SSupertutuThe service was excellent. Even though it's in a new district, getting around by taxi wasn't too bad; it took about 20 minutes to reach Ankara Castle and Anitkabir. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for three consecutive nights. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering to carry luggage and proactively asking if I needed anything, and even brought some small treats. The facilities were very well-equipped, and the price was even a bit cheaper than what you'd find domestically, making it excellent value for money. If I ever come back to Ankara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose JW Marriott again.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning.
I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, and the service is decent, pretty standard. As for cleanliness, the room cleaning was alright, but we had a bit of an issue with the towels. The dirty towels were changed upon our request, but this really should have been noticed beforehand. I used the replacement towels with some hesitation. Everything else was good, though. Thanks.

First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists.
Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions.
Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

22025DCVery nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European

GGuest UserI stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Perfect location, right next to Armada Shopping Mall with plenty of dining options, and next to the metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel offers great value for money when it comes to the rooms. However, the prices within the hotel itself are very high. I definitely wouldn't pay €35 for breakfast. The restaurant and bar were also very expensive, so I didn't use them. Otherwise, everything was fine.

GGuest UserIt's a really nice hotel, I believe a 4 or 5 Star from what it looked like. We had a high level room with a nice view. The staff was very nice all around and we had a good time staying there.
