Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

I booked this apartment as a layover stop, and it turned out to be much better than I expected. The description said a 1.3-meter bed, but it was actually closer to 1.8 meters. The small kitchenette isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for simple cooking. The hotel has its own enclosed parking, and the overnight rate wasn't expensive. Just remember to check in at the front desk first, otherwise, you can't get in. The apartment's location is also excellent, right next to Albert Dock, where the Beatles statue is located. All in all, great value for money.

It was an excellent stay. The hotel is located in an oasis of calm. The studio was lovely all the utensils were clean and the dishwasher as a 30 min setting so easy to clear up. Bed is super comfortable had the best nights sleep. Would definitely stay at a Staybridge again. It was also near the waterfront music venue - we could to listen to a fews concerts for free from the outside . The river Mersey was also 2 min walk away with a stunning sunset

Great location small kitchen in room with fridge microwave toaster and a coffee machine Spotless bathroom friendly helpful staff I had to move rooms because of a smell in first room I dont like that they dont have designated rooms for visitors with dogs Some rooms have a huge pillar down the middle of the room severely restricting movement so I would try and avoid getting one of those The reception area is really nice and they sell everything you might need on your visit such as shaving foam toothbrush aspirin coffee pods etc They also have a large secure luggage room Very close to both central station and lime street station Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from outside even though it is close to bars

With Liverpool being our City of birth, the place was easy for us to find. The receptionist was very welcoming, and gave us all the information we required for our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Being in a city centre you can’t avoid a certain amount of outside noise, but it was nothing that earplugs didn’t sort lol There was a takeaway, a restaurant and 2 small general stores within a few minutes walk from the apartment, and we made use of the restaurant and Tesco’s whilst there. All in all it was a fabulous stay, and we would stay again.

I was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Not what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!

Perfectly located ! Just a short walk to all attractions - albert docks, rope walk, Liverpool one , buses etc, so you got it all covered whether its dining shopping drinks or party Friendly staff, attending the reception 24/7 apartment is big but the bathroom and sleeping room itself are just ok, and not very spacious, and don’t expect the apt to have all the usual hotel amenities
