I arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

Couldnt get proper sleep creeking roof, could hear guy sleeping above snoring and creecking noises when ever he moved. Manager needs to sleep in room 29 have someone sleep in the above room to experience this. Bad sound proofing even for a 2star hotel. Dont expect this from a 4star claiming hotel.
Stained carpets as well, room needs redecoration its tired

Guest UserFirstly I would point out that Trip.com's description of this room is wrong and the hotel themselves have asked you to change this. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE DOUBLE ROOM WITH A VIEW. Rooms overlook either a car park or the top of a flat roof or if you are lucky some trees.
That said we had a very nice stay at this hotel, and the food was good in the restaurant. The only place to have an alternative meal that we could see, within walking distance, was an Indian restaurant, however it was closed on the Monday, which was the night we may have gone out. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly and efficient.

Guest UserLocation wise Glenrothes Holiday Inn is a bit further from Edinburgh city center and no amenities, unlike Dumferline Holiday Inn. But hospitality and service are more friendly. The available free coffee, hot chocolate and juice drinks is a plus. But hey, the price is much more affordable than others, it is a definitely permanent choice for my frequent Scotland business trips.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great choice if you’re looking to relax away from the noise and bustle of the city.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to unwind. I also appreciated the ample parking facilities, which made things very convenient for those traveling by car.
However, one downside is that there are no nearby commercial centers, so finding food or groceries requires some planning or travel. Additionally, while breakfast was available, the options were somewhat limited and could definitely be improved.
Overall, it’s a good option for a quiet and comfortable stay, especially if you don’t mind being a bit far from shops and dining option

The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

I didn't expect it to be the best and cheapest store for traveling in the UK. It's very convenient to drive and very close to Edinburgh. The environment and sanitation are good, very spacious, in the small town of Cocody, where there are many supermarkets, which are large and very cheap.

Unfortunately this did not live upto our expectations, from being told on arrival we would need to check out earlier than our 1pm check out time due to work being carried out in the hotel, which also caused us to not be able to go to the spa on the time we had booked due to this work. Not once were we told before hand or while booking that this was the case. We were then told they had emailed us prior to arriving stating this which wasn’t true. We then went to the spa and was welcomed with workers walking in and out from outside with dirty work boots and leaving outside doors open so it was freezing and all could smell was wet paint.

Country-style small hotel, the hotel country bar is very cute, the temporary short trip is very comfortable, the kitchen, washing machine with dryer, everything, the room is spacious and bright, the family room is in the attic, the skylight is very comfortable.

Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Regular cleaning, savory breakfast to order in the restaurant, very reasonable prices for catering, friendly staff. No hair dryer and bring a shower cap because the shower head is high and fixed. Very quiet and well-insulated hotel. Excellent value for money
