Hotel Dengan Bar di Ontario, Canada

The hotel was very new and clean! We stayed for two nights and I have no complaints! The staff were very nice and the location is easy to get to!

Sehr freundlich und schönes Zimmer. Der Pool ist klasse. Parken geht direkt kostenlos am Hotel. Auch bei später Anreise ist es kein Problem.

The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

I stayed on the 20th floor in a premium Fallsview room with two queen beds. The view was amazing, but since it’s winter, the window was frozen, so I couldn’t really see much in the morning. I think it’s better to check the weather before booking. Still, the night view was great, so I enjoyed it overall.

位置在市政廳旁邊，向後走即到湖邊公園及市政廳的噴水池，旅館前的暫時停車位旁有停車位，晚上overnight 可以停，早上9點後才收費！市區的路邊停車位絕大多數晚上是不能停車的。

The hotel is with excellent location, facilities is quite outdated. Still good to stay.

Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasn’t much to chose from after that All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly. We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.

Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Biliknya sangat bersih, tetapi saya rasa kerana langkah berjaga-jaga Covid, tidak mempunyai semua kemudahan seperti kopi, dan lain-lain. Kami dapat menempah masa untuk menggunakan kolam renang dan hanya keluarga kami di sana semasa membuat tempahan selama 45 minit. Kemudahan kolam renang juga kelihatan bersih tetapi kami tidak dapat menggunakan tab mandi panas atau gelongsor air kerana ia ditutup. Ini agak mengecewakan bagi anak-anak. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk memastikan para tetamu selamat.

The hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions. The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is  weird and could be  plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable. The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel. Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important. 1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.  2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors. Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.

Great location with a nice pool to come back to and nice breakfast in the morning!
