Walaupun keseluruhan penginapan kami di Oakwood Jakarta menyeronokkan, kekurangan sambutan hangat adalah mengecewakan. Penyambut tetamu yang bekerja antara 8-9 malam pada 17 Oktober 2024, tidak mesra atau tersenyum, yang menyebabkan kami mendapat tanggapan pertama yang buruk. Dia juga tidak memberikan sebarang maklumat tentang kemudahan hotel - kami tidak diberitahu cara mengakses kolam renang, restoran atau sebarang kemudahan lain. Rasanya seperti kita ditinggalkan untuk memikirkan perkara sendiri. Ini amat memeranjatkan selepas menghabiskan 10 hari di Bali, di mana semua orang berusaha untuk tersenyum, menawarkan bantuan dengan beg kami dan memastikan kami selesa. Di Oakwood, tiada sesiapa pun bertanya sama ada kami memerlukan bantuan dengan bagasi kami. Walaupun perkhidmatan yang mengecewakan, hotel itu sendiri adalah hebat. Bilik itu luas, bersih, dan sangat selesa. Lokasi ini juga merupakan kelebihan yang besar - hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki ke PIK Avenue dan sekitar 23 minit dari lapangan terbang, menjadikannya sangat mudah. Jika perkhidmatan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dipertingkatkan, hotel ini boleh menjadi pilihan peringkat atasan dengan mudah. Buat masa ini, saya masih mengesyorkannya untuk keselesaan, lokasi dan kemudahan keseluruhannya - hanya bersedia untuk sambutan yang kurang mesra.

Highly recommended. Close to airport freeway, malls and the sports stadium/parklands. Helpful staff. Premium room was fine, plenty of towels etc. and free drinks in minibar. Access to Lounge (in Lobby) for a nice afternoon tea (small cakes) and best was the evening when can choose 1 of 3 main courses and a drink. No need to eat out. Busway and metro stops at end of road 15min walk. Use metro to cross road to access Pacific Pace mall and shops. Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible. Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.

Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Wow, this hotel and all the amenities were amazing. I stayed for one night with my entire family. The room was very spacious; I felt comfortable spending time on the room's balcony with my family. I truly appreciated its interior, which made us all feel comfortable throughout our overnight stay. Our staycation experience with the family was incredibly pleasant due to the kind staff, one in particular who stood out and I got to know her name Ms. Becca she went above and beyond to help us organized everything. We were warmly welcomed by her, making the RA Suite feel like home. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place again; it was absolutely worth every penny!❤️

The unit are spacious, Our room Accessible from -Room-Toilet-Living room-Kitchenette, easy to Push/pull our luggages, Highly recommended to any Personal shoppers from outside country to stay here, Huge room to keep big luggages and boxes! i like the idea of drinking water are refillable using the big bulk drink bottle dispensers. One of the front of house employee named ”Chevas” went over beyond to help make our stay safe & enjoyable. Check out on Thursday 16th Feb 23 - all the front desk staff that working on that time extremely hospitable (Please give your staff awards!) and Chevas is one of the top notch! Incredibly helpful gentleman. I had an issue in the first day i came, Express my dissapointment with one of the Front of house employee ”Chevas” Very nice & soft spoken guy! FAST FORWARD - Immediate action from him, Thank you Chevas for sorting out our issues so quick.. Thank you to you and other employees -GYM wise.. I think needs hotel WIFI that automatically connected. Location wise from my point of view, need to put a big signage (Citadines sudirman) from the big road- The entrance quite confusing. Overall Awesome place! Fair value of money, So this was a big plus Will definitely come back again for another relaxing, quite and peace time on this apartment in one of the busiest city. i will recommend this hotel/apartment to my colleagues. who wanted to travel to Jakarta Mr Heri & Mrs Heri (Bandar Seri Begawan)

It was a pleasant surprise to find that this is a service apartment hotel. The location is very central and much better value than the KW Marriott and Ritz Carlton nearby. My unit had an all in one washer (worked just fine) and they provided laundry detergent as a standard amenity. The fitness center is small but good and the outdoor pool is 25-30 meters. My only disappointment was that the towels by the pool were always gone when I arrived, but I just brought one from my room. Breakfast is small but has a nice selection of everything. The property has a small shopping platform with a small supermarket, Starbucks, a bakery, a SEA restaurant and a nice western restaurant with good wine.

