Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

Altaassa oli kiva käydä uimassa.
Harmillisen syvä kun ei aikuisellakaan yletä jalat pohjaan ja uimaan opettelevan lapsen kanssa liikenteessä, joka kuitenkin liian iso pieneen lasten altaaseen.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices.
The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer.
I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

KKK ~Overall really nice and centrally located hotel. Close to the main railway station. All floors have different themes related to Finnish nature (Winter storm, Midsummer, Fairytale forest, Sisu, Tranquility) and the front desk let us choose between a couple of themes. We weren't sure what they were going to be like, but chose Fairytale forest, which was ok.
The room was a bit on the small side and with a view to an inner courtyard - however this was to be expected with the room type. The room was really quiet, which was a bonus in the middle of the city! Breakfast was nice, mostly European style with breads etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel for the central location and Finnish style, if you want to experience that.

The room is clean, with good cups and a kettle, so you can have tea or coffee in the room, which is convenient. The hotel is located near the Gulf of Finland, offering a beautiful view. The restaurant is standard, the menu is ordinary — I would expect better for a hotel of this scale. Overall, it’s good 😊

FFi WongWalking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby.
The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive.
I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash...
Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste..
No fridge, even no glass for drinking..

11381854****The room was clean and tidy, nothing fancy but perfectly adequate, and housekeeping was very diligent every day! The breakfast spread was quite generous, mainly Western-style, with fewer Chinese options. Getting around was quite convenient; taxi drivers generally knew the location well. If you're sightseeing, you can pretty much cover everything on foot within a day.
