Our stay was truly exceptional, and it was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We were incredibly touched by the effort Jaybie, Kim, and Kelvin put into making our special day so memorable. The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service. However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

I was given a room with a fantastic view, which was great. The service was also very good. It's perfect for business trips, and there are many attractions nearby. I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. It's good, and the city is beautiful.

I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh.

The hotel is relatively new and standard. It is close to the airport. There is not much business during the week. You need to call a taxi in advance. It will take a long time to get here. In short, it is worth staying here for a short business trip.

One of my best stays in Riyadh. Beautiful, spacious property, with a big gym, sauna/steam/cold bath, and multiple pools. My room was also spacious, overlooking a garden. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Wifi across the whole property, but sometimes it was a little slow in my room.