Great newly refurbished service apartments. Stayed in Jan 2020 room 1205 I believe. Massive flat with maid entrance, room, shower. Main apartment had large dining/living room, bedroom, drying/extra room and bathroom with tub. Small kitchen with rice cooker and room with washing machine. Complementary breakfast on top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. You can take your breakfast to your room. Waffle/egg station. Two gym rooms one with machines and one with weights, spa and pool. Small shop and function room Hotel is close to Lotte shopping centre with cinema etc. The best thing for me was the washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board I always appreciate when I can run a machine and not fear for how my clothes are handled.

Big, cosy, comfortable and clean hotel. Our unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 double bed, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. The sleep quality is ok but able to hear the traffic noises even at 31st floor. Service was good. Highly recommended.

We moved from India to Jakarta in Oct last week. We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors

Kakitangan meja depan sangat baik dan bersemangat. Lokasi pangsapuri hotel sangat baik, berhampiran dengan Casablanca Mall. Rumah lebih sesuai untuk keluarga besar. Cuma katilnya agak najis, lebih baik bawa cadar sendiri. Terdapat kesan besar di bahagian dalam selimut saya rasa ia ditutup dengan set empat keping sebelum ini.

While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

I have gone to their Rooftop Fat & Sim a few times, and can only find it more and more like home when I need to chill out. With a roof-top view of South Jakarta, you can let your imagination fly beyond the horizon while relaxing your mind. Their staff are friendly and never hesitate to help you to enjoy your time - thanks Intan, Fio, Clarissa. The place is clean and well maintained, the food is great….their burger is literally ‘finger lickin’ good’. The drinks….ask their bartender Hend for your favorite mix…he never fails you.

Great place, good facility, love the gym and the pool is instagrammable. The room is clean and comfortable. I enjoy work from here and also hanging out with friends. Experiencing dinner in Igloo and the food was good, love tomyum, burger, and pineaplle fried rice. And the cocktails too.

Everything is good and worth the money. Nothing much to complain. Definitely will come back again!

Saya menempah untuk 4 malam, saya diberitahu bahawa saya perlu mendaftar masuk pada pukul 2:00 Saya menunggu di lobi pangsapuri selama lebih dari 2 jam tidak ada yang menerima saya , tiada minuman selamat datang Kemudian seorang lelaki Indonesia datang dan membawa saya ke bilik Keesokan harinya, saya berkomunikasi di WhatsApp dan meminta air mineral dan tuala kertas, tetapi saya tidak membacanya selama 3 hari! Pada hari terakhir, saya menghantar mesej pada waktu pagi mengatakan bahawa saya sudah bersedia untuk mendaftar keluar, dan tuan rumah Cina datang ke pintu dalam masa kurang dari 10 minit... Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa homestay juga memerlukan perkhidmatan Anda tidak boleh hanya bergantung pada lokasi yang sangat baik dan pemandangan yang indah untuk meyakinkan pengguna.

這家店特別棒，必須要推薦下： 1、離機場近，車程20分鐘不到，出行便利。 2、處於華人社區，比較安全，周邊配套完善，衣食住行很方便。 3、房間安靜，且乾淨衞生，達到國內水準，遠超本地人開的店。 4、老闆是華人，溝通沒有任何障礙，入住退房都很方便，還推薦了很多吃喝玩的地方。 5、要入住建議提前5天訂好，不然可能搶不到房。

Lokasi strategis ada bus Trans depan apartment, depan ada Pasar PIK banyak jual makanan.

It was clean, with a great seaside view. Nearby the town too. Only thing was the lights in the bathroom had to be on together with the bedroom lights.

Too far from the receptionist place to the room cos it’s in an apartment. U got room that available at the moment, so apparently it’s a different room in different apartments towers.
