Staff go out of their way to help Enjoyed our stay here This old hotel is kept clean Enjoyed the Buffet breakfast The staff is very attentive. Just ask and all will be sorted superfast.They would ask whether our needs were being met during our stay. Its location on Cairo Road makes it easy to visit some of Lusakas iconic sites i.e. the National Museun, Culural Village, and various markets. Area around hotel felt safe. I had stayed at this hostal a few years and thought it was cheap and cheery then but I found it run down this time around, The rooms were not clean, there was no hot water, the rooms are not light or soundproof.

設施：都很新，有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。有熱水壺，但是壞了，打電話給前台換了個好的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。免費水是瓶子灌裝的。打掃衞生後會忘記放水。 環境：周邊有中餐館，有中國超市。 服務：服務沒有很突出，也不差。

Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.

A very clean hotel, well maintained with friendly staff. Radisson breakfasts are always amazing, never fails to impress. Definitely staying there next time. Room was huge and i got a free upgrade!

Perfect location and clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request. A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.

It’s convenient but there is a big door of improvements for housekeeping many things were missing including misquotes in the room I got bitten within the 5 minutes I got there

Great location and very hospitable staff. Literally in the center of most activities.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there
