We booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service. I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement.

Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice and modern throughout. The only issue is the hotel is on a flight path into Pearson International Airport and is very bury with planes going over the top of the property overnight and early morning!

The hotel is with excellent location, facilities is quite outdated. Still good to stay.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Excellent check in and check out.The check in lady was so nice and very helpful with our room choice ,definitely will be back especially to try the wine 🍷 patio etc so much offered here from rooms,bars and food,pool Clean lovely hotel with friendly staff.Quiet place to relax

Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out. Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus. Location was great. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution. The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

This hotel is a great option for a short stay near the airport. It’s very close and the shuttle service is convenient and reliable, making early flights much easier. The room was large and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you’d expect, though the decor felt slightly dated. There’s a small shop in the hotel selling useful items like travel adapters and it stays open late, which is handy, along with a vending machine for snacks and drinks. Overall, it’s perfect for a quick stopover when you need practicality.

Our room was freshly renovated and looked brand new! Super clean, modern, highly recommend. Walking distance to the incline railway and short walk to most everything else. If there's a downside, although we booked a falls view room and we were on the 16th floor, they gave us the corner so it was an awkward angle. They tried to upsell at check in to get a better view, which we declined. Could still see some of the falls and it was nice, just not as nice as we thought it was going to be from that room.
