Such good value for what your get - luxurious huge room, central location and 24hr service and cleaning. The concierge is on the 15th floor and a bit hidden. Note: there’s no gym, pool, room service, buffet breakfast etc but that’s why it’s such good value!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! The family room was spacious and comfortable. Also the breakfast had surprisingly good choices and again great service staff! The view in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely stunning: a full view of Jinji Lake area and parts of Dushu Lake. Oh, and the location was convenient just in front of the hotel entrance there is a subway station! Definitely. We will stay there again on the next trip to Suzhou! Just 2 stations to Pingjiang Road and Xiangmen!

Lovely hotel for one person. Their staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. They know how to handle foreign guests in a helpful and professional manner. Room was clean and the projector was super cool. Would stay again. Small repairs cracks here and there on the walls but that's to be expected with a fuss free hotel like that.

Very amazing apartment hotel that makes me wish to stay there forever! They did not skimp on their facilities. The room was equipped with a projector screen, Smart Bidet, Bosch Washing Machine and 3-door fridge. As the hotel is located in the financial district / CBD, it offers a definitely quieter experience during the stay. Most of the services (make up room, extra toiletries, queries) can be communicated through wechat. They respond very quickly. Food delivery is convenient. You just need to unlock the gantry for the Driver to send it to your doorstep. As it is CBD, you can call a Didi and reach majority of the landmarks or good food spots nanjing has to offer in 30 minutes. I will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

這次入住體驗特別好，酒店位置很便利，出行吃飯都方便。房間乾淨整潔，佈局舒適，床品柔軟睡得很踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質不錯，熱水供應穩定。前台工作人員態度熱情友善，辦理入住退房效率很高，有問題也都耐心解答。整體環境安靜不嘈雜，衞生細節做得很到位，性價比十足。下次再來還會選擇這家，也真心推薦給大家。

Room was very spacious, well-kept and the location was great - 5 minutes walk to the train station and surrounded by shopping malls. The staff were attentive to our needs to and quick in meeting our requests. The only downside is that didi cars cannot be driven directly to the hotel lobby entrance and can only pick us up at the office building entrance (same building as Ascott but facing another direction). Other than that, this is a great and convenient place to stay when travelling in Wuxi!

This is a fantastic place for people who want to cook for themselves with clean kitchen setup.Located in the Harmony city mall area and just out of Wenfeng metro station (Exit 1).Lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. Very friendly staff and always responsive on any queries. Breakfast lounge is on 48th floor and gives a fantastic view in addition to a great b/f. There are some.vintage items in breakfast lounge which can be a good teaching tool for kids on technology changes which happened.

Wow! My experience was divine at Modena. Upon arrival, the front desk was super friendly helping my check in. William also told me about the attractions and things to see which was super helpful. Fighting was also such a delight while helping me with my room extension. Overall, the staff is great. You can add their WeChat and if you have any questions of things you need help with, they will answer almost right away. The location is convenient to the food and malls. Also it is a quiet neighborhood so it’s a plus. If I come back to visit, I will for sure stay at Modena.

Отличное расположение в самом торговом центре, рядом есть магазинчики, большой продуктовый магазин, пицца хат, мак и шашлычная, в сам торговый центр живой, много людей, много красивых отделов. Сам отель простой, но чистый, имеется 2 кондиционера, комнаты убирают каждый день. Девушки в ресепшене отзывчивые и улыбчивые, сразу приходили на помощь и старались подсказать. Есть стиральная машина в общей зоне, и паровой утюг. В номере было тихо, посторонних шумов было не слышно. Мы жили 9 дней, цена нам подходила, так как мы в основном спали до обеда, после уходили на весь день гулять по городу и приходили вечером.

Stayed in the Joysuites Nantong for 11 nights in October 2025 as a visitor from the UK. I found the service and facilities to be excellent. The room was bright clean and fresh. The amenities were also excellent and in good order. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was to a very high standard and all staff generally were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and what was offered was of a high quality. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend
