excellent location warm and friendly responsive staff super clean tidy room despite small room but suit us like a brand new hotel excellent public bath despite very busy at night we chose enjoying bath at afternoon time excellent breakfast only cost at ¥2,700 per adult competitive price truely value for money my best trip in sapporo for the time being definitely stay in next time

Fantastic hotel located very centrally to a lot of shops and amenities nearby. Beautiful decor in the hotel, giving a homely and welcoming vibe. Hotel has hot springs which is a plus. But the gym can be better equipped. Lastly, the breakfast is fabulous, which is one of the main highlights of the hotel.

Hotel presiden kabin utama terletak hanya 200m dari stesen JR Hakodate. Hotel standard dan terkenal yang mengadakan acara (bilik jamuan dll…) Namun begitu bagi peringkat hotel ini terdapat kekurangan kemudahan seperti kemudahan gim atau mata air panas. Keseluruhan penginapan yang baik pada harga yang sederhana/tinggi.

The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet. Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it . Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room . Good luck

Restoran di tingkat satu hotel ini okay sahaja. Bilik yang saya tempah nampak bersih, tetapi soket elektriknya rosak. Sukar untuk menerangkan kepada khidmat pelanggan dalam bahasa Inggeris, dan pada mulanya mereka menyangka ia adalah masalah dengan palam elektrik saya. Mereka hanya berhenti mengadu selepas saya menemui soket lain yang berfungsi. Akhirnya, saya dipindahkan ke tempat di mana saya boleh mengecas telefon saya kemudian.

In good location and Family Mart just next to it, everything is good but the toilet a bit small and drainage in the toilet is smelly. Perhaps the smell from the bathtub drain. Nonetheless we enjoyed the Onsen on floor. Hotel did provide all amenities which very convenient and friendly use. We will come back again and will recommend to other 👍

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!

We really enjoy during our stay , everyone was nice especially mr kinukawa he assist us in one of our set back and he perfectly put us back on track he is really the best , we will definitely come back and love to stay in premier hotel tsubaki ☺️☺️ , is an ideall, and accommodation is perfect, especially the sauna 🧖♀️ , thanks you so much for making our trips memorable and enjoyable and make my girl really happy to stay in your hotels ☺️☺️☺️

We stayed at Nozo Hotel recently and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-designed. The onsen (hot spring) area is beautiful, surrounded by a serene environment, and the facilities are complete and modern. The staff Yuna and Deegli were all very polite and helpful, especially Yuna , Yuna went above and beyond to assist us. After we rented a car, we had trouble connecting it to Google Maps and our iPhones. Yuna worked really hard to find the solution for us and finally helped us successfully pair our iPhones with the car. Her patience and dedication were truly commendable . Because of this excellent experience, we will definitely choose Nozo Hotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and outstanding service!

This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like leaving extra time for travel.
