About 10minutes walk from Juso station (Hankyu Line) Exit West gate, there are a lot of restaurants nearby Juso station. There are convenience stores near to Hotel. I was given twin bed room in 14 floor by the reception . The room is comfortable, and have good view from window.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. We stayed for six nights. The hotel was a bit far from the train station, but it offered the best view. Overall, I would say it was wonderful: a big bed, a clean room, and nice, friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast wasn't that good. We found there was not much variety, the same food everyday (with only a few changes), a lack of staff, too many people, and food shortages everyday of our stay

Nice business hotel with fantastic amenities in a great area. Ofuro is great but quite crowded. They have a gym but charge to use it which does not make sense. Breakfast on the 40th floor was great, fantastic almost panoramic views of Kansai. Check in at 3 pm is crowded, I don’t know why hotels in Japan don’t let you check in whenever you arrive and just have your key ready at 3pm. Process was smooth though.

Hotel is connected to all department stores, just 5 min walk to the bus terminal to Kix airport. The convenient level up to 5 stars! Also lots of restaurants just located nearby or downstairs of hotel. You won’t feel boring to stay in hotel for 1 week!

Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24. This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, transportation is still convenient, and the peaceful location can actually be a plus for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the crowds.

+The location was really nice, very serene with lots of mountains surrounding the ryokan; +Relatively easy to access (pretty far from Osaka, but close to the train station); +Staff speaks English, so you shouldn't have issues with communication; +They have a lot of instructions/maps/manuals on how to fully enjoy the ryokan, so you shouldn't have trouble figuring out the basics. ~Food was mostly ok, nothing bad or spectacular, good portions; ~Although they do have some SPA elements, it's really not a lot (basically nothing except hot springs and massage) -It's certainly on the older side (not in the sense of it being particularly historical, rather that it would benefit from some renovations), but maybe that adds to the ambiance for some people; -The actual inn territory is rather small, so you won't have much to explore without going outside. Overall, I think it's a good first ryokan to familiarize yourself with the culture a bit, but I wouldn't necessarily refer to it as particularly impressive/authentic experience.

The hotel is within walking distance from the JR Osaka Station. You can find lots of department stores and good restaurants when you walk along to the Umeda Station. The room is relatively spacious in Osaka.
