This was the best hotel I have probably ever stayed in!! Everything was super amazing! I was here with my cousin for the weekend to visit Universal Studios. It was super convenient and close to the park. Most hotels I’ve been to, the air is quite dry and dusty and it gets my allergies going, but it was super clean. I also requested a non-smoking room and so it smelled very fresh in the room. The shower and bath were very relaxing, the soaps and shampoos provided smelled really nice too! They had lots of amenities in the room from toothbrushes, nespresso coffee, bath salts, a soft bathrobe, slippers and even a shoe horn to slip on your shoes! The room was very spacious and we were lucky to get a view of the park! The breakfast was also amazing! There were lots of food items to chose from! They had both traditional Chinese breakfast and English style breakfast items. I loved the pastries and salad bar! They also had fresh made juices that were very nice to drink in the morning, I loved the watermelon pear juice! There was also a central station where you could ask the chefs to cook noodles or your choice of eggs. Overall super satisfied!! The hotel service is definitely top tier. The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We weren’t sure on the first morning how to use the latte machine and the staff immediately helped us and brought it to our table. There was even a free shuttle to and from Universal studios, however they do pickup and leave the park a bit early, I believe around 8:40pm. I’m assuming it’s to avoid the traffic jam after the park closes. We ended up calling a cab both times because we were enjoying the breakfast too much! Even when we checked out of the hotel, the staff outside still helped us into our cab to the train station. The only real con I would say is that it was a bit hard to exit the parking area due to there being two weddings happening that weekend. Our cab drivers weren’t sure where to exit out from, but it wasn’t super hard to get out.  Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back! From the warm welcome with sparkling drinks to personalized recommendations for romantic dinners, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are designed for relaxation and indulgence. We spent hours unwinding in the tranquil spa, took a dip in the elegant rooftop pool with breathtaking views, and enjoyed modern, well-equipped rooms featuring king-size beds, smart TVs, and luxurious bath products. Even the little touches, like nightly turndown service and 24-hour room service, added to the charm. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a cozy getaway, the Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is the ultimate choice for couples. Kelebihan hotel adalah lokasinya Ia terletak berhampiran Wangfujing, menjadikannya mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. I’ve attached a few photos I took during my visit. A special note for families with children: you would be hard-pressed to find a better airport hotel. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was world-class—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The attention to detail is unmatched, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The location is perfect, and the facilities are pristine, but it is the genuine warmth and professional service that set this hotel apart. If you are looking for luxury paired with heart-felt hospitality in Beijing, this is it. An absolutely flawless five-star experience!

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room. However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good. That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to order delivery and enjoy a meal in the room. ห้องใหญ่มาก ๆ สะดวกสบายสุด ๆ ยอมนั่งแท็กซี่เข้าเมืองเอาแลกกับห้องใหญ่ ๆ แต่ว่า ฟิตเนส สตีม สระว่ายน้ำ ดูเป็นของให้ภายนอกมาจัดการไม่ใช่ของทางโรงแรมโดยตรง เลยอาจจะไม่ค่อยดีมากครับ แต่ห้องคือดีนะ มีเครื่องซักอบด้วย โซนครัวอุปกรณ์พร้อมสั่งเดลิเวอร์มาทานที่ห้องสบาย ๆ 房间非常大，住起来特别舒服。为了换到这么大的房间，我觉得坐出租车进市区也完全值得。 不过，健身房、蒸汽房和游泳池看起来像是由外部机构运营的，不是酒店直接管理的，所以体验可能没有那么好。 但房间本身真的很不错，还有洗烘一体机，厨房区域的设备也很齐全，点外卖回房间吃非常方便。 部屋はとても広くて、すごく快適でした。これだけ広い部屋に泊まれるなら、市内までタクシーで移動するのも十分ありだと思います。 ただ、ジム、スチームルーム、プールはホテル直営ではなく、外部が運営しているように見えたので、そこはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。 でも、部屋自体は本当に良かったです。洗濯乾燥機もありますし、キッチン設備もそろっているので、デリバリーを頼んで部屋でゆっくり食事するのにもとても便利でした。

The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful. I can only imagine how much more stunning it must be during the spring or fall. It’s a wonderful hotel for a staycation, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A wonderful hotel where itself are so amazing & staff are attentive and nice. Room was spacious and well decorated. I love how it has the mrt right across the street that made the transportation super easy. Breakfast came with plenty of choice. The only downside is that English of the staff is not very good. You should use translating app of show they picture (is u want to get anythings)

Overall, we had a good stay. The service was good, and the location was excellent. The only downside was the cleanliness, which was average and could be improved.

I had an incredible weekend at Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing! It was the perfect family escape, offering a fantastic blend of fun and relaxation. The location was ideal, being just a scenic 1.5-hour drive from downtown Beijing. The resort had something for everyone: the kids adored the massive indoor water park and the huge sports hall, while the amazing G.O. team kept everyone entertained with nightly shows and lively parties. We enjoyed the delicious buffet food and even visited the resort's own Cloud Winery for a unique experience. What made it truly special was the hassle-free, joyful atmosphere that allowed both kids and adults to have a great time. It was a refreshing and recharging getaway that I highly recommend.
