AAnonymous UserService: The receptionists were incredibly patient and attentive, providing excellent service. They showed me bus routes, helped me book a taxi, and offered the hotel's bicycle rental service – perfect! I also apologize for the inconvenience I caused the hotel due to my own negligence; it was a lifesaver! I haven't used cash in China for over ten years, I'll be more mindful in the future.
Environment: The pictures show the nearby Tsukuba Library and HAL events.
Environment: There's a coffee shop on the first floor connecting area. I strongly advise all tourists to avoid it. A tiny cup of coffee, about 100ml, costs nearly 700 yen – seven times the price of a vending machine! The service is also terrible. No wonder no Japanese people drink there; the surrounding area is mostly used for studying. The food area was empty for several days. I felt ripped off (this has nothing to do with the hotel, just a warning to avoid this coffee shop).

MMeixiangI stayed with my child during the summer vacation. Check-in at the front desk was also smooth. The private open-air bath was a great reward. There is also a 2-hour frame. I entered and exchanged with my daughter, and I lay in a chair and the wind came in comfortably and fell asleep. The futon was also fluffy. It was a pity that the dressing area was small and hot in the large communal bath.

For the past weeks of travel this is the only hotel we came across serving western bf only. .overall we are satisfied! Hotel supplies L'OCCITANE toiletries

GGuest UserGorgeous views and fantastic food! A great spot! Also very close to the waterfalls and an easy hike up. Great for relaxing and enjoying seasonal foods! Was a lovely break from my typically packed itineraries. Everyone was super friendly and they had multilingual staff.

It's an old, typical business hotel, but the staff are very friendly and I always have a comfortable stay.
The breakfast menu is the same every time, but it's delicious, so I think it's very reasonable for a room rate that includes breakfast.

YYymzI stayed with family and friends, and the environment was quite nice, with a bright and cheerful lobby. The seaside location ensures fresh air, and you can watch the sunrise with your family (watching the sun slowly rise from the sea 🌞). It's also convenient for getting around, with the nearest bus stop only a two or three-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI wanted you to clean it properly because my hair was attached to the bathtub and shower head.
It was a plan with breakfast, but I think it is cheap and very conscientious. It is inconvenient if check-in is slow due to the lack of parking on the premises.
