GGuest UserClean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

GgidroponixA nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰

VValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

TTania HeptonThe hotel room is nice. The bathroom is comfortable, and the location is good. The room is clean, with good cups and a kettle, so you can have tea or coffee in the room, which is convenient. The hotel is located near the Gulf of Finland, offering a beautiful view. The restaurant is standard, the menu is ordinary — I would expect better for a hotel of this scale. Overall, it’s good 😊

GGuest UserWonderful hotel we booked on a trip.com deal. For a 1 - 3 night stay the hotel is perfect, very elegant entrance and clean throughout. The beds were comfortable, the washroom was modern, and the room even had a tiny kitchenette. I have to say the room was slightly smaller than I was expecting but for a couple + a toddler on a short stay, it suit us quite comfortably. The breakfast was rich in variety too. Hightly recommend, would stay again! One side note, the hotel pool/sauna was only open until 10AM in the morning, closed during the day, then open again after 5PM, not a deal breaker but it's nice to know ahead of time. Enjoy!

FFi WongWalking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

AAnonymous UserIt was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.
