Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Very near St Peter’s Basilica, within walking distance. Interesting room layout. But the room type that we were staying in is more suitable for young people, not elderly as one will need to climb up. Bathroom is quite basic, but clean. Room is clean , with microwave and kettle. No TV/slippers/ tissue paper provided. Staff was very helpful. Our booking came with breakfast, they helped packed our breakfast. Breakfast was yummy.

This hotel was great! It's super close to Roma Termini Station, but the room was still quiet, clean, and spacious. The furniture was stylish and lovely too. Even though we booked a room-only plan, coffee and tea were provided. What I appreciated most was that they used LINE to recommend breakfast and dinner spots. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you! It was a short stay, but the value for money was unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

This is the most friendly apartment-type hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is super friendly. They always patiently provide us with service. We wanted to go out for seafood at night and recommended delicious restaurants to us. He was afraid that we couldn't find it. The gentleman took us to the restaurant to help us book a seat. It was really super enthusiastic. Their service was very humane. The apartment was very safe and you had to swipe your card to enter. The door was locked when no one was there. The room type design is very suitable for family travel. The hygiene is also very clean. The location is excellent. It is next to Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City. There is even a waiting area for rest, eating and showering on the basement floor. Our flight was late and we rested comfortably here at the airport. The breakfast was also good. I liked the fruit and automatic pancake machine. Thank you again for helping me. It's a great alternative to a hotel. Also it's rather quiet and the amenities are excellent/new relative to other hotels of the same price in the area. The only downside is you'll need to rely on uber or the incredibly useless Rome public transport system to get around.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly polite and always happy to help with questions asked eg where to eat, how to get to the main attractions etc. We found that the kettle in the room was leaking and when we came back from a walk they had already put a new one in the room. The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the attractions and close to all food and drinks places. When we return to Rome we will certainly book this hotel again.

Overall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.
