Hotel Dengan Bar di Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前只有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。

Beautiful old hotel. The dinner was fabulous- so elegant and wonderfully delicious. The grounds are picturesque Best thing is the location. It is up a steep hill so walking up and down is a challenge for older knees. That being said once down the hill, it is a short walk to the famous Shinkyo Bridge and across the street from the bridge is the Toshogu Shrine complex.

一人旅にて連泊しました 三連休の真っ只中でしたが意外と泊まってる人が少ない印象でした。サービス的な部分では接客は結構良いとは思います。 お部屋部分では1人でしたのでシングルにしましたが快適に過ごせましたが、壁の外装部分が少し剥がれ気味なのは気になります（至る所に天井など）。8階でしたので眺めは良かったです。 朝食などは、屋上10階フロアでビュッフェ式でした。ごく普通程度の食事でした。 温泉はとても質がいいと思います。

The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

リーズナブルな価格設定で、オープンから間もないこともあり、館内部屋共に大変綺麗でした。 朝食も無料とは思えないクオリティでした。 また、是非訪問したいと思います。 ひとつだけ改善した方が良いと思ったことは、雨により駐車場の一部が浸水していました… 補修は大規模の工事になるため難しいかとは思いましたが、掲示をする等の工夫はあって良いと思います。

日帰りのつもりが疲れたので急遽宿泊。なんとなくとったホテルでしたが素晴らしいホテルでした。古びてるのはそれはそうなんですけど、それもまた趣があり、お風呂もウェルカムドリンクの生ビールもごはんも素晴らしかったんで絶対また来ようと誓いました。思いがけず部屋から花火も見ることができました。とっても朗らかで優しい対応をしてくれたスタッフのメガネのおじさんが心に残りました。お世話になりました。また行きますね！！

部屋は特に問題無いが洗面がちょっと古いのでカビ臭いとか洗面のコンセントにホコリが溜まっていたりがあった。 我慢できる範囲ではあるが、綺麗だったらもっと気分がよかったと思う。

部屋が綺麗と広かった。　温泉も気持ちよかった。すごく良い泊まりでした。

Everything was comfortable , maybe minor addition of a mirror instead of just one in the toilet. Also lighting could be brighter for certain areas as it gets quite dim in the evening . Dinner was perfect and they remembered my husband was a lefty and he wanted wasabi salt for his steak. That was a pleasant surprise, impeccable service and for the price we paid I think it’s a good value for Japan hotel standards

Amazing experience out in the woods. Perfect for families and couples as you can go into onsen together. Women typically wear a towel in the mixed onsen, while men use a small towel for modesty while walking between baths. Lunch is available in the main hall. Stunning breakfast and dinner in dining room. Waterfall right next to the outdoor baths, great view.
