Hotel Dengan Bar di Guanajuato, Mexico

La atencion al llegar muy buena, aunque se tardaron para poder hacer el check in, ya pasaban de las 3 y ya tenian a varios huespedes esperando poder entrar a la habitacion, dijeron que aun no les actualizaban el estatus de las habitaciones. En la habitacion casi todo bien, excepto la cantidad de agua en la regadera y en la llave del lavabo, salia poca. Al momento del check out, la chica que me atendio fue muy rapido aunque su actitud no fue la mejor cuando le pregunte por la factura, como si estuviera ocupada o malhumorada. En general es un buen hotel, muy bien ubicado

瓜納華托，實在是太美了。這家酒店也非常好。服務態度特別好。錢包丟在酒店裡麪，第二天才發現。聯繫了酒店，我就回去找。本來不指望能找回來，居然，物歸原主。酒店非常靠譜，早餐也非常好。

El servicio excelente como siempre, el hotel limpio y camas muy cómodas, la comida exquisita. Una experiencia inolvidable con la familia, tiempo irrepetible que recordaremos por el resto de nuestra vida. La verdad, un hotel súper recomendable

ロケーション、接客、お部屋どれも素晴らしいです！ スタッフの皆さんが親切で、 いつも笑顔で接してくれました。 掃除も綺麗にされており、 アメニティも毎回補充してくれました。 テラスからはカラフルな家を眺めることができ、 私たちはよくテラスで寛いでました。 グアナファトに来たらまたここに泊まりたいです。

The hotel that sits atop a large hill in San Miguel has wonderful views and an extremely large terrace for each room. The views are magnificent. That is about all I can say is wonderful for this place. I have stayed in some gorgeous hotels in large cities and tourist destinations. I know boutique hotels are not the normal hotel experience, since I have stayed in them as well, but what most boutique hotels do very well is service. Ilo rojo doesn't know much of anything about service. Here are some of the things that shocked us. There was no iron or ironing board in our rooms. There was no way to get any ice (more on that later). The terraces where with beautiful views were just that. They had one cheap patio table, with a umbrella stand (more on that later) and a metal bar for a fabric canopy, which was missing. So if you want to enjoy the terrace/veranda during the day, good luck. The heat will run you off quickly. Now to the service. After a wonderful time in the city, we wanted to get some beverages we bought at a market to enjoy in our rooms on the terrace/veranda at night but couldn't find any ice or cups in the room. So I called for some sort of cups and was told they would see what they could do. About 20 minutes later I was rewarded with 2 plastic cheap cups. Ok, no big deal. I needed at least 4. So I went down 4 levels (by stairs) to the bar and asked for 2 more cups and a cup of ice. I was told there was no ice at the bar so they would have to get some and bring it up. Never heard back from them again. It was later, so I decided to just forget about it. Next morning we went to breakfast at the hotel restaurant, again on outdoor terrace at the bottom of the hotel. It took over 15 minutes for someone to come over. After ordering coffee and breakfast, we watched the waitress/bartender roam around and deliver some items to each of the various tables but not complete orders. It took over 30 minutes to get coffee and we actually received our food before the coffee for the 4 of us that we ordered before food. In fact, 1 person received their order, then 10 minutes later then another person and lastly, I received my order about 15 minutes after everyone else in my group. What kind of restaurant delivers orders 1 at a time when each item is ready. Next, the pool which is smaller than most people's bathrooms (in the US), has to be reserved by the hour. It was sad. However, we had a kid in our group and we thought it would be great to have him swim a little. We also thought since we had some beverages from the night before, we could hang out by the miniature pool for a bit and indulge in a few drinks. Again, we asked for some ice from the concierge. The concierge went to the bartender and bartender told the concierge something and they both walked past me to the other members of our party to tell them beverages were not allowed at the pool. Could have told me that while I was standing there asking the for the ice. This was little irritating

I've stayed at this holiday Inn many times in the past but this time was different, the experience was disgusting. I woke up one morning with the aroma of sewer in my room which was unbearable, I couldn't even stay in the room. The supervisor told me that my room would be 'cleaned' which they should've moved me to a different room. I tipped the the guy that 'cleaned' my room and tried to relax but then found a roach in my room. I alerted the supervisor once again about the issue and he did move me to a different room this time. I was disgusted and asked them if they washed clothing which they have a laundry mat free of charge. I spent my day waiting for my room to be 'cleaned', moved and then had to wash all my clothing to make sure I didn't carry the infestation with me. The best the Supervisor could do was give me a measly $200 peso discount for my 5 day stay at this hotel. I will be filing a claim with the city because I am sure that they have a roach infestation and they're covering it up which is a huge health hazard. Never again will I stay at this hotel with poorly trained staff.

Also, if you are arriving by car, parking is paid (for 3 nights, we ended up paying 420 pesos). The biggest thing if arriving by car is that you will need to carry your luggage down a LOT of stairs (and then back up at check-out). I was kind of surprised the hotel didn't seem to have anyone that can help, as some people would really really struggle with it. Some reviewers mentioned ”having to walk up the hill to the parking lot” but my husband and I imagined we would drop our luggage off and then walk just ourselves, we had no idea we would be carrying all our luggage through a crowded tourist area, down 3 crowded flights of stairs, through a hotel and up and down several other flights of stairs (some are smaller than a normal flight, and some are normal sized flights). Anyway, the beds are very good and the funicular is really fun but this place is best for someone who packs light and isn't staying for long, because of the cold water.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Indigo. The hotel seems relatively new or kept in good condition. Service was always welcoming and attentive, from the hotel staff to the waiters at both restaurants. We didn't have issues with noise or parties either, as it's relatively away from the crowds. I'm looking forward to returning here again!

