GGuest UserThe reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.

GGuest UserThe service was very good. When driving to the hotel, my daughter just vomited at the hotel entrance. The service guy brought various small gifts to cheer the child up. He was very enthusiastic. The scenery is also good

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning.
I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed.
Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

22025DCVery nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European

LLEICheap and good, a hotel on the hillside, to be honest has nothing to do with the five-star Radisson. But there is a big supermarket around, there is a very good steakhouse, very convenient.
