Nice location, but disappointed about the view, paid bit more for ferris wheel side view room just wanna see the sphere. However they gave us a low floor room, couldn’t see anything. Also the check in time was so late, after 3:30pm

Very good location with link bridge to Fashion Walk mall for shopping. And very near to other shopping places eg, Venetian, Wynn. Enjoyed Cirque Du Soliel right in the hotel.

EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL REALMS. IT WAS COZY, WARM & CLEAN. LET'S NOT FORGET THE FACT THAT IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON FREMONT STREET W/ DENNY'S RESTAURANT AROUND THE CORNER.

This hotel was great with the exception of terrible check-in service! The check-in line was long and wrapped around with only 2 employees checking in guests. After waiting in line a while, decided to use the kiosk and it just said come back at 4pm. Went back in line - 2 more employees were added to check-in, waited only to be told you have to pay $51 to check-in early (3 hours). All the other hotels I have stayed in on the ***** allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, no charge, if room is available. We came back at 3:30 - longer lines and again only 2 employees working. Tried the kiosk again and got a message to see attendant - so back in line! Waited 45 minutes to get to the counter to check-in! Employee wasn’t very friendly, but so many people were upset after waiting forever in line. So many windows, but no more than 4 people checking in guests when the lines are beyond the rails into the lobby area! Other than the check-in fiasco, all was great! Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities. Also very spacious. Good value for the money and a great central location!

First time in Vegas, stopped for 4 nights from Australia whilst heading to see family in USA. Got an upgrade of suite as I mentioned it was my birthday. Checkin was about 20 minutes in line but once it start at desk was smooth and efficient. This Resort fee ($60) is just another way for Hotel to collect money. When asked what it was for I was told it’s for wifi, pool, gym and local calls. I checked in at 4pm and pool closed from 5pm. Got a refund for one day. Suite was big but dusty. Mentioned to cleaner in morning after showing her areas thick with dust and she vacuumed. (Note: a free up-graded dust mean lowering of cleanliness). Maintenance came to change AC filter. Hotel gave me $75 meal voucher. Hotel is bang on *****. Unless going to gamble/get drunk and party … the city of Vegas is expensive and disappointing . PS Andrew is a ‘freelance’ driver and so much cheaper to hire. Paid $31 from airport to hotel (8 minutes ride). Andrew was $15. He will also take you to food shops etc for $10 to save money if on budget and don’t want $20 burgers.

I recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the *****. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.! A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely accommodating. Overall, a classic Vegas hotel with great energy, good service, and professional staff. Would happily stay here again.

- check in and check out Q was so long. - room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA. - the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower,room 6235. - staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly. - choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.

The room was only ok. No hot water in bathroom sink. 1 pillow per person, had to ask for towels. Only 2 for 4 people. ****** reeked of cigarette smoke at check in. Restaurants ok. The best thing was the price and location. Workers were helpful and friendly too.

3rd time staying at Park MGM - it has become my go-to hotel to book. The best thing is this is a non-smoking hotel. Front desk was efficient to check-in with room ready at 3pm. I had a $75 food and dining credit that came with my hotel package and we used this at Eataly (charge to room) which was convenient. Pool was nice. Room did not come with free bottled water despite resort fees. Towels were a bit rough and shower head was basic. Overall, a good stay and I like the location. Easy to catch ride-share at designated clearly marked area.

Experience was very good.  We were able to bring our 2 little dogs and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.  We were married on the Colorado Bell Paddle Boat sorry to see it’s not there anymore but the Golden Nugget Hotel made our stay worth while
