Hotel is located over the lake, next to a really pretty walking path. Building is modern and clean, with free outdoor parking. Terrain is not large though- the outdoor space is pretty much only a wooden deck and a tiny beach. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool has a view lake. I enjoyed breakfast full of local high quality products. Reasonable price for the quality. I fully recommend this hotel.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of Olsztyn's historic district allowed me to explore the charming surroundings with ease. The comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and the chance to indulge in the local cuisine made my experience memorable. I appreciate the quality and hospitality that Best Western is known for, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. I was out of the hotel most of the day anyways seeing family and friends in the area, but my time spent there was nice. The rooms are a little dated but not necessarily in a bad way. They're spacious with quite a bit of storage in the room. Compared to the bedroom, the bathroom in my room was very modern with a great shower and some included cosmetics which were full size. The Wi-Fi was good. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk asking for a taxi she was polite and made small talk. Some small things, like plug sockets near the bed and close to the city centre was nice. Overall, a great stay for a great price.

Spodziewałam się wiele dobrego po hotelu 4*...niestety byliśmy jedynie zadowoleni z hotelowej restauracji (jedzenie, drinki, obsługa rewelacyjne) Pokój duży, lecz bardzo ciemny. Wykładzina poplamiona (minus również dla projektanta za wybranie wykładziny w wąskie paski, które sprawiają, że człowiekowi kręci się w głowie). Poduszki to był dramat...całe wypełnienie zbrylowane. Nie dało się na nich spać. Przypominam, że to jest hotel 4*, gdzie noc kosztuje niemałe pieniądze, więc klient oczekuje określonego standardu. Łazienka czysta, ładna i duża, lecz chyba był problem z wentylacją, ponieważ po dosłownie 5 minutowym prysznicu, cała była zaparowana, łącznie z podłogą, na której strach było stanąć, z obawy przed poślizgnięciem. Sitko w kranie źle zamontowane. Po odkręceniu wody cała umywalka zachlapana plus człowiek także. Śniadanie hotelowe ok., chociaż nie doczekaliśmy się obiecanej kanapki na drogę, którą sieć hoteli oferuje. Czekaliśmy 30 minut, nikt w tym czasie nie uzupełnił braku mimo zgłoszenia. Dłużej czekać nie mogliśmy. Na plus, hotel przyjmuje gości ze zwierzętami. Minus pobierając za nie opłatę, nie oferuje nic w zamian. Przykładowo, inne hotele o tym samym standardzie mają przygotowane miski dla psów, ręczniki dla zwierząt w razie niepogody czy choćby zawieszkę na drzwi z informacją, że w środku znajduje się zwierzak. Nie wiem jak na innych piętrach, ale korytarz na 4 piętrze zdecydowanie nadaje się do remontu. Brudne ściany, wykładzina, a w niektórych miejscach jej ubytki. Hotel oferuje miejsca parkingowe, jednak przy większym obłożeniu jest problem z ich dostępnością. Nie stanowi to według mnie problemu, ponieważ można zaparkować na miejscach ogólnodostępnych na całej Starówce. Nie korzystaliśmy ze strefy SPA. Podsumowując, gdyby nie to, że hotel ma 4*, nie przyczepiłabym się do niczego. Jednak wybierając hotel o wysokim standardzie, w dość wysokiej cenie oczekuje się jednak usługi na odpowiednim poziomie.

I was racing at the EU Age Group Triathlon Champs in Olsztyn at the end of May and stayed in Hampton with my husband and my parents. We had two corner rooms that were spacious with a large terrace. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the terrace as it was too cold (rainy and windy) but the views were lovely, overlooking the city. The rooms were modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the fridge, the kettle, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom :) The staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was included in our stay. There was a great buffet selection and a decent breakfast coffee! Twice we opted for a buffet dinner (that I believe was a special setup for the triathletes) and we had an a la carte menu on one other occasion. The a la carte menu was much more worth it than the buffet (mostly because of the price) but it was a nice touch from the hotel to organise something like that for the athletes. I went to the gym the day after the race, which is located on the top floor (I enjoyed the views and the vibe). It was well equipped for simple weight training, and cardio and there was also room for a body-weight workout. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which for us meant 10 min drive to the race location (Plaża Miejska). I'd say that the location is absolutely perfect for city center visits (there is also a large shopping center and a sports center within walking distance) but perhaps not ideal if you are going to the lake(s). For us, it worked out fine as we were able to drive, but I can imagine it could have been a challenge if we didn't have a car.

