Hotel in Prenzlauer Berg as our base for a 4 night stay culminating in an evening in the Olympiastadium to enjoy a Coldplay concert. We arrived late one Saturday afternoon in early July and parked for a short spell just across the road to the hotel. Check in was easy and managed by two friendly receptionists, a young man from Nepal and a nice young lady from Poland. Both spoke English. They explained the set up including what to do if we came back after 23:00 and the reception was no longer manned. This included having a key to open the side door and an emergency number... just in case. And they offered us the one remaining car park space in the underground parking area, costing 18,00 per 24 hours. Super. We left our car down there and didn't see it again for 4 days which was great. We had a room on the 2nd floor. The first thing we had to do was to go down to reception and ask them to separate the beds converting them from one double to two singles. No problem. The room itself overlooked the busy, and noisy street. We left the window open overnight which, on hindsight wasn't so clever owing to the noise. We should simply have used the air conditioning. Apart from the relatively comfortable beds, the room was very clean and modern. We had a modern desk, chair and large wardrobe with a safe. We didn't make much use of the largish flat screen TV but were happy that there was free WiFi and enough sockets for all our electronic equipment. There was a kettle and enough coffee and tea to keep us happy. I missed a fridge, but OK... The separate bathroom was also ultra clean and modern. I liked the large, walk in shower with two shower heads, including the rainforest one which needed some repairs during our stay. The free bathroom amenities were from the Grown Alchemist. Apart from a vending machine in the reception area there were no other amenities like a breakfast room etc. We took our breakfast across the street in a local cafe and I used the late opening kiosk nearby for purchasing water and other drinks. One evening we came back really late and I had inadvertently forgotten my key. Unfortunately nobody answered the emergency number given. So we resorted to asking for help from a couple of guys lounging on their balcony on the 1st floor. They saved us from a night sleeping on the streets... All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this very new hotel. Once they've ironed out some of the things mentioned above this will be an even greater place to stay.

One of the best hotels of our entire Europe trip. The hotel is conveniently situated right outside of the S/U-bahn station, Berlin Friedrichstrasse station. There are two entrances for the hotel and both look very grand, the lobby is nicely decorated and they even prepared tea and a light snack (cake/cookies) for guests while we chill at the lobby. Check-in was pleasant and the hotel staffs were all extremely polite and cheerful, really make our day. We were assigned a room at level 4 with a very nice city view, the room is clean, spacious and it is really contemporary and modern, with a huge mirror for your daily OOTD shots. The breakfast was really great, the spread was huge and it provides a many selections to cater to different needs. I extremely love their pancake making machine which makes fresh pancakes within 30sec. The staffs were attentive to clear off the plates and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we will definitely visit NH Berlin again!

Great location for transport options (train direct from airport, and we got a bus to Dresden from right outside the hotel) and central city attractions - including only 15 minutes walk to Museum Island. The services and amenities were not the best given this is a Radisson - the staff were quite friendly (let us check in slightly early) but as an actual paying hotel guest, the hotel will charge you 2 euro per piece of luggage to store it for a couple of hours, it costs 6 euro to access the hotel roof terrace to see the city views, and as a hotel policy the coffee isn’t restocked daily in the room (you can get your daily replacements but you have to go to reception yourself). Room was clean enough but a bit dated/tired especially the bathroom fit out. Hotel was fine overall but I think it’s a stretch to call it a 4 star.

This goes down in my book as one of the worst hotel stays. Let’s start with the positive: very accommodating staff, clean common spaces, nice conference area and decent Italian restaurant onsite. Now the negatives: The area is depressing, looks unsafe and derelict. I’m not convinced the surrounding buildings weren’t abandoned- I wouldn’t go out walking here. The beds were horribly uncomfortable- stiff like a cement block, with thin, musty pillows to accompany them. The duvets appeared clean, which is good because I used them as pillows since there is no functioning air conditioning and covers were not needed. I wasn’t able to sleep due to the uncomfortable bed, hot and stuffy room, and noise from surrounding rooms. No coffee maker or water kettle provided - I requested these and they do not have any in the hotel. No coffee provided with room service either- you must walk through the open atrium area into the restaurant and interact with people just to get a cup of coffee. Come on- who does that?? If you arrive late or wish to dine past 9 PM you’re out of luck since the restaurants close early and there is nothing nearby. General description of the room: Outdated, musty, with ancient furniture and disgusting brown carpet from the 90’s. The bathroom is small, towels are small and thin, and they only provide one giant squeeze tube of shampoo/soap (all-in-one) which is only 1/4 way full. Climate control and air circulation lacks throughout the entire facility, including rooms and common areas. Don’t let the pictures online deceive you- they were nothing at all like what I experienced.

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.

It is no doubt that it is good hotel, because its name. I strongly recommend you book in advance, you will get surprised price. The only weakness is the location. There are no supermarkets, not many restaurants for choose. Bus stations need 5mins walk.

Stayed here for a weekend exploring Berlin. The location was good just a short walk to the train station which take you into the centre of Berlin or you can catch a tram from Miles outside the hotel to the train station if you don’t want to walk. The rooms were clean and spacious but a little tired however we thought this was reflected in the price we paid. We booked 2 rooms and ended up next to each other which was great, whenever I book 2 rooms in the UK we end up on different floors. We did have a 5am fire alarm wake up call where we were evacuated from the building for some time with no communication. There is a Lidl nearby to pick up supplies if needed. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Berlin.

The breakfast was excellent. I drink tea a lot and there were a variety of tea I could choose and I could choose to brew a cup or a pot of tea. They served different kind of eggs, including omelets. The room is very clean and well equipped with coffee maker and kettle.
