Apartments di Liaoning, China

Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with sunlight, facing directly east, so we even got to experience a romantic sunrise without leaving the room! Downstairs is the Venice Water City, which is great for a stroll! The night view is also beautiful, and there are plenty of food and drink options. The owner is really nice; early in the morning, when we went to the front desk with our big suitcases to check in, the owner thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. Next time we go to Dalian, we'll definitely stay here again! It was fantastic.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

We were three adults and five children and booked this eight-person family suite. The two-story suite was spotless. While it didn't have a washing machine, the host was incredibly accommodating. Upon learning of our need, they went out of their way to come over after 10 PM to help us spin-dry our clothes, which we deeply appreciated. The guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around via the subway. Definitely recommend.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances all in good working order and easy to use. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

Fantastic experience, feeling like home Clean, great Extra hangers for drying clothes, I frequently carry my own extra hangers, this time I didn't need them TV is big if you have time for watching it Great light, not like dim in hotel rooms Really a great feeling staying, also quiet, no noise from the corridor because room is spacious And the view you can't get tired of in the morning especially

An absolutely amazing stay, highly recommended! I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at your hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this place again for future business trips or vacations! 5-star rating, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Choosing Ascott Heping Shenyang for my trip to Shenyang was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Shenyang Station, and the Taiyuan Street shopping district is within walking distance, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room itself is huge, with a clear separation between the living room and bedroom. It has a full kitchen with all the utensils, plus a washer-dryer combo, so it felt just like being at home. The entire place was clean and odor-free, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation and large bathtub made for a great washing experience. The public facilities were a pleasant surprise: a 24-hour gym, sauna and plunge pool, and even a simulated golf course – everything you need for relaxation in one place. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast spread had a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. It's suitable for both short stays and longer business trips, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

I chose Fraser Suites Dalian for my business trip this time, and it was a fantastic experience. The one-bedroom apartment had a well-designed layout, complete with all necessary appliances, and the hygiene was impeccable. There's a mall right downstairs and the subway is very close, making commuting and dining incredibly convenient. The apartment building offers a 24-hour front desk, and Archer provided excellent service. With a gym and swimming pool, it's quiet and not noisy, perfect for both work and relaxation. It's suitable for both short and long stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers.

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!
