We had a super-show, a night with breakfast and dinner for a pricing, and we were in the first place a little sceptical, but this stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were beautiful. In the restaurant there was no extensive map (you had a choice from four main dishes), but it was beautiful! Really a top cook! But with breakfast we were totally surprised, there was no no to sell! We give this hotel a thick 10! Nice tip: The hotel is located on the Hanze city path, ideal for (for us) walkers.

I was beached at 23:00 from a Asian trip to Hengelo by train and was very friendly and welcomed. The hotel is 2 minutes' walk from the train station and is best accessible on with heavy roller bags. The service and friendliness were hardly to be excellent.

Lovely hotel and just a stone throw away from train station. The room is good size and quiet for a night rest. Amazing service and toilet is world class. The restaurant serve good food and top services.

They were trying to scam us. I paid for the full night per trip, and they wanted to charge us as if it were just the reservation. After insisting and sending a screenshot of my bank statement, they didn't ask for it again. But the next morning, they came back to demand it, and I had to say the same thing again.

We arrived well before check-in time because we wanted to go shopping in Zwolle. They allowed us to park our car early. After a day of shopping, we checked in, which went smoothly. The elevator wasn't working on our floor, so we had to use the stairs. We're perfectly able-bodied, so it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel room looked neat and clean. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but there was plenty to go around, including savory and sweet options, plus yogurt. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our car parked until 2 PM.

It was a great location and easy to find, The facilities were fabulous and the rooms and food were great too!

Very good hotel. Staff very guest-friendly. Only the cleaning (bedded and toilet) was not good for such a class hotel. The bathing lakes were very thin, no hotel quality. Tip: change above and then you score excellent.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean room with a comfortable bed. A great rain shower and Rituals toiletries were provided. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. There was a coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in the northern part of the Netherlands. There are relatively few Chinese people. The hotel is a pure business hotel. Breakfast is 6:30-11:00, but some business people go to the restaurant to talk about things at 9:00. It is busy during the day and the restaurant is great at night.
