We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were professional, and the views are probably among the best you'll find in Adana—though, to be fair, the city doesn't have a particularly extensive skyline. One issue we encountered was with the bathtub in our room. There were already visible signs of previous repairs on the surrounding tiles, and when we filled the tub, it gave way under the weight of the water and partially collapsed. Fortunately, the hotel handled the situation well and moved us to another room without much hassle. Breakfast was decent and in line with what you'd expect from this category of hotel: plenty of choice, but nothing especially memorable. Make sure your utensils and fruits/veggies are clean, as always. Overall, we had a nice stay. It's a comfortable option in Adana, although families on a tighter budget can find perfectly decent alternatives in the city if they're willing to do some careful searching.

The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all. Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements.

The pictures of the toilet published online are not accurate. Some parts of the hotel are underconstruction. The pool is very good. All reception stuff don't speak english, it was very hard to communicate.

Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

Çok güzel ağırlandık. Standart odalar geniş ve temizdi. Terlik vardı. İsteğe göre diş fırçası sağlandı. Mobilyalar yeni ve kaliteliydi. Hijyen ürünleri iyiydi. Genel olarak memnjn kaldım.

It's a perfect hotel in all senses to stay in the Zipaşa. We were very happy with everything. But I'm not sure if it's preferable to spend time in the hotel before going out. Because it's in a central position, garden, pool, etc. are not good. Besides, everything was perfect, it was a hotel we would prefer again and again.

The hotel was located on the highway with a private car at 10 minutes away from the centre. The hotel has very beautiful dinner and breakfast packages. The room was clean and large. It was beautiful than it appeared on the photos. Only the room smelled smoking very badly. We aired the room all day yet it didn't go, I think it was badly flushing the air conditioning. What we did wasn't smell. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very clean, so clean rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet. Very beautiful flushing we sleeped in a quiet evening. The dinner service was good. You can do breakfast at an hour you want from 7 to 10 a.m. Beer is more suitable for hotels in the centre. If you have a car you go to the centre in 10 minutes. Very clean and comfortable, it meets the expectations of a 5 star hotel. It has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is not bad, but it is a bit far from the center.

I think it's a great viewing seat for Adana. The best view of the city is hidden in the breakfast room on the top floor of the Turkmen Riverside Hotel. The view is wide and transparent, with panoramic views of the city, river and mosque. The overall price of the hotel is moderate, convenient to travel, downstairs is close to a large shopping mall, daily shopping, shopping, dining is very convenient.
