Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Abruzzo, Italy

Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La struttura mostra evidenti segni del tempo, con ascensore, arredi e stile generale che rimandano agli anni '80-'90, trasmettendo una sensazione di vecchio poco curata. La colazione, a 10€ a persona, non è risultata adeguata al prezzo richiesto. L'offerta era limitata nella scelta e presentata in modo poco invitante, con prodotti di qualità inferiore rispetto ad altre catene alberghiere dove ho pagato anche meno (7€). La presenza di creme spalmabili sottomarca invece di marchi più noti è solo un esempio della scarsa attenzione alla qualità. Infine, un disservizio inaccettabile: nonostante gli ospiti fossero due, sono stati forniti asciugamani per una sola persona, segno di poca attenzione ai dettagli basilari dell'accoglienza. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente e consiglierei una seria revisione sia delle strutture che dei servizi offerti.

Excellent service in all respects: staff were friendly, friendly and always ready to meet all our needs. We felt comfortable immediately thanks to their professionality and gentleness. Attention to details and customer care have made our experience really pleasant and without any negative notes. We have been really good and we can only advise anyone who wants genuine quality and hospitality.

The second time in this structure and the second time we were fully satisfied, the warm welcome, the abundant and timely breakfast, the room different from the previous, but also the brighter and warmer, Parking and location close a picture to say not perfect. Hotel environment facilities are very good, the staff is also very good, there are supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. The hotel does not have an elevator, the handsome staff helped to change to the room on the first floor, thank you very much, there is free parking space, it is a good choice for a short stay by car.

Buon hotel, pulizia impeccabile, ottima colazione...un po' tardino il check in ( ore 14, poi anticipato alle 13)...rapporto qualità/prezzo buono...camera con vista mare deliziosa

Very good location, hotel near the beach. Shadow and bedroom included in the room cost. The staff of the reception is friendly and available. Inappropriate room and bathroom (the box was not closed, the refrigerator could not attach to the current because there was no suitable take, very small bathroom without bidet, the shower was not in position)

Un hotel foarte curat. Perfect situat. Personal foarte receptiv. Si 100 de puncte pentru micul dejun variat si foarte calitativ. Raport preț calitate excelent.

This location was perfect for our 1 day stay for the reason we were there for. It was just a shame we had to leave so early in morning before we got a chance to check out their breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
