Had read reviews after booking + feared the worst but absolutely no issues at all !! Hotel is not like the photos on website + is old + tired but shower great, restaurant downstairs excellent for breakfast or cocktails + mariachi, staff very friendly + helpful . We were on 6th floor + little city noise not a problem at all, would happily stay again if possible ? 😊

Modern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two. It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay. Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows. Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier. We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings. Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city. Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

The apartments are impeccable. They are tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, including furniture and artworks. The apartment had two large bedrooms, and the master bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. The living room is fully furnished and also has a TV. The kitchen has all the amenities. It is a quiet building in a relatively quiet street. The concierge was very nice. The only problem we had is that we didn't realize we had to email them in advance our arrival. We thought it was a hotel, so didn't realize we had arrived at the place as we didn't see any signs. You must let them know in advance when you arrive. But this is a great deal. It can easily accommodate two couples.

L'appartement etait plus petit qu'attendu et un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Ceci etait heureusement compensé par l'enorme terrasse.Les equipements etaient limités et le wifi fonctionnait tres mal (il a fallu se brancher sur celui de l'appartement voisin ou sur celui de la salle de réunion pour y arriver). Emplacement génial et personnel tres gentil.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

The hotel looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Also, front desk can speak English. The facilities are provided just like what the ad said; laundry, working area, gym. I like how the hotel always looks so clean. However, one thing that I don’t like but don’t really mind is the elevator that is slow. I asked for upper level room and I got what I asked for! Uliv Cibeles located near many places, let’s say it’s just 10-15 mins by car to some travel attractions. Overall, this meets my expectations ＜3

Tuve la oportunidad de alojarme 5 días, después de los días ajetreados conociendo CDMX y sus alrededores ,regresar al pequeño hogar como ellos nos dieron la bienvenida, hicieron nuestra estancia muy cómoda cerca del metro aproximadamente 2 cuadras,restaurantes,Oxxo,sanborns todo cerca, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y placentera ,la cama deliciosa,WiFi y la atención de las muchachas excelente siempre dispuestas a colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos,tienen servicio de portería que nos esperaban a que llegáramos a cualquier hora,seguramente volveremos a alojarnos a nuestros regreso a CDMX

La ubicación excelente, agua caliente todos los días, muchas almohadas, edredones calientitos, con cocina, comedor y refrigerador. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la cama y el olor tan penetrante del químico que usan para limpiar. Con la cama, apenas te sentabas y hacía mucho ruido, y después del viaje de más de 15 horas lo único que deseábamos era dormir bien y pues con ese ruido no era posible. Eso sí, las personas en recepción nos apoyaron para movernos a una cama diferente, pero era más pequeña de la que habíamos pagado y el olor al químico con el que limpian era más fuerte. Así que, optamos por quedarnos en el cuarto inicial. Sólo queríamos dormir. El señor de seguridad del hotel, fue lo mejor de nuestra estadía, nos apoyó en todo momento y súper amable.

Fantastic service,clean well equipped rooms, staff are very attentive and helpfull. The design of the room is very conducive to a comfortable stay,wonderful location, easy to go anywhere from here, my family felt very safe in this area because of private security everywhere, will definitely return to this apartment hotel. 😀
