As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

A hotel at the ***** which offers free parking. Their beds are even more comfortable than the Paris Hotel. But unfortunately there is a **** smell present at various locations here.

Final take: Great for the “Vegas experience.” Not necessarily for the “Vegas upgrade.”

I booked a room for 4 nights/5 days and not even once our room has been serviced by the housekeeping. I have to call the customer service to request a day before we check out to get our towels re-stock and our room to be cleaned. Also, the worst part is we can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi properly. My husband has to call their customer service every single day to manually connect our phones to their internet. (Note: room didn’t have fridge too).

The staff were extremely friendly, and the stay was very comfortable overall. We had a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the **************. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

Circus Circus is Reno in all its clowny glory is loud, chaotic, and unapologetic. The rooms are basic but clean with hot showers, decent WiFi, and beds good enough after a night downstairs. The real draw is the carnival atmosphere: kids blasting clown heads with water pistols while parents chase slot machines, blackjack tables running past midnight, and food stands that keep you fueled when the clock stops mattering. It’s not luxury. It’s not quiet. But if you want Reno at full volume with lights flashing, prizes falling, and nostalgia dripping with cheap thrills then this is the place.

The hotel is located on the road from Las Vegas to Death Valley. Very convenient to spend the night here before heading to the national park. Very nice staff.

After a disappointing two-night stay at a diferent hotel, Mandalay Bay was a breath of fresh air. While it is located a bit further down the *****, the free tram connecting to Luxor and Excalibur makes getting around very convenient. Overall,I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Location is good but security is very bad . I was alone in the room and at 3am some tried to open my room twice . I called reception and I found out they were closed . Then I called caeaser to attend to the matter . Hotel should have security at night and outsiders shouldn't be able to excess the lifts without key card .