I stayed in this hotel also due to its location in Ruciane-Nida which makes Mazurski Raj an ideal point for starting the cycling adventure with Mazurska Pętla Rowerowa. At the top of that the unique location of the hotel on the shore of Lake Bełdany, surrounded by the Piska Forest, provides many opportunities for active recreation in the bosom of nature. Nowy Port, a wide range of water equipment and a beautiful sandy beach allow to enjoy the most beautiful things in Masuria. The proximity of the Piska Forest allows for forest walks and bicycle trips, which is an excellent opportunity to get to know the beautiful Masurian landscapes and rare species of wild animals. Guests of the Mazurski Raj Hotel also have the opportunity to use the rich infrastructure. The facility includes, among others: bowling lanes, billiards, table tennis, tennis courts, sports hall with gym, playing fields, tourist bikes and Nordic walking poles. For those looking for a bit of relaxation, they offer a sauna, an outdoor hot tub and massage rooms. Mazurski Raj is an ideal hotel for families with children too. They are able to provide guests with a great stay, while the children have unforgettable fun. The Junior Club located in the hotel, richly equipped with toys and games and an outdoor play area, will make every child lose themselves in wonderful fun. Moreover, almost all of their special offers include animations for children, which guarantee creative activities and professional care. The perfect location will help isolate from the hustle and bustle of the city and run business. Conference participants are able to concentrate on what is being discussed at the meeting, and after a day of talks, negotiations or training, relax in their facility and regenerate. Professional infrastructure, discreet and professional service, catering and accommodation facilities… All this creates a unique meeting space and opportunities! …and after a tasty meal you can relax in comfortable rooms with air conditioning, TV, coffee, tea or go to a large, beautiful terrace outside and there in peace enjoy the view of the lake. There is peace and quiet here, life goes much slower than in a big city. Away from the hustle and bustle and everyday problems.

Very nice place to stay! Sauna is great , restaurant is perfect!

Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch am schönen Czos-See und besitzt direkten Seezugang. Ideal für Gäste die gern einen Spaziergang, auf dem gut ausgebauten Uferweg unternehmen möchten. Zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 2,5 km und zum nächsten großen Supermarkt etwa 1,5 km. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und einfach ausgestattet. An der Sauberkeit gab es keine Beanstandungen. Hervorheben möchte ich hier das Essen, was stets reichhaltig und schmackhaft war. Leider gab es auch weniger schöne Eindrücke und Erfahrungen. Im Restaurant und dessen Servicepersonal gab es eine Mitarbeiterin die uns sehr unfreundlich, ja teils unhöflich negativ aufgefallen ist. Betreffende Dame sprach sehr gut und akzentfreies Deutsch und gehört, laut meinen Recherchen, zum direkten Umfeld des Hotelmanagements. Das Fehlen der typischen Höflichkeitsfloskeln wie „Bitte“ oder „Danke“, als auch eine Begrüßung zog sich durch die gesamte Woche. Ein weiteres Beispiel möchte ich hier gern noch anbringen. Beim Abendbrot stand ein älterer Herr vor mir, der durch körperliche Einschränkungen sichtlich Probleme hatte, die sehr tief liegenden Löffel, zu erreichen. Ich half ihm und hob die Besteckschale etwas hoch, um ihm die Entnahme zu erleichtern. Daraufhin wurde ich unvermittelt und mit barschem Ton angefahren. Wir möchten nochmals ausdrücklich darauf verweisen, dass alle anderen Mitarbeiter des Servicepersonals von dieser Kritik ausgenommen sind. Da gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Natürlich haben nicht nur wir diese negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Als Konsequenz verließ ein Großteil unserer Gruppe am Abend das „Mazuria“ und ließ den Abend lieber im benachbarten Hotel, auf der schönen Terrasse, ausklingen. Aus o.g. Gründen kann ich für das „Mazuria“ keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen. Tolle Lage reicht eben nicht immer…
