Extremely comfortable, and I even got a delicious crispy 'pempek' as a welcome snack! The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options. This could become my go-to place when I visit Palembang.

The room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

This hotel has so much potential. Some parts require some renovations to make it look more presentable and not too outdated. But the staffs were nice and helpful. Price and location also the best. Many available must-eat food nearby.

Friendly staff, strategic hotel location, good air conditioning, and clean rooms. The housekeeping team is incredibly efficient – they even folded my clothes before I had a chance to! And when I temporarily left my belongings in the hallway, they were neatly tidied away by the time I returned. 🤭👍 Other staff services were also great; they took plenty of photos when I asked for help. Hehe, love it! ❤️

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.
