"第一次到出雲非常開心能入住到百夫長飯店，設備很新、房間很寬敞舒適且非常乾淨，飯店位置很方便，從出雲車站出來直走約3-5分鐘就能到，周遭還有很多好吃的餐廳，旁邊就有一家非常好吃的三層蕎麥麵老店😊 最重要也是最滿意的兩個重點，就是飯店人員都好親切並且貼心，這次我不小心在旅程最後一天，在出雲大社附近的伴手禮商店遺漏了我的行動電源，回到飯店已經很晚，隔天一早又要趕飛機，根本沒時間回去找，還好我妹妹請飯店人員幫忙隔日電話聯絡伴手禮商店店員詢問，才找到並請幫忙寄送到東京友人家，真的好感謝櫃檯服務人員🙏🙏🙏ありがとうございます❤️ 另外，飯店的溫泉♨️真的太舒服了，能消除一整天遊走的酸痛疲勞，還有飯店準備的洗髮沐浴用品和保濕化妝水乳液都非常高級，使用後頭髮很滑順、皮膚非常滑嫩喔！ 很開心，選對了飯店，我和妹妹都覺得非常值得，性價比超高，是非常愉快的身心體驗和回憶！下次到出雲，一定會再次拜訪入住！"

"Old and famous ryokan in town, with old and very nice Japanese garden with its own history. This hotel provide a very large outdoor public hot bath pond which both men and women could use together. Nearby the hotel is a drainage canal with cherry blossom trees along both sides made a wonderful view."

"Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu was our 5th hotel in this journey, and honestly, it set the bar pretty high. The location was hard to beat — right opposite Matsue Station, and it could be easily reached through an underpass, which was especially helpful when travelling with big luggage or during bad weather. One big surprise for us was the check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 11.30am, fully expecting to leave our luggage and return later, but we were told that our room was already ready and we could occupy it immediately instead of waiting until the usual 3pm check-in time. It also seemed that they upgraded our booking to a Standard Double Room, which made the experience even better. Two thumbs up for this hotel. Even though we had booked a Standard Single Room, the space genuinely surprised us. The room came with a queen bed and was more than comfortable for two of us. We were able to fully open our large suitcases without feeling cramped — something that is not always guaranteed in Japanese hotels. The room layout was practical and well thought out, with a proper TV console and work desk with a chair, a single sofa with a small table, an air purifier, and a fridge. The TV model was a bit outdated, though it did not affect our stay. The bathroom was also spacious, with a proper bathtub that allowed us to stretch our legs comfortably after long days out. The bed was very comfy, and they provided two pillows for each of us, which made our sleep even better. Amenities and bottled water were provided at the lobby area, which we found convenient. We paid around SGD159 (JPY19,000) for two nights, and it was excellent value. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in this journey, and we would gladly stay here again."

"If you enjoy a Japanese style room, this is a good choice for you. We didn't get the Lakeview view room as we checked in late but did try their public bath (for man only) We try to buy breakfast on site but it's fully booked so better by the breakfast together when you do the booking. The location is very close to the castle city."

"Expansive hotel. Breakfast is nice but crowded.  Nice ice cream sticks and drinks. Hot Spring is great and clean."

"Booked a room for two with two beds. Room was a bit small for two adults. Microwave, Vending machines and a lounge like space on the second floor. A minute walk away from Izumoshi Station and its bus loop that takes you to Izumo Taisha. Recommend for people visiting the city to go visit the grand shrine."

"Very good value. Double room is spacious for two people. Bathroom is also spacious. Room, lobby, and public bath are clean. Very close to the Matsue station (less than ten minutes walking). Convenient and would return again. It wasn't super cheap when we booked, but it's definitely a case of getting what you pay for."
