. The staff team are amazing at this hotel. This was our second visit with familyso we knew it was a lovely place to go. But they surpassed themselves this time. Your professionalism and caring, combined with the excellent facilities, rooms, gardens, view - makes is a special place to go. Thank you (Giang, Phung, Mai), thank you all so much. This is my second visit in Vias, and I am writing while on the 7th day of 10. I am truly glad that I know Ms Sarah Hein the receptionist lady from my first visit. Now most of the things I booked and communicated through her before and while on this trip. Truly helpful and make the journey more convenient.

Excellent location. Beach club is opposite the road. Hotel room was good and comfortable. Going for the European class look. Breakfast was very decent with a good mix of various cuisine.

Had a great stay with my friends at the hotel. The rooms are spectacular, with extraordinary designs that were very appealing to me. Love the view from the balcony as well. Breakfast was good, especially phở and cafe sữa đá. Special thanks to Mr. Lâm and Mr. Luân for their assitance and professionalism during the stay.

It's a good place for weekend relaxing. Out of the city, quite beach, the location is easy to access from local limousine express from HCMC to Ba Ria Vung Tau. The breakfast is normal, same same to other resort, nothing special. I ordered spaghetti for lunch and it was too salty. Overall, worth for money.

The hotel is right on the shores of Back beach, with a very nice view of the sea. Impressed, the staff takes care of guests very well, the breakfast buffet is delicious, especially the water dish. Many facilities in a 4-star hotel: lounge, sky bar, infinity pool, gym & spa, .. Will be back.

Very expensive beverage and Food Prices. I Payed more in Melia Ho Tram than in Spain or Germany for Water, Juice and Beer. Water small bottle , 4,50€ . No Supermarket in the near of the Hotel. That‘s a shame! The Resort was calm an nice beach, Service was Great! A lot of hotel buildings around the hotel. My son Unfortunately cut himself badly on a defective slide in the Kids pool, compensation was only a chocolate.

The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. I asked for early check in at 12pm and was supported. The hotel is located far away from the city center noise, suitable for those who want to stay closer to nature. The area is surrounded by mountain and quiet sea, only 30m from the beach. You can even hear the sound of the ocean at night. However, the location is still very convenient with nice coffee shop next to the beach, famous restaurant and next to Virgin Mary statue. I upgraded to the suite room with some extra charge, and got a nice room with view of the beach, mountains and Virgin Mary statue. The room is decorated nicely with bright colors, making best use of natural light and everything is super clean. Nothing to really complain about except the room is a bit small. Breakfast is okay with limited choice but the restaurant has very nice view and a glass floor. The infinity pool is a bit small but the view is super. Overall good experience for family with kids

we find this hotel in Agoda and booked since it's reasonable. We dont expect much with that price but we actually surprised by the way the staff treat us. They are super friendly and useful. The hotel is at center, 5' to walk to the beach. I do recommend this hotel

A beautiful resort with great service. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. Special thank you to Amy, Kathy, Billie,Mr Quyit (whom my daughter fell in love with at the Churchill restaurant), and Son at the pool bar. The resort is well maintained. The food has plentiful portion sizes and is very good (a bit pricey), and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again.
