Hotel Dengan Pools di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

After some positive experience from their Tokyo branches, I decided to try Grand Prince Osaka Bay during my stay in Osaka. There is a shuttle bus from Kansai International Airport directly to the hotel, there are buses from the hotel to Osaka station and it's within walking distance to ATC, Cosmosquare and Nakafuto (the closest) metro stations. The hotel is perfect if you plan to catch a ferry or if you want to be away from the busy areas of Osaka. The environment is spacious, with a few restaurants, cafes, and a shop to plan weddings. The hotel overall is clean and the staff are attentive. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel at a great rate in a lovely location. There were addition charges such as river view room breakfast and leisure facilities. Bar facilities a little disappointing, not opening til 5pm Draft beer choices limited and bar staff a little stuffy.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. Satu-satunya perkara yang menarik ialah masa daftar keluar lebih awal daripada jam 10, dan selepas daftar keluar, kami tidak dapat membantu menyimpan bagasi anda.

The Korean male staff member at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and highly competent in handling his duties, which left a very positive impression. However, the requests made during the reservation process were not fully reflected upon arrival, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide more detailed information about the rooms prior to booking, particularly regarding whether the rooms are renovated or not. Overall, while the on-site service was professional and commendable, improvements in the reservation process and pre-booking communication would further enhance the guest experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, making it an average choice overall. The room was comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep, and the view from the window was quite pleasant. However, the location isn’t the most convenient, as it requires about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest metro station. The service also needs attention; the check-in process was surprisingly slow, leaving us waiting in the lobby for quite a while. Finally, the morning breakfast was rather mediocre and lacked variety. It’s an acceptable place to stay, but definitely has room for improvement

The hotel is excellent. The room is clean and toilet and bathroom accessories are changed daily. Breakfast is suitable for everyone: continental and Japanese cuisine. The location of the hotel is very convenient for public transport and for shopping. The laundry and SPA area are excellent. Cleaning the room once every two days. Very quiet.

Very good bargain for this famous Jap branding hotel. Room was big enough for two luggages and movement, just personally think the lights were little bit dim making the room not bright enough. It’s a traditional hotel so looks a bit old style but I am ok with it. Super convenient location, and ¥1200 for 24 hours parking was one of the biggest reason I chose this hotel.

It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum,art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door. There is a train station just under the hotel but it is a remote line and hardly linked to the main lines. Good thing is that there are free shuttle buses every 10-15 mins to Osaka JR station for about 15 mins ride.

That was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that. Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time. And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka. Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine! P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

Loved our stay at City Plaza Osaka! We used Osaka as a base for our trip, going on multiple short day-trips followed by a longer stay in Tokyo, with one final night in Osaka before heading home. First room was clean and cozy, second room was HUGE and perfect for repacking our checked bag. Both rooms were comfortable and clean with excellent water pressure in the shower. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, so didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but highly recommend Osaka Engine (has gluten free ramen options!) for a delicious meal! The FamilyMart downstairs was very convenient, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen was the cherry on top. The hotel location was great, easy walking distance to various metro stations and sights like Osaka Castle. 10/10 would stay again!
