This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

The overall stay was pleasant, staff were very helpful, particularly in assisting with parcel collection, which was greatly appreciated. The location is also very good, located right outside Exit A of Dengshikou Station, offering convenient access to transportation. Accessible to Wang FuJing and walkable distance to Forbidden City. However, guests should note that MRT exit primarily with stair access, with limited escalators or elevators, which may pose some difficulty for those traveling with large luggage or strollers. That said, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room, particularly the room come with carpet. It appeared that vacuuming may not have been carried out thoroughly, as there were noticeable stains and marks on the carpet. For added comfort, guests may wish to consider wearing in-room slippers while inside the room. Additionally, housekeeping provided a varying number of bottled water each day, which led to some inconsistency. There was also an instance where one of our bought soft drinks placed on room beside bottle water was removed and replaced with a other vitamin C drink instead, which may have been a misunderstanding. Addressing these housekeeping aspects would further enhance the overall guest experience. Nevertheless Mcd and alot eateries nearby downstairs.

The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Even though I kept on asking about my taobao packages every single day throughout my stay but they were patiently helping to find the packages also catering to other needs. We good free upgrade on the room as well. A pleasant stay indeed

This was a fantastic location that I would make my go to when in Beijing. Service is excellent. Room is well planned out. Quiet and amenities are fantastic. Late night snack and comp mini fridge kept well stocked and everything is nearby you could need. I would extend my time here if there was availability. Most comfortable beds I’ve found in any hotel. Room is small but efficient in design. Totally worth it and beyond comfortable. Must stay in Beijing

This hotel was OK. It was a bit disappointing especially the breakfast. We just simply average. It was OK clean good location, but I expected more from Crystal

Facilities: The room facilities are very convenient, fully smart, and it was really comfortable to stay in. Plus, it's super easy to get here by subway — we even talked about making this our regular place to stay in the future. Hygiene: The room is just the right size and very clean. 👍 Environment: Green-themed, fresh, and cozy. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived quite late last night, and they called to ask what time we'd be checking in, and even upgraded our room in advance. Nice! 👍

The team here went above and beyond, my whole family loved our stay and absolutely would stay here again next time we visit Beijing. The team helped us order food on their own phones because we couldn’t access local apps, they even helped us plan our entire China trip (literally, like our trip to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong). And, their breakfast was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Their rooms are also beautiful, modern and super spacious and clean. Probably the best hotel my family and I ever stayed at. 100/10

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah Wangfujing. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan kedai terkenal berdekatan. Terdapat juga McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks dan % kedai kopi, dsb. Ia betul-betul bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Kota Terlarang, yang sangat mudah. Hotel ini mempunyai mesin basuh dan pengering untuk kegunaan percuma. Sarapan pagi lebih sihat, tetapi juga lazat. Setiap pekerja hotel juga sangat sopan dan mesra melayan kami. Robot penghantaran makanan hotel ini sangat comel. Biliknya juga sangat selesa dan bantalnya sangat selesa! Very convenient to and fro airport. Hotel bus running 24 / 7 and is leaving on time at both hotel and airport. 👍👍👍 Clean and comfortable room. Nice and big. Breakfast are excellent, especially the noodle soup. 👍👍👍 Will come back again.

I had a lovely 6 night stay. The hotel is conveniently located once the hotel is found as other reviews may have mentioned. The building is not labelled Jialong but Man Xin, check in around the corner from the building labelled Jialong . And if taking the metro, remembering to exit at E from the #6 /#2 line, it will get you closer to the hotel. When I first arrived, my room smelled heavily of cigarettes, I almost thought it was coming from the ventilation. I remedied it myself with an air freshener after I was told my room could not be changed. I've experienced a bit more empathy from other China hotels I've stayed in seeing I did book a non smoking room but after a couple days the cigarette smell was less. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had an atrium view which offered large windows into the dining area of the breakfast buffet so I kept the curtains closed. Still good value for the great location. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, take not le that more items become available closer to 7am but a good variety nonetheless. I enjoyed all the Chinese food options and didn't care much for the western food (some bread and cereal). I've recently gone vegetarian and found it perfect, there were so many varieties of veggies. I felt they offered Chinese food on the healthy side. They also offered a variety of coffee, tea and juices. Laundry and gym facilities were good too. I enjoyed my stay overall.
