Very nice hotel, seems quite new. Friendly staff, many choices of yukata’s for women and girls. Also provide nightwear for men and boys. Very nice and spacious room. We had 2 double beds and 2 tatami. And sofa to relax on. Rooftop pool and onsen with view.  Nice location Just necessary amenities, bring your own to the onsen. Parking was described a bit difficult, searched for a while before understanding where to park. Despite instruction from staff.

今回の宿泊では、まずサービスの良さに感動しました。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、丁寧かつ温かい対応をしてくださり、安心して滞在できました。 ホテルの立地は駅からやや離れていますが、その分周囲がとても静かで、仕事や静かな時間を過ごしたい方にはぴったりです。 お部屋は広々としていて、ベッドもとても快適でよく眠れました。ただし、少し気になった点もあります。まず、上の階からの足音が響いてきて、防音があまり良くないと感じました。また、バスルームからなぜか古い排水のような臭いがしていたのが残念でした。 とはいえ、全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが高く、十分におすすめできるホテルです。静かな環境で快適に過ごしたい方には特におすすめです。

Excellent facility with a nice hot spring bath. The bunk beds were well designed and was able to accommodate up to six people with ease.

a bit of walk from the train station as you can find places that are nearer if you are carrying more suitcases. i dont mind the walk as you pass by a lot of nice restaurants. can walk along the commercial street under shade even though hot summer day it is still quite sweaty. there seems to be a nice restaurant on the second floor but didnt get a chance to try. right near art museum and auditorium. quite city center.

預訂了這家酒店後一直很忐忑，但是事實證明，選擇非常正確！ 酒店是一棟日式庭院建築，一共6間房，從別府JR打車大概15分鐘。進入庭院開始，就受到非常熱情的接待。因為預訂的二樓，工作人員會在你辦理入住的時候，幫你把箱子全部搬到房間。 一泊二食一定要試試，太划算了！因為酒店提供的晚餐和早餐真的是超級好吃！ 晚餐特別的豐富，根本吃不完，而且晚餐的黑毛和牛還有特供證書，很有意思🤔 下午三點到達酒店，入住後就去泡湯了，一共三個私湯，兩個室外一個室內。 個人更喜歡室外的兩個，設計和佈局基本一致，選擇哪個都一樣，而且可以自己調節水温，可以多泡一會。女性客人可以在前台選擇自己喜歡的浴衣，花色都很漂亮，適合拍照。 酒店的服務是我這次入住的所有酒店最好的。晚上提供晚餐和鋪床服務的是一位聽力殘障員工，但卻讓我和家人感受到此行最滿意的服務，得知我第二天就要趕火車，主動提醒現在別府出租車較為緊張，並幫我提前預訂了出租車。 非常推薦來這家試試私湯，美食和服務。

Best hotel we enjoyed this entire trip. - room: spacious. Even has a small dining table for us to chill - breakfast: amazing. Best buffet breakfast, with lots of emphasis on local ingredients - scenery: lovely sea view - location: 20 min from Beppu city center by car. They also provide shuttle bus to the train station

It's beautifull view from your room and private onsen in the room is so good! Breakfast is delicious. The staffs is very warmth welcome and have hospitality.

깔끔한 내부와 편안한 욕탕덕에 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 노천탕이 특히나 좋았고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 청결도의 경우 세면대 쪽의 이물질이 청소가 덜 되어 있었습니다. 그걸 제외하곤 정말 깔끔한 숙소였습니다.

It’s perfect for watching sunrise as our room was facing direct east. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we couldn’t watch that. Location wise is perfect if looking for a getaway in tranquility, otherwise got to drive out for dining or convenience stores. Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. They also serve afternoon snack around 3pm. A very nice gesture especially for guests waiting for check in.

I had stayed in this hotel a couple times. This is the first time I did not stay at the main building. There are pros and cons with this arrangement. Lesser people in a separate building but less convenience as need to walk across the road to get to the main building where the onsen and foods and items to purchases located. As far as the staff service, they are very good. For the foods, I recalled I had other dining options which I forgot to choose this time. Not too fond with the buffets foods - too standard and nothing specials.