과나후아토에 비싸고 좋은데도 있겠지만, 가성비도 있고 뷰고 괜찮은 곳입니다. 저는 가장 저렴한 곳을 이용했습니다, 혼자 오는 배낭여행족들은 이용할만 합니다. 다만 조금 언덕 길을 올라와아 합니다. 대신 식당에서 마을 뷰가 생깁니다.

Hola el hotel tiene buena ubicación y es por afuera muy bonito y el servicio de comida está rico también lo que no nos gustó es que las toallas de ven muy viejas y el baño que nos tocó estaba sucio estaba descompuesto el WC

位置非常方便 樓下就是大街 隔壁就是景點，聯合花園廣場（Jardin de la Union） 房間不錯 寬敞 只是晚上會有點嘈吵 出了房間有個大陽台 可以打打卡

We checked in, stored our bags, and went off on a city walking tour. Don Lucas is located right at the beginning of the pedestrian area. When we got back we were given Room #7 which had a very bad odor in the bathroom. After an attempt to rid the odor from the room they moved us to a better room. Front desk help is excellent. The room was spacious, odor free, and very quiet. The bed was one of the best during our two weeks in MX. The shower was very good. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty - real eggs, nice pastries, good fruit. Coffee refills at your table. Throughout our stay we were continually pleased with how helpful the front desk person was.

設施：酒店時間比較長了，但是維護的比較好，現在入住依然不錯👍 衞生：衞生環境良好 環境：在機場附近，便於出行 服務：24小時服務，非常熱情，早餐豐富

酒店在廣場旁邊，周圍餐廳很多也很熱鬧，房間挺大的，隨便住住挺好的，就是他有個地漏，應該入住客人進來之前打開的，我洗個澡就水漫金山了，還做了半天清潔，累死我

Mi reserva inicial fué Marriot Poliforum para 4 personas, me confirmaron 3 veces que incluía desayuno. Llamo posteriormente para agregar una menor y me comentan que no incluía desayuno , me mintieron, por ello pedí cambio al Cyty Express y me indicaron debía agregar otra habitación. Así lo hice. Por fortuna no se quedó solo una persona en la habitación sencilla, se quedaron mis dos hijas. Aproximadamente 05:50 AM accesaron a su habitación, saliendo inmediatamente. Reportamos y me indicaron que verificarían y subirían a explicarme, no lo hicieron, por ello dejé queja por escrito, misma que envié por mail a gerencia y a Marriot Global el día 12. Gerencia me contestó el día 20 pidiendo mi teléfono para comunicarse, lo envié el día 21. Marriot Global quedó darme respuesta en 5 días. Yo hasta hoy he tenido demasiada consideración esperando respuesta, incluso cuando reporté en el hotel, sin que se percataran los huéspedes, sin escándalos, reprimiendo mi impotencia. Dónde queda su excesiva seguridad? Para qué accesaron? Pensarían que solo estaba una persona? Para mí es un incidente demasiado grave que me tiene mal y nadie se lo ha tomado en serio. Deseo nadie pase nuevamente algo así en ningún hotel.

I don’t know what to say…absolutely no complaints at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained, and the restaurant was delicious! The only problem we had was getting the hot water to work and it was 100% user error! Haha! Still, they came to the room quickly and showed us how to adjust the water. I was a bit embarrassed, but they were friendly about it. We laughed together! I’ll be back here in a couple months!

Un hotel bueno para estar tranquilo la atención por parte del restaurante fue excelente la lñersona que nos atendió fue muy amable las habitaciones son buenas la alberca esta muy bien excelente hotel volveré lo único que estaría mejor ajustar su precio se l hace un poco elevado

I wanted to like this place more than I did. It has old-world charm, with the dark wood, the talavera tile and the boveda ceilings. It’s very reasonably priced, too, but you get what you pay for in a lot of ways here. Not a lot of room amenities— no mini fridge or microwave which, to be fair, is relatively rare in Mexico. But the stocked soaps and things were so cheap— like Dollar-Store cheap— they hardly lathered up. I couldn’t quite get a handle on the hours of the little convenience shop either which seemed never to be open, so no buying our own. I might have been able to overlook that stuff if the ladies at the front desk weren’t so rude. At one point during our stay, I thought I lost my key. When I went to ask for another, the two clerks literally rolled their eyes at one another before proceeding to take an inordinate amount of time contacting whomever they needed to contact to come program another key. They hardly addressed me and let me know pretty late in the process that I would have to pay for the replacement… in cash. I couldn’t just add the charge to the card on file for the room. So analog. Likewise, later when it was time to leave, one of those same clerks simply glared at me when I approached to let her know we were checking out. It wasn’t until my husband showed up behind me that she actually addressed me, saying everything was all set. She even smiled. I couldn’t help laughing at the absurdity of the abrupt change in her demeanor. I’m not sure if I did something to offend her or if she’s just a hateful person, but she’s definitely one reason we will be staying elsewhere the next time we’re in town.

테라스에서 보는 뷰가 최고입니다. 호텔 정원도 너무 이쁘구요, 주방시설도 잘 갖춰져있어서 원하시면 활용이 가능하네요. 서비스도 친절해서 편안히 묶었습니다.

Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .
