The environment is good and safe. The decoration is old, but the price/performance ratio is OK. It is quite safe. The Chinese food is good and the breakfast is delicious. There are domestic soy milk, fried dough sticks, tea eggs, rice noodles, wontons, and Chinese flavor.

Nice hotel. Located in the center of Lusaka, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is also OK, and there are Indian breads.

Not a place I can normally afford but Trip.com was half the price of ***********. 15 minute walk to the Intercity bus terminal. Clean, quiet, spacious, good bed and shower. Helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed for a week. It is close to East park mall, so there are many good restaurants around. It is a great hotel with a unique container structure. There is a little bit of vibration between floors due to the structural characteristics, but it is not enough to be bothersome.

Facilities: Airport hotel, the room is small, like a dormitory. It is a place to sleep. No slippers, no toothpaste toothbrush. The bed is small. The air conditioner is not hot. Breakfast is very small. Hygiene: There are bugs. Environment: There is nothing outside, it is close to the airport, and you can walk to the airport. Service: When you sit down and order food, suddenly trip. Ask the waiter for a box of matches and charge 50 grams of watcha.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service. Form the moment i arrived,I was made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make me feel welcome. the hotel employee, Nadeen, Sidney ,Gift, more of the name i didn't recall all are morvoluse. The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed. I stayed in room 6011, which has one of the two balconies in the hotel and from which you can see out facing the the mall. anything you need is a quick phone call away. Or you can just pop your head outside and ask someone at the restaurant for help...there are no shortage of willing participants. As I said, I cannot say enough and could go on forever. But the bottom line - I recommend this hotel without reservation...to anyone...go as much as you possibly can.

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

The room is clean and tidy, close to the embassy area, very safe and convenient. There is a Chinese food city 2 kilometers away from the hotel, with many choices and not expensive. The only bad thing is that you need to ask the front desk for bottled water, and the room only has the refill drinking water provided by the hotel.

Perfect location and clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request. A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.
