I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was a novice at the hotel front desk and it took me more than 20 minutes to check in. However, the waiter's attitude was still very good and the person was nice, so I didn't care about it. However, the hotel room was too small. I thought it would be more expensive in a hotel in Japan or Hong Kong. mini, but the facilities and equipment are still very new and advanced, neat and clean; the breakfast is also quite good, there are not many fresh fruits and juices, the front desk during the day is very professional and skilled, the overall evaluation of the hotel is good, it is a 10-minute walk from the train station , good location. Just take a taxi to the train station. They are all French-speaking cities and you can easily communicate in English.

It's a new hotel!
Everything is new and the bedding and towels were clean.
The river view was great,
and the bubble spa was great!
But it was a little stuffy because there were no windows.
Since it's next to a casino resort, there are a lot of portable facilities!

A very nice hotel, catered to families with children.
A few ‘minus points’
The restaurant was very small for the size of the hotel.
There was no night light or power outlet at the child’s bed
The temperature in the entire hotel, including the room, was very high! This was difficult to regulate in the room and sleeping in these temperatures was not pleasant for us.

My second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance .
Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer.
Nous sommes partis ailleurs.
ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€.
ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer.
Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.

There are not many choices in the town. The restaurant has a terrace by the river. You can relax while drinking beer. There are not many parking spaces in the hotel, but there is a large parking lot next to it. There is also a ****** two minutes away from the restaurant area. It is a ten-minute walk... CCarla H.The Ibis is conveniently located to the center and a bit longer walk from the train station. We were unlucky enough that no internet went, which we only on demand. Otherwise everything was ok and usual Ibis standard.
